Amazing Support!
I hadn’t done a challenge in probably 5 years and am Just completing one. I love how the bases of the app/group have only improved!! The support is the best and quick to assist/respond. Plus the community of the other people is top notch! Having so many women with the same mindset and goals is what everyone needs!!!
Issues with site
Anyone having issues with the site for over a week? Contacted tech support but they said the update would fix it and it’s still not fixed
Tracking isn’t great
This app is great for workouts. It is dependent on products sold by Katy Hearn, which for some workouts is frustrating. The other frustrating part is in the workouts tracking aspect is all over the place. It asks for reps/lbs when you’re doing body weight workouts or reps/lbs when it’s a timed workout. These mistakes occur throughout the app. Sometimes it tracks my last weight used and other times there’s no history of my workouts. The how-to videos are great. It’s ok for the price, I just wish I had a better record of my workout progress.

basically I might sound stupid for thinking this but I thought it was going to be free I went threw alot of the reviews and they had said nothing about money but for one workout it’s like 100 dollars not going to pay that much when I can find videos on YouTube.!
It’s a love and hate
Been on this app for about 7 yrs now and I enjoy the workouts and do the challenges from time to time and even coaching. Loved that! But the app has too many glitches and malfunctions, currently on my own workouts right now with the app and it has my progress all over. I’m suppose to be on week 3 and it takes me to week 5,7, or 8
Makes my life easier!
Literally, everything you need all in one space! This app is easy to use and I love how it has so many options for everyone. Absolutely love the challenges and the support behind it. And the nutrition guide is a constant go to. You need this app in your life!

Great workout app!
I have used this app many times to follow a workout program or challenge. It motivates me to stay on track with workouts. I like how the workouts are laid out with sample videos for each exercise. It keeps track of your progress too. There are other things you can track as well. Also, take the pictures because you can see changes in your body in a short time.
Not what I expected
I really wanted to enjoy this app especially since I paid for the year it keeps crashing out on me whenever I use the regenerate workout and I have to look for the workout again or look for something similar I already did. I feel like I just wasted my money for no reason.
I’d give it more stars if…
It needs more world. It would be nice if could see the workout generator I did and a monthly calendar of my workouts and an option to reopen the workout generator if I accidentally hit complete.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Very easy to use. I love the description and the video clip to tell and show you how to do each workout correctly. Having the journal tab all in the same app is perfect! I love it!!
Why does everything have to be subscription based?
Crazy expensive for workouts and exercise exercises. I can access and learn for free ridiculous
Overall great!
I love this app! Easy to use and navigate and very helpful. The workout generator is good but has some kinks to work out … if you don’t love the workout and choose to “regenerate” it basically gives you the same exact workout again which is frustrating; But the options like timeframe, areas to workout and add ons like core/warm ups are a great touch!
App Refresh is not good
The app refresh is horrible. It cancels out of everything mid-workout and I am not a fan of the new workout selection.
My favorite workout app
You cannot go wrong with the Sesh app. So many great features starting with the videos to show us how each workout is done. I also love how the app allows us to track the last weight used as well as reps. The app also allows to track cardio, water, and macros. Everything you need for a lifestyle change is literally in this app.
Cost money
App costs money but before they tell you that they want all your information so they can send you stupid ads what a waste of time.
Great app for tracking fitness - 4.5 stars!!
I have a lot of great things to say about this app. Being able to have all of your fitness goals stored in one place and being able to check your progress is a really great tool! I also really like how you have the option to view all possible workout packages that can be purchased, but you can also select a screen to just see what is already yours. I definitely recommend paying the extra to get SESH+ to have access not only all the programs, but 1on1 support with a coach as well. I only have a couple issues with this app and they are very minor. It would be nice if you could customize your “Today” screen however you wanted (imagine widget style) to meet your goals instead of having to have a screen of resources/blog posts. Finally, in the check out screen, I wish there was a way to see a full calendar month of check ins, instead of having to click back through days to get to what day you want to look at!
Extremely expensive
This app costs $5-8 a month just to use and then with the exception of 1 workout, costs even more to get access to the workouts on it. The cheapest one I saw was $50! The app is great, but for that money I could be paying a personal trainer.
Love this app
I have been using sesh for a while now and I absolutely love it! The workouts are well designed, easy to follow, and effective. I also really appreciate the progress tracking and built in journal. They make it easy to stay consistent and see how far I have come. You can tell a lot of thought went into every part of the app. It’s affordable and feels like more than just a workout app. Highly recommend!
App has so many bugs for me
Maybe it’s because my iOS is older (13.6.1) but there are so many bugs in the app for me. I’ve only used it for one workout and I came across at least 5 bugs.
Keeps me motivated !
This app is very user friendly , navigating it is easy . I do wish switching between the home vs gym exercise was easier . It would be great to toggle back and forth inside the day you're looking at ! It would also be nice if the program opened to the current day ( or at least current week ). Overall , the app is great and I plan to keep using it !

