Terrible and unreliable. I was charged twice for parking at the same time in the same location with two different license plates. I wrote to customer service and they didn't even respond.
Notifications not implemented for iPhone
App is really easy to use, however notifications are not possible on iPhone. Guess it’s not implemented on iOS…
Interruzione sosta
A Modena funziona bene, ma ultimamente non mi permette di interrompere e terminare le soste. Così continuo a pagare fino al primo orario selezionato anche se arrivo al parcheggio prima, non è giusto
Works well
Mostly works well, but once the garage gate didn’t open while exit. I had to take the help from garage, but then the session stayed active for several days. After about one week of continuous emails to the support, they eventually helped in stopping the active session and I was only charged the correct amount.
Comoda!
Mi ha salvato a Pordenone dove non avevo spicci e l’app concorrente non funzionava. APPREZZATISSIMA e immediata la funzione ‘ospite’ così senza perdere ulteriore tempo puoi pagare direttamente la sosta essendo integrata con Apple Pay senza dover passare per link o verifiche del caso.

Ticketless non funziona
Torino piazza vittorio non funziona, in altri parcheggi ho molti problemi. Il costumer service si likita a dire di parcheggiare da altre parti. Quindi da altre parti parcheggio ma senza bmove che si becca 1 stella.
Potrebbe essere più chiara
Utilizzo questo servizio tuttavia la app rispetto ad altre potrebbe essere dal punto di vista grafico più chiara e soprattutto avvisare meglio quando la sosta sta’ per scadere e permetterne l’integrazione

Nemaju dobar support te ih je nemoguce kontaktirati u slučaju problema s aplikacijom, odnosno ne odgovaraju na mailove.
Ok za vanjski parking
Parking na ulici funkcionira, onaj ticketless je lutrija hocu li zapet u garazi ili ne. Zadnjih godinu i pol sam navodno parkiran u kaptol centru.

Comodo ma svantaggioso ….BMOVE ha sostituito PHONZIE senza però mantenere la caratteristica di pagare i minuti effettivamente utilizzato di sosta NON BENE

Great idea, bad execution
Application does not provide receipts for the parking with ticketless, furthermore I experience issues at the gate regularly, which is impossible to solve as there is no workaround available.

Non c’è la possibilità di pagare la sosta in base alla reale necessità. Alla fine si paga sempre di più !

Mi ha fatto pagare 2 volte dicendo che non aveva funzionato e adesso non me la fa terminare. Ma ciofeca

Fate massima attenzione perché se la usate non accedete alle reali tariffe dei parcheggi. Ad esempio, quando il parcheggio ha una tariffa giornaliera, e voi entrate e uscite dal parcheggio, il contatore riparte per cui pagate molto di più che prendendo il ticket fisicamente in cassa. Fate massima attenzione perché altamente sconveniente.
Penosa.
Su iPhone è veramente una pena. Per riuscire a farla funzionare occorrono innumerevoli tentativi, di solito non si riesce ad uscire dalla richiesta di scegliere l’area di sosta.

Un peccato che non si possa interrompere prima la sosta e aver il riaccredito del residuo corrisposto

App semplice e facile da usare. Gestisce anche più auto in sosta (mi è capitato!!).
Registrierung unmöglich
Da wird bei der Registrierung gefragt „Von wo bist du?“ Was soll die Frage? Ist das DSGVO Konform? Ich tippe auf die Staatsbürgerschaft. Wenn ich jetzt „Italien“ klicke kann ich als im Ausland geborener Italiener nicht meine Steuernummer mit deutschem Geburtsort angeben. Oder soll ich sagen ich bin aus Deutschland obwohl ich dort nur geboren bin? Unsinnig… Deinstalliert…
Ok ma notifiche da rivedere
L’app generalmente funziona bene, tuttavia non sempre le notifiche di scadenza biglietto arrivano per tempo. A volte con 20 minuti di ritardo, a volte mai. Non proprio funzionante!

Schade - muss man sagen, Ich sah nur eine Option für das Hinterlegen von Kreditkarteninformationen. Wenn man schon eine Prepaid Option bietet, sollte meiner Meinung nach auch die flexible Zahlungsweise Paypal aufgeführt werden, bzw. zur Wahl stehen, gerade weil die App scheinbar so flexibel daher kommt, mit Flexibilität beim Einsatz wirbt .. Da nehme ich dann doch lieber die EC-Karte am Parkscheinautomaten ..

Practical but could be better.
Quite practical when travelling in Croatia. Allows payment without cash in many cities in Istria. Missing features: schedule by minutes and option to extend / early cancellation. Also when parking it should automatically show you the correct parking zone.

Inefficiente
Io la trovo pessima! Sono riuscita ad usarla solo una volta e a non stoppare il parcheggio, tornata all’auto, impazzendo per il metodo di pagamento. Da mesi non riesco ad usarla perché non prende la selezione della zona. Pessima!
App semplice ma non sempre affidabile
Come da titolo l’app è semplice, permette facilmente di avviare una sosta, gestirla mentre è attiva, permettendo di terminarla anticipatamente oppure prolungarla. A volte, non so come mai non accetta il pagamento quindi occorre sempre avere un backup per poter pagare il parcheggio.

Aplikácia funguje len s wifi alebo dátami , čiže veľmi nepraktické keď nemáte sieť alebo možnosť sa pripojiť. V minulosti som dostala pokutu presne z takéhoto dôvodu, čo sa týka kontaktu , nikto naň nereaguje a písať email bolo tiež zbytočne. Za mna veľmi zle vymyslený systém!

Changing country
should be simpler, now is buried in setting > account. In front of the city name is an icon which allows to change the city. In the next screen you can select the city and there is displayed the active country flag, but this is just informative. Would be nice to make possible to change the active country tapping on flag icon. Also would be useful to add a scanner as many parking spaces have already OR codes.

Na parkiralistu oznaka za bmove, nakon instalacije aplikacije Mulina nema na popisu 🤨

Habe die selben Probleme wie andere Benutzer und kann keine Kreditkarte hinterlegen, obwohl alle Karten tadellos funktionieren und auch mit anderen Apps benutzt werden können. Viel Aufwand für nichts…

S ničím horším v oblasti parkovania som sa nestretol. Ľudia mimo Bratislavy nemajú šancu sa v tom vyznať. Toto musel vymyslieť idiot👍
Telepass and Charging Nightmare
Couldn’t figure out hiw to activate the chargers, I have a tesla for 3 years I used a million apps but this one is just a nightmare for charging. Also to enter the park you need to enter the last 6 numbers of the serial number of your telepass? a joke…. Whoever made this app did not think about the real use cases at all it seems.

Vjerujem da promjena imena u Bmove ima neke veze sa Bratislavom al PayDo takozvani Pajdo je bilo najbolje ime za aplikaciju ove vrste ali dobro sto je tu je. U Zadru će uskoro uvest smart parking system gdje će se vidit slobodna mjesta na parkirnim mjestima u gradu, imate li u planu uvesti funkciju koje će podržavat ove sisteme, jer ako budu druge aplikacije na kojima se može i vidit i platit stvarno nema potrebe za onom koja može samo jednu stvar.

In general app is good. I use it every month couple times. Unfortunately support is poor, if there is any. Waiting over 2 days for any reaction on my e-mails and do not know how to contact them other way, on web and in app is only mail address.

Dobra ideja, ali nazalost nedovoljno opcija, potrebna dobra nadogradnja. Sruši se nekoliko puta u procesu plaćanja. Treba uključiti Zagreb i da ljudi znaju koje opcije imaju odmah na početku, a ne napravit acc i sve i onda na kraju ne možeš je upotrijebit.
