Gloomhaven 2nd edition
I love the app it’s been great with keeping track of frosthaven and jaws of the lion campaign. Do you have any plans on updating to add the new items from Gloomhaven 2nd edition?
iPhone and iPad play and tracking is so different it’s frustrating.
Forgot my iPad so we tried on the iPhone but it doesn’t complete the character or add characters the the level so you can get scenario levels like the iPad.

I want to use this again but my old phone and iPad that I got rid of a while ago are blocking me from using my current phone and I can’t even delete them. It says to delete I have to pay. Pretty underhanded , not a fan and won’t be using.
Ending a scenario to advance forward
We can’t seem to finish fights and complete scenarios? When all the villains are removed, there is no button to complete combat thus completing the scenario? And bosses have no remove button and reducing their hp to zero doesn’t remove them? What are we missing? Help…

Was having issues with a feature and the developers responded very fast to help. Love the app and the ones who made it!
Doesn’t work
Maybe the app isn’t maintained any more? But I tried to set up a new game of GH 2e and couldn’t do anything other than name the players and pick their classes. Everything else was non-responsive or blank. Persisted for a while but eventually gave up in favour of Gloomster for scenario tracking and X-Haven Assistant for combat.
Good app
Good app for tracking characters and party progress in gloomhaven, however im not sure if this is a bug or not, but my group completed the arcane library (scenario #67) which rewards you with the Power Core item ( which goes to the shop)…. However when i go to the shop to buy* it for a character it is NOT listed. I made sure to select the LOOTED option for the Arcane Library as well.
Does it work on IOS?
Maybe I am dumb and missing something, but when I start the app there is no map or combat feature or even the possibility to add items/personal quests. I can only create a party and characters, which I did. Then it won't let me don anything else. I'm confused
Nice layout and would be practical
But when creating my first party for a already started jotl-campaign I noticed items are unavailable in the app (compass of destiny (27), mana potion (14))… Also: why do I have to register?
Frosthaven crossover character sheets?
Love this app and stoked that it supports Frosthaven! I was wondering if there was a plan to include the “crossover “ character sheets for the non-Frosthaven characters? Keep up the great work!!
cannot remove old devices limit
totally stupid that I cannot remove my old devices from the account and have to pay for more devices… do not recommend this app because of limitations
Monsters not showing in combat
I use this app a lot. It is very helpful. The recent update broke the combat system. All of the scenarios show no monsters. I cannot add any monsters either. The attack modifier deck works but that is it. Hopefully, this can be remedied soon.
Clunky and Unintuitive
I think this app probably works best if you have it when you very first start Gloomhaven. Unfortunately, we have just completed our first retirement and trying to enter previous progress into the the app and it is unintuitive, maybe doesn’t even work. For example, trying to assign gold to the sanctuary - I can only add 10 for my retired characters or take it away. Can’t seem to add any more. And I accidentally added 10 for my current character and can’t seem to remove it. Locations - able to add ones as discovered but can’t see to mark some as done or blocked. I think if you are using the app from the very start it will probably build up the picture as you proceed but trying to retrospectively update progress is awkward, May not even be possible.
Great app but can’t unregister a device
How do I unregister an old device? I’m not going to pay a monthly fee indefinitely to use it on my new iPad.

Perfect Tracker for Gloomhaven and helps reduce table space and admin.
Update broke combat
What’s going on? The combat section of the app lets you pick a scenario, but never populates any monsters to work with. And the option to add monsters manually doesn’t work, as there is no list of monsters even when you go to search for them. My campaign team and all my characters are still there.
Amazing app missing a few key components
As others have mentioned, this app has almost everything you could want for campaign and party management. That said, it would be nice to be able to track character ability enhancements, and for this information to be importable for Gloomhaven Fight Companion. With regards to the combat section, it would be nice if there were an elemental status tracker with support for full, waning, and inactive on each element. Even cooler would be if the statuses automatically changed on round progression, but that is unnecessary for the base tracking. All that said, this app amazing handles a lot of information cleanly in the background which would otherwise consume time micromanaging!
Unfortunately broken
I decided to use this to finish out JOTL as I heard using app companions for Gloomhaven makes them much quicker to play. I like how much info you can enter about your party, characters, unlocked items, city events, but the one thing I absolutely need to work in this app--the combat--seems to be completely broken. I added the necessary enemies and all, but drawing monster ability cards gives me empty squares. Doesn't make much sense. That's where all the fiddliness is at in this game, so it really needs to work or there's no reason to use the app. Also, there's no way to subscribe to get more features. I tap to attempt to do so and it just spins. I end up having to reboot the app. Unfortunately, in its current state, this app is almost useless except to keep track of the things that would normally be written on paper.

Help or Tutorial in app would be nice
So far I have only been able to use this as a combat companion because I can’t figure out how to mark a scenario complete (JOTL). So I’m supplementing with pen/paper, which is annoying. It would be nice to have some sort of in-app user info or a help site. I’ve looked around and can’t find anything useful - the Reddit forums look different than the iPhone version with slightly different functionality. UPDATE: was able to find a thread online from the developer and figured out I can swipe. Quite pleased with the app and look forward to using it!

