Dodgy Car Dealers
Buy a car and try to book a slot to pick it up and there are no slots available on a Friday then you decide to book on Monday and you get store charges lol! Complete scam!
Invoices
The App is great. Would you be able to somehow add in a full pdf copy of the invoice to purchased cars?
Glitch
App keeps logging me out every time I try to enter auction. Missed out on loads of cars as I can enter an auction
More work needs to be done to the app
Time to time I dont recieve notifications and most of the time it logs me out so I miss the cars. Its really annoying
Number one
Una ditta molto seria di fronte all altri paesi
Do not trust this app !
Do not trust this app , you scroll through the buy now vehicles and you get the massage that youv bought the vehicle, then you receive BCA terms of purchase that you are now the owner and fixed to buy !! This app and BCA are acting in a criminal manner and I will be taking action
Number of keepers/owners
Number of owners is a very important field that is missing on this app and should be included!
Frustrating
A very frustrating app that is constantly logging you out, the audio and video feeds in the live sales is usually terrible on both WiFi and 5G I don’t know how many cars I’ve missed because the app is so poor and clunky. Take a leaf from the other auction houses and get BCA up to speed after all it’s supposed to be a premium service and it most certainly charges premium prices.
Urgent bugs need rectify
Click on manage booking to view ref number, app just crashes every time. Sometime say app needs update to continue but no update available
Please add notifications before 30 lots away on the app
It would be useful for the buyer if you add notifications before 30 lots away.
Login out.
Why am i being constanly logged out on top if that it is not giving me the option for face id
Fault in the app
Keeps closing down when looking for vehicles quite annoying needs to be fixed
Help my eyes
It’s 2025 and this app still doesn’t have a dark mode
Flippingcars.co.uk Review of BCA App
The flippingcars team have found the app a real asset to our business. Great for car buyers ‘ on the go ‘ & a must when attending the auction in person. Being able to track the cars we are interested in then to be able to pull up the condition reports and assured reports quickly whilst at auction greatly reduces our risk and saves time. We tend to make use of the notes so we can value the car with other industry tools and annotate them next to the cars meaning we don’t overpay / overbid. Having the alert 10 cars before it’s due through means we can also focus on other business without missing the cars we are interested in. In all the app has meant we’ve been able to manage our business with BCA much better and helped us properly organise our bidding diary for the day. Next we need the live online bidding integration then it’s going to be perfect. Chris - flippingcars.co.uk
Signed out again
Please fix the issue where the app the signs out every day then crashes when trying to sign back in. I have missed a couple of vehicles recently because couldn’t access the auction after receiving notification 10 lots of away because I had to sign back in 🤬
J soper
Needs more work sadly. Should be able to have it so you can put a budget in like you can on website and also change the listing view eg price order / sale date etc rather than just alphabetical. Hopefully it’ll improve
Search should be easier
When you search every time you select something you have to tap done otherwise won’t be saved, it’s so annoying for such basic functionality.
Sign out issue
Keeps signing out automatically , more consistent than ever great feature
Sort by lot number gone
Since the latest update you can no longer sort the lots in order, first to last, making it harder to navigate through the cars while trying to bid. Very strange.
Why is it logging me out CONSTANTLY
Having to log in on the website every time I open the app is incredibly frustrating - especially when at least half the time it then says 'something went wrong' and sometimes it only works on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. It was fine before the update. What was wrong with logging in on the app itself and using Face ID or even a pin?
Need to keep logging in
It keeps logging me out and I need to log in again constantly.
Fraud Scam Engine Head gasket Failure
Mostly car they sell with Green report mentioning No issues but after picking up and driving you realise Head Gasket Gone and if you keep driving to reach Home your engine will completely blow up happened with me 8 times in 6 Months
Notifications
Why since the last update have I stopped receiving notifications that a lot it ten away from being sold? Notifications are on in my settings
It’s doesn’t work when you need it
You can’t predict when it going to stop working
No mileage filter
One of the most important filters missing. Would be good to bid
Scammers
They buy broken cars without testing them, checking them, driving them and aftwr they put them for sale as perfect quality
Shocking
Keeps telling me to update app when logging in, but app is up to date 👍🏽
