I played this game when it came out and wasn’t really popular and it was fire i had so many awesome units unfortunately i lost the email to that account but now i have even better units tho this game is awesome so many things to do and characters to use 10/10 for me always has been

Gacha Rates
The game wouldn’t be so bad if the gacha rates were lower, 4.20 for PAID gems is low and .20 for FREE gems is lower. It doesn’t help either that in end game once you’ve done it all the only things you can rely on for gems is simply events, daily logins, the daily mission that gives you one gem, and sometimes helping new people. To rub salt in the wound your hard pity is 30 hero gems that you only get PER 10 pull summons. I did the math for you and thats 1,500 gems…how do you suppose you can get that when everything is said and done…to make matters worst if you decided to go the pay route…$80 usd gets you 40 pulls…$100 will maybe get you 50 pulls…at that point you’re just scrounging for gems and only new players benefit from any collab banners…speaking of what they been doing recently…collab after collab after collab…you spent all your gems on the last collab only for the next one to be right after and its a rerun with a unit you wanted since it first came out but had no gems saved for it or couldn’t pull the character. Well sorry tough luck can’t get that rerun because you need at least 1,500 gems that you most definitely don’t have to guarantee the character. If they just made the ability to get more gems a LOT more frequent and dropped the hard pity from 30 to 15 or lower it wouldn’t be so bad. If you just fix those two things I believe the game would attract more people.
Gacha
This game is fun and play style is great. On that note the pull system to receive banner units is a joke and money hungry. I have pulled over 15 times and even spent real money only to get Nadda. The drop rates are stupidity low even though they say drop rate increase that’s a lie. If you say something about this to customer care they don’t respond or just send a stupid message saying we are sorry your are having a difficult time. If your sorry just give me a unit when I spend money on the game instead of being greedy. I will not be spending anymore more money on this game. Free to play what a joke.
Great game
The game is fun. I love it how you can get diamonds I have met a few people on there that are cheaters but as long as they help, I don’t have a problem with them, but I don’t remember the name. I think it was like a bunch of sevens across but anyways, it does kind of suck how the non-people that don’t pay have a hard time of trying to get the transcending unit I mean, I’ll still keep playing the game. I love it. My mom enjoys it too. She collects for me so I don’t have to worry about it. but I would love to have like a higher chance to get transcending units. I get more fire and light water sometimes and dark and grass very rare but if I get enough diamonds and I see a unit, I like I’ll just spend all my free diamonds and hopefully I get the character I want but overall great game love it
This game is genuinely torture because they shaft me like I’m an Iraq kid

Disappointing
Best mobile game with the worse team behind it. This game doesn’t want you to have fun. It jsut wants money. It isn’t possible to play f2p. You will not get characters. The f2p experience is, wait months for a small chance at what you want. Even p2w players are constantly shafted. This is by far the most unfair gacha I’ve ever played. FYI I have over 100 hours in this game. This is coming from someone who wants nothing but, to love this game
Love hate relationship with this game
I love this game to the bottom of my core because I probably spent hours upon hours on this so ya’ll know how the current Crossover is Solo Leveling and as a Solo Leveling fan I grinded through all the Main story chapters that I could clear, finally getting a total of 250 gems which is 5 11’s summons, a total of 55 draws, plus I bought a New Summoner pack which gives you 50 paid gems for a mere $1 (That deal is amazing btw thank you) so that brought my total gems to 300. But when I summoned all 300 gems I got absolutely NOTHING I spent my time grinding through to get the gems but got nothing, plus I also clear all the Side Story quests to use for the last Crossover LostWord but literally got nothing out of it. In conclusion the RNG sucks and it shouldn’t be that bad after spending around 500-600 gems for 2 different Crossover. I need a some kind of compensation for all the time I’ve lost on this game

The game is not worth the time it has the lowest summon rates. It requires you to be a wale to even get the summon you want. Yes they give you free credits but for what to get only 3stars and 4 stars summon the RNG is below sea level.

Good game but..
I love the game, but as many others have said the drop rates are terrible. Getting the 50 gems to summon the characters takes forever. Especially if you’ve played a very long time and have already gotten the gems from completing story quests. Even buying gems, the rates are low and the gems are gone in an instant with nothing to show for the purchase.