Ultimate Stat Holding
* Being able to manage the normally disjointed jumble of Mini Pads for Character parties and Characters. *Managing Character Quests and Character and content Unlocks. * Tracking item stocking and other inventories according to Campaign progress. *Handling enemy actions and tracking enemy stats. Had this Campaign to the table for a few playthroughs now. Highlights mentioned above but overall, being able to finesse the experience has been most useful.
It should be 5 stars but…
I would rate this with 5 stars, but there is an issue in the app where I cannot use the menu in the top left, and thus cannot access the map, nor the contact developer. It force closes when hitting the icon.
Issue with subscription
So I have a subscription and still can’t log in. Says I’ve exceeded iPad devices. I thought subscriptions allowed multiple devices. I have restored purchases and still same error. How do I unregister iPads I have rebuilt?
The latest update broke combat
Been loving the app so far, but the latest update really came at a bad time when we’re in the middle of a couple days sessions.

It's a very helpful tool for streamlining you gameplay with gloom haven and helps you pick up where you left off very easily. The one “bad thing” I can think of is it’d be great if they’d add jaws of the lion characters. If they did that it'd be 5 stars for me. *Update* Lol just found how to add JOTL characters would recommend making it easier to find though.
I love this app, but...
I have used this app and loved it since I started GH last year, but that fact that there is no Android counterpart makes it bordering on broken. I can’t control what phones my part members have. I NEED that cross platform functionality. Also, it’s not updated for the second printing. I have a Global Achievement I can’t track because It doesn’t exist isn’t the app.
Crashing on iPad
I just installed this app today while it works great on my iPhone 11, we can’t use it on my iPad. We can open the app but as soon as we try to create a character or do anything with it, it crashes and kicks out of the app completely. I have closed it off completely and reopened it but that did not help. Also upon starting the app I get a pop up text message saying test message and to download the updated version 4.3.1 but I have the latest one 4.3.2. Help please

Latest Update Ruined It
This app used to be simple and easy to use but unfortunately the latest update ruined all of that. The campaign tracking portion remains the same but the combat section is now horrendous. Instead of the separate tabs to track monster HP and conditions, monster ability cards, and attack deck, the Monster stats and ability cards are crammed onto one tab making it difficult to read the monster actions. From what I see there is no way to make it larger or turn things back to normal. Time to move on I guess which is unfortunate but this went from convenient to inconvenient real quick.

I use this all the time. Just wish the party notes section wasn’t buggy.. it’s my only gripe

Recent update deleted my login and account. Lost all progress on my campaign. Can't recommend a campaign tracker that does that.
Subscription takes this from 5 to 3
This app has everything you could want in a Gloomhaven campaign tracker. My only issue is the subscription model. The app is already ad supported so the developers are already making money. To force users to pay a monthly subscription fee in order to add more than 2 devices and therefore eliminate sharing amongst your campaign party I feel is unfair. It feels like a cash grab and rubs me the wrong way. I would be more open to a one time flat fee. Anyway, This is the reason I will be using another tracker.

Great app. I’m using it for “Gloomhaven:JoTL”. I am playing it in solo mode, so I am only using two characters. (Hatchet & Voidwarden). By using the app on my iPad, I can place the iPad on the game table, and I can now track my Items, Treasures, Levels, Locked/Unlocked scenarios, and all the hits/damage to the enemies. I am also able to put away all the monster “attack modifier” cards, and I do not need to use the small “Condition” tokens (Bless, Curse, Musdle, Poison, etc…), as the app tracks that for me. It’s totally worth the freebie. I paid the $3 (or whatever it was) to give the app a “tip” and have all the advertising removed. The best Gloomhaven app out there. Wonder if they’ll expand it for Frosthaven?
Can I rate this zero?
Do not use this app unless you plan on writing down your info in duplicate outside the app. I used to tip the developers monthly because at first I loved it so much. I used it for 6 months without even a glitch. But then randomly it stopped saving info even after re-entering it multiple times. I kept sending backup logs by email because of this but then developers said I never had an account with them even though you can clearly see I have monthly tips. Has utterly devastated my one GH party because we have no honest recount of what has happened. This was the worst experience with an app I have ever had. Do not trust. Do not download. Do not waste months of your life on something that will fail you. And if for whatever reason you do, do not spend any money. You will regret it. You have been warned.

Keeps crashing
With the latest update it keeps crashing so I can’t use it, tried to reinstall but still got the same problem. It’s a pity because is such a good app.

Lost all my Data
For some reason I lost all my data. Thank god I use my map and paper as a back up
Useful app - especially for monster (npc) attacks
For such a complex game- app helps record info and big help for monster attacks- no shuffling! 🥳 Just wish it had player actions in battle too. Why no player? 🙁
Dislike the latest update
It made the app slower, and it had some issues with adding new items. Though the new stats and abilities shown on the monster assistance is great, it really slows down and lags when trying to add / remove monsters health and new monsters. Prior to the latest update, it was the perfect gloomhaven app.
Great use
Great app. I hope it may also track player character’s health, xp, and their initiatives(so that players know in which order they are playing against monsters).
Deleted all my data
I didn’t play for awhile and when I came back all my party data was gone.
Mostly perfect
This makes keeping track of most things really easy! For some reason, however, the events section does not allow you to mark your decision and so any items received aren’t added into the available pool. I have an item from an event but am unable to save it to my character.
