No way to sign up
Downloaded the app. Then it wants you to put your username n password in. Theres NO signup for first time users? It has forgot password so u click that n put your email in but it doesnt send u a link because youre not registered n there’s NO way to register for the first time?? 🤷♂️
Love the app But
Help us track our mileage and give a route options according to task locations
NO Manual Sorting Option?!
Please update this app and allow me to manually sort the jobs I have on a certain day. It’s not very intuitive in sorting by efficiency and/or address and I want to manually sort it to work for me and I cannot!
Not service provider friendly
You have to do all the company tasks on the desktop. It would be much more efficient to be able to do them in the actual app. I can’t even see my team members cleans at all in the app. Makes it kind of useless.
Breezeway
Greetings from costa del sol, we have just implemented breezeway to our work flow. Great for desktop. App needs to improve a lot. Working out of the office, most of the time it’s a struggle to use the app. Every time I wanna go into properties It redirect me to a web browser, would love to keep it in the app. Thank you.

Suggestion
This app is pretty awesome! My only suggestion would be the ability to move around the cards/tasks in the list created. That feature would be very helpful! Also a select all button/feature to be added to the cards on the application would help a lot!
App Performance
Use this app a lot and is very good in theory. However, the app is extremely slow when it comes to checking tasks or uploading pictures. Seems like poor optimization. Feels like the upload happens every single time you take a picture which is bad practice, should be saved in app’s memory first and then uploaded in background. Huge battery drain as well.
Great app with poor optimization
The User interface and ease of use is top tier but the optimization….. it completely kills the app. Our whole company functions using this app and amongst the approximately 100 people and wide range of devices, there is not a single employee that doesn’t have issues with how slow it is. The constant input lag and delays costs us about 30 minutes to an hour a day just staring at a screen trying to click on our checklists or take photos. Due to our strict schedule that’s an extremely large portion of our time to be fighting with an application. Other than that, I would give it 6 stars if I could.
Template issue when syncing
I hope you have perfect connection at all times because if the app stops syncing or restarts syncing it kicks you back to the beginning of the template EVERY TIME. Also if you’re mid report and a sync issue happens it wipes your report clean and you have to type and add attachments all over again Update 10/27/23: developer replied and it seems this issue has been resolved. I will change my review to 5 stars for now
Terrible!
This app is absolutely terrible. My phone works flawlessly with this app it freezes glitches overheats my phone all kinds of craziness. This is actually the worst app I have ever used in my life.!! you guys need to get it figured out or come up with a new app! Absolutely crazy

The app only displays total guest. But no break down for adults, children, infant like the original reservation details from Airbnb. Please update.

App it’s slow need more upgrade I love to used the app but it’s slow processing information specially when you received a task to do it’s always take time to upload photos or any document in the task I hope this app can be upgraded to be more fast and also helpful. It’s feel really old software and process. I would love to do 5 stars but I can’t because I used the app for my Airbnb and coordination of cleaning crew and to slow for a high demands market in Old Town Scottsdale.

No option to register
I can download the app, but then it just says login that doesn’t give me an option to register and I tried to use an email and a new password to jump in and it wouldn’t allow me

The app is awesome. They continually improve it to be more like the web version which is a MUST. Adding landscape mode would also be fabulous..
Pretty much Useless
Been trying to get this set up for almost a full month now and it still won’t work ! What a joke
Very heavy battery use.
App users all my battery within a couple hours even on WiFi, making it hard to complete job. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly.
Perfect for SME PM companies and for continental scale
Signed up to Breezeway initially to scale up local operations model only to realised it can be scaled up to whole of Europe across all of my company’s presences in Italy, Portugal , Scotland and Bulgaria. The whole system itself is smooth and the Breezeway team are always open for improvements. Great product for SME in Property management with multiple portfolios or even just 1 unit.

This software and company is terrible
I would stay away from this company and this software. It’s absolutely terrible and not worth the fee. They make it impossible to cancel and then when you do say “they have a 60day cancellation perid”. Stay away
Can’t Get In
I can’t figure out how to create an account. Bus this part of another program?
Needs a lot of work
The app is worthless. It works for employees, but on a manager end, you cannot use the app for anything. Everything is need to access, I have to log in on a desktop. This makes the app pointless.
Frozen screen
App does not work. Have been trying for three days and it is frozen on the skate location screen.
App crashes constantly
I use this app daily for work and me and all my co workers have horrible issues lately. App crashes or lags NON STOP. So frustrating.
