Order review
Not reliable at all. Unprofessional. Poor management. The app doesn’t update the processing of the shipment, and customers are left in the dark not knowing the status of the shipment. They do not stick with the delivery time frame.
Great Service
Thanks Osama for your focused care and excellent service … Dumyah is highly recommended…
Not what i expected!
The estimated delivery time is always inaccurate. My last order took more than 48 hours to arrive. Also, the delivery driver’s language was unprofessional, which made the experience worse.
Useful app
I started using this app since I became pregnant and now as the baby has arrived it’s my go to app for daily products and baby things
Terrible Service
The app is nice and all but the service sucks, I tried my first order 3 out of 5 items I received were used and I had to return. I did another order hoping it was just a one time thing. Now the item I ordered they let me know 2 days later that it was out of stock and offered a replacement, only after I texted them asking when will I receive my order. They take forever to answer questions and treat me like I am being paid for them to service me, not the other way around. I honestly don’t recommend them, just get the products from the original seller, it will most likely be cheaper and it will for sure be cleaner..
Dummyah
A great app with a lot of products, plus a customer service like no other Highly Recommended
No stock guarantee
Do not get too excited while shopping on Dumyah website as items might be out of stock. Was very disappointed with my last order and will never use this app anymore. Not recommended
Dumyah
A very good application specially for kids products, I love it. It makes the life easier and the products are very good quality and they have high credibility with customers. I even tried several home products and they were exactly as the picture also very good quality. Keep going Dumyah👏🏻