Fitness for women
I love this app for both home and gym workouts. It’s so convenient to be able to log a session and have the app remember your previous workout! It’s also great being able to take the mental load off of figuring out what to do - the app just does it all for you, you just need to show up!
Great APP
Getting back into fitness has been amazing with this APP… Great features within the app that make working out smoother and a little more seamless. The addition of a test timer has been very helpful, where I don’t have to close the app, tome myself and then got back to exercising within the app. Logging your reps and sets and also having a reminder of how many reps&sets of the particular exercise you did the previous time helps foster progression within your routines. I like the addition of the in APP “Check in notes” where you can write down your NSV, what you might want yo work in and do on and so fourth. For those tracking micros, it helps when you can do calculations within the APP to help along our fitness goals! Overall, this APP is great and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get into the fitness lifestyle.
Gimmicky app
I paid upfront for three months to try it out and won’t be renewing the subscription. My biggest issues is with the check ins. It propmts you weekly to add your photos but you can never click on the photo and see them again! They are stored in the app as microscopic thumbnails and you can’t enlarge them—I even emailed support and this is what they told me. Literally what is the point of a progress pic? The workout generator isn’t great if you have any gym experience—it is fully just a random assortment of exercises and there’s no way to filter for machines, dumbbells only, etc. Never ended up doing one of the suggested routines because there is no logical thought behind it. 2 stars because I read the challenges are quite good, never tried myself though.
Fitness challenge
Love how these Challenges keep us motivated and focused. Takes the guessing work out of our fitness routine! Can’t wait for the next one!
Great App to keep you on track
I have had this app since it was released and love it. Every update it gets even better. I appreciate that a person’s health is priceless but I do wish the premium subscription was cheaper.
60 Day Spring Shred Challenge
This challenge allowed me to find my love for fitness again. The workouts were amazing and top tier. It pushes you but also works each muscle group individually to give you amazing results. SESH is by far the best workout app I have used! Amazing workouts with real results. I’m so thankful I gave SESH a shot, it changed my life and gave me my love for fitness back!

I do wish they had a bridge to apple so you don’t need to log the workout thru the apple app
Best Fitness App Ever!!
Find the perfect program for you to meet your current needs, number of days you can work out, weeks to get ready etc. So simple to follow but full of info to help you reach your goals all at a great price. Love the challenges they offer through the app as well.
Great for new and seasoned lifters
I’m a long standing fit by Katy user (like pre app pdf programs long) This app has options for all goals and price ranges. It’s constantly evolving to the needs of clients. I love the options of programs vs daily workouts and home vs gym workouts. I suggest this app for anyone who likes weight training.The only time I’ve had glitching issues is during a paid challenge.
So easy!
Takes the guesswork out of how to get started. There are so many programs to choose from, and there’s a level of accountability in participating in challenges that I really enjoy. I’m into my second year of consistently using the app and they continue to make improvements all the time.
