You don't. say much about this app or I would rate it 5 stars.
Great when it works
But always has issues. Now all I keep getting is “network connection error”. Delays when giving commands, doesn’t match up to what the thermostat says. When it works, it’s great. But it doesn’t always work
Security Threat
I love that my neighbors can see that I opened the side gate to my building in the history search. Having my name and time logged for all neighbors to see in the history is great for the guy that’s been watching the college girl down the hall come in late at night. Way to go folks. Let’s fix this so we don’t share private info like my or anyone’s full name and /or email addresses and time they accessed a gate in our development.

Always an error
I can not lock my home from my phone I can only do it on the wall unit. I uninstall reinstall and it keeps saying error. It’s useless unless your home to use the wall unit if your using the app it won’t work. It’s very glitchy and I have problems daily.
Not user friendly
Home Screen seems easy at first but modifications are confusing causing connectivity and functionality problems. Need better user guide support or technical support via chat for immediate assistance.
Awful - Locked Out
This app is terrible. I have been locked out of my apartment twice in two days with no resolution. This is a safety hazard for after hours. This needs to be fixed asap. Updating to a 3. After a few hours of no code or app access, they resolved the issue. However, I am still not pleased at how disjointed the experience has been.

This company never improves so I hope it fails
The executives of this company are bad and should feel bad. The app has no integration with any other smart system out there. You can’t add your own devices. The interface is rudimentary and old. The Siri integration is terrible. There is scant customization. This system is for the benefit of the property owner; alarm.com and rental managers only pretend it’s for residents.

Love it!!!
I love smart home. After using this I find it extremely helpful! My utility bill after using the smart thermostat was cut down $25+ last month!! It’s a little slower to respond but it’s a cellular system which i understand it’s important for my property manager to have over Wifi- one of the reasons being security so I’ll take little delay over compromised security. Great stuff and value!!!!
Camera glitchy
Camera never records when it’s supposed to. Always glitches.
Bad loading
The system on this app is bad. I try to change thermostat it keeps on losing for like 10 minutes and doesn’t even change
Property visibility & peace of mind!
I love this app! The ability to navigate through all of my properties and control the locks and thermostats remotely has saved me hours of driving time and the peace of mind that the doors have been locked during our busy season. The only drawback is that the mobile website url has more features than the mobile app itself such as creating/viewing guest codes.

This app is very slow and the commands always takes too much time to load.
Lock/Unlock Commands Problematic
I locked the door...the app resets while not use so the door looks unlocked on the app...but it’s really not (yep standing with my hand on the doorknob) but the app doesn’t retain truth

I’ve had this app for 3 weeks, no matter what I do to regulate the thermostat it reverts to a setting I didn’t create. The system runs almost continuously no matter what temp it’s set to. I’ve used both the app SND the website to try to control the settings...no luck. I’m canceling and going back to strictly manual. Waste of money!

This app is horrible I’m sure it’s ran up my electric per the comments below most is accurate I had adt coke out and look at why panel wasn’t updating with any devices waste of money installed by apartment complex and can’t get assistance because I’m not ovwner over residence. Will be filing complaint with bbb. Not one device syncs up so leaves my air running or heat running for hours after it says updating or transmitting😡
Trashiest American home security app on the market
Honestly, I don’t know why I’m writing this review beyond warning other businesses to avoid this platform. The security panels my building put in every apartment unit has a camera deep inside, I’d highly suggest putting some electrical tape over it for obvious reasons… beyond that, this app is capable of functioning as a smart home, but ADT doesn’t let the renter add this system to any other smart home systems, such as Google home or Apple HomeKit. SIRI SHORTCUTS WILL NOT WORK, AT ALL. The Thermostat system is decent, and even has a schedule function, but all forms of smart home functionality beyond being able to remotely control things from the app, are void and null.