Can be better
Game is nice, i’ve been playing for a while now. Couple things they can do to make it better. Like when you buy paid monthly pass the gems should be paid that we get everyday instead of free. Need more gems on a monthly basis. So far we get around 100 gems or so if there is no banner running. If they can make it more that will be nice as the new pity system is going to drop it’ll be hard to get your desired character especially if you plan to pity that character its gonna be like 3000 gems(for f2p) which is a lot.

I’ve gotten rainbow touch three time for hero summons and have no gotten a single banner unit on the hero summons I don’t get why I keep wasting my diamonds for then if even rainbow touch doesn’t get me a banner unit

I just spent an hour and a half typing about everything I love about this game and everything I hate. To keep it short the game it’s self is great and I want to give it at least a 4 star review but I can’t after the countless hours I put into the game just to get shafted over and over again on banners that you were saving up months for I’ll say this now I still love this game and don’t plan on stopping playing. But for people that have a gambling addiction or have fallen for gacha games in the past I don’t recommend this game even for all of the great things this game has to offer from its phenomenal stories to its absolutely amazing community if you want more of an explanation on how great this game is there’s somebody on YouTube names imOpEveryday that can tell you all about the pleasures of this game. To keep the bad stuff short the dev team does not do what they say meaning that Crunchyroll expo was in early August 2021 and it’s now January 2022 and we have gotten one thing that I can think of at the moment we are also an entire year from catching up with the Japanese server of the game. I won’t say much about the summon rates right now because my fingers are literally numb but let’s just say I spent 1300 paid crystals (and if this is being read by a veteran you will think I’m lying but summer Juno is needed for my desires in this game lol .)which I was saving for months and spent hundreds of dollars on just to get rolled and didn’t get the unit I wanted from the summer banner. Not to mention the blood knight banner where my wallet took a massive L trying to get one Oppai demon girl. Jokes aside the summon rates are garbage and what can you do it’s a gatcha game and you can’t write a 1 star review just based on that when there are plenty of pros to playing this game it’s very user friendly as well I mean I feel like you should be free to play and only buy the dollar pack if you want because there is no guarantee that you will pull the character that you want you need 1500 crystals which you don’t even get for completing the entire story and logging in for a month atm to pity a character which is absolutely ludicrous plus there are some characters that you literally need and if you literally say one word to a veteran about those quests there’s a 95% chance they will get a flashback. I love this game but for people that get wrapped into stuff to easy I wouldn’t recommend other then that it’s mediocre game for it’s cons but if you only look at the pros there’s plenty to do and there is many friends you will meet if you are just getting into the game I hope you enjoy and welcome to the community but for me I can’t spend any more money on this game unless it’s a crossover I desperately wanna give this a 5 or a 4 star but I just can’t, from a veteran stand point who has been playing for 3 years I love this game and will continue to play but please release more content and fix the dang rates man.

I’m concerned
Y’know, I'm not far into the game at all. But when I went looking for help on the games offical discord server, I was told (by admins) to re-roll/ restart my game until I get certain things. That would allow me progress further. This could be a lie (which leaves a very bad impression on a games community) but if it’s true; then a game where you have to re make accounts to hope that you get certain characters that will allow you to progress, does not sound like a good game. I’ve only played the game for a bit and am so far satisfied, but if I have to restart all my progress just to progress in the game then I’m gonna be very disappointed. Edit: my theory has been confirmed by multiple members of the discord server. Sounds like a great game!

Game is verry good 100% my stile BUT, u need to fix that when u load in the game it keeps making me download 673mb and it made me quit for ages then it’s bin 5 months and till makes me p,z game fix this as it could permently make some players stop player honestly it’s anoyying. Getting the event characters
The amount of gems available when you first join the game is amazing as I picked it up quiet recently but I joined during the hatsune Mike even and even though I have tried many time the only ways I have been able to get event items is the story quest and it’s just the items. So basically if you want to get stuff fast just pay, it look like it makes it 100% easier.
