Very efficient
Great costumer service, very responsive. On time. Easy to use app. And clean laundry without the loads of toxins. Thank you washy wash
Not going there again.
Overpriced and barely doing anything better than your local dry cleaning store. Save your money and you also need to repeat yourself many times for them to do your special cleaning request correctly. Inconsistent.
Best eco wash.
I agree wholeheartedly with the previous review. The reviewer attracted my attention to a step To follow while ordering. Thank you. I add: Very good application with easy maneuvering. My only intake if more variety items come available as proceeding. Also that once the order is placed, no edit mode available. If that could be considered.
Fantastic
Great great great! Love the service and love their app
Best laundry service ever!
It’s the easiest app to use, amazing service, and toxin free chemicals! My clothes come back always in pristine condition! Can’t get through my week without WashyWash!
I’m deleting the app
Very bad customer service and prices are never same as the app .. rip off
Great Quality and Super Customer Service
Aside from the great quality laundry and ironing service that I use WashyWash regularly for, their customer service is also outstanding. Special requests are always considered and taken into account. Keep it up 🙏🏼
Dishonest
Dishonest, overpriced and the price doubles when you are not watching!
Keep up the good work
Trouble free app, awesome service, punctual and professional personnel.
Worst dry clean ever
Best Dry Clean for Tourists
I flew into Amman for a wedding from the US and all of my suits were wrinkled when I got here. Washy Wash was able to help me download the WhatsApp and pick up my cloths at my hotel. Their app guides you through the entire process. I then changed locations farther out of the city. Washy Wash was able to deliver to me and since I was so far out they politely asked to charge me only 2JOD extra. Their service was indispensable.
Laggy
The app is laggy at the home page while scrolling
Made for working people!
Because delivery and pick up are available as early as 7:00am and on Friday too, this makes washyWash convenient for those of us who work.
Dishonesty
They claimed I have 5 jd discount on my first order, I made an order the total was discounted 5 jd, but they took the full amount from the visa, I called them to ask about it they said oh yeah we will get the 5 jd back to your store credit.. and they never did..
Simply amazing
Simple app to use, great customer service, good price. Proud to have a place in Amman like you. Best of luck
Can’t open
Once you open it, it will close.
Best Eco-Laundry Service!
Simple, easy to use, responsive, visually pleasing, offering the best eco-laundry toxin free, chemical free and ecoclean service at my fingertips! Very easy to place orders, even when I’m in a hurry (the ‘skip item selection’ makes life easy), it’s fun to add unlisted stuff, they thoroughly check any comments you add to your order, and the app keeps me up to date to what’s going on with my laundry from the moment they pick it up until they deliver it fresh and clean back to me.
My shoes got ruined! 😏
I love their service, very advanced and fast! And it’s also super easy! But i gave them a pair of expensive heels and they ruined it 😏 the color was nude and i asked them before sending it if they are able to clean it and they confirm it was not a big deal! They gave it back to me brown! I called and asked what was going on the guy told me they sprayed it with a protection spray and the color will go back to normal (nude) in a couple of days after wearing it! Till now its still brown! So basically my heels are ruined! They should have at least asked me before doing this move or told me it wont work! They even charged me extra for the dry clean! So i basically paid them to ruin my heels! 😩😏🤣
