Fun! Effective! Diverse!
I love the diversity of the dances and other exercises. I love having fun while moving my body. I love how effective this Body Groove is physically and emotionally.
Good luck trying to cancel
It was fine until I tried to cancel my subscription!!!!
Sehr gut !!
Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren dabei und habe immer noch sehr viel Spaß an dieser App.
need to cancel and can’t
not for me
Empowering!
Body Groove is an empowering, joyful and holistic way to not only get my exercise, but to connect with my body and remember how freeing movement can be!
Getting Charged but Can’t Cancel
I signed up but now I can’t cancel. The app says to go to my customer profile- can’t find anything that says that.
So much fun!
Who knew that become healthier could be so much fun! May it because of the meditation, the Groove or prompts for journaling, everything is focused on you becoming a better you! Just love it!!! The only reason I did not give a 5 is because I have trouble at time not to find the information (but this might be more a user issue than the app’s fault!) 😆
Body Grove
Love this app. so fun
No price no sample
Why do these apps think they can get away with not allowing people to see what they’re purchasing? There’s no mention of cost until you try to watch a video. ANY video. Then you have to start a free trial, which is chancy as a lot of these apps have a problem of charging full cost before trial is over. All to find out it’s nothing special. These app devs need a reality check.
🥰😍 site
So much fun led by passion
Love to Groove
I love everything about this app! Thank you for creating a fun way to get movement while building confidence in dancing! Thanks for continuing to ad more to the app as well!
Not happy
Not easy to use. Impossible to find the “how do I cancel” place.
Body groove
I started subscribing to Body groove in 2020. During covid and not being able to work, it helped me a lot to feel better about myself. I love the workshop and mediations too. The only thing that would make it better for me, would to have more new videos and workouts added more often. I know that it takes time to make the videos, which is understandable. Overall, I would recommend Body groove to anyone who is looking for a good workout, with easy to follow routines and directions.
Sparkling Fantabulousness
I absolutely love the vibe, the energy and the adaptability of the dancing! I’m in a wheelchair and I can feel like I’m part of the group. It doesn’t matter what your ability or your limitations you can groove it out!
Wouldn’t connect to my TV
Was keen to sign up but luckily I tested first and the App wouldn’t connect to my network to cast to TV. This is not something I usually have an issue with - I do it with YouTube videos most days.
65 & loving it!
You’re never too old, too unfit or too heavy - give it a go
Dance!
Dance alone like the world disappeared and the music remembered exactly who you are. Dance alone because you’re not empty— you’re full of fire, freedom, and the kind of joy that doesn’t ask permission anymore. Dance alone, because you are never truly alone when your soul is finally dancing with you. 💃✨ Every step is a declaration: I am free. I am fire. I am whole. I dance not to be seen—but because I’m finally feeling everything. This joy is mine. This body is mine. And tonight—I rise in rhythm. When the lights dim and the last note fades, you’ll still be humming— because the rhythm lives in you now. Not for them. Not for the world. For the girl who kept going when everything said stop. You moved your body, and it moved your spirit. You didn’t dance to forget— you danced to remember how powerful you are when you let go. So take off your shoes. Breathe in the quiet. Feel your heartbeat— it’s still singing. You are the music. You are the healing. You are the whole damn encore. 💫
Payment
Takes your money but won’t let you use the app
So much fun!
Smiled through the whole first work out, kicked up a sweat and loved it! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because I’d like to see an in-line community forum here on the app rather than having to go to Facebook. 😁
I’ve gotten my groove on!
Life changing. No other words needed.
Awful
I did about 2 classes and the instructors are just not my style, you know how some people just make you feel like a cat with its fur being pat backwards… just those vibes for me. But I wouldn’t give something a bad rating for that, that’s just personal opinion. My low rating is because of how hard it is to cancel the subscription! Every other fitness app I have used gives you a link to the website but this has nothing obvious. I have even googled and put in the website manually but it has no way to log in to access the account, it only has the sign up and pay options. I know that I will be able to cancel it somehow but I really hate it when companies make it deliberately ambiguous to cancel subscriptions in the hope you just won’t worry about it. I canceled a subscription with another fitness app to try this one, it was SO easy to cancel and I will be going back to that app. The content was far better quality, the website wasn’t full of fatphobic, fat shaming before and after photos and it was all simple and easy to use. Everything about this has been just ick.
It’s pure freedom!
Move your body this way is a great joy. I always do the video as soon as I get up, it’s a way to start my day. It makes me happy, energised and ready for whatever may come! Tnx so much. Mijn eiland Terschelling The Netherlands
Life changing program for all!
A program like no other I’ve ever experienced! Misty’s simple truths and her inclusive fun approach are inspiring and not overwhelming. Honestly a great program for anyone looking to change their overall health and wellness! Strength, flexibility, balance, creativity, fun ... your own way! Changed my life !
ProMotion was spam
I saw a promotion on Facebook where it was supposed to be $5 a month, put in my credit card info, added a password and looked like I was given access? Huh? When I clicked on a workout on the app it says that now I need to also subscribe with another monthly purchase or annual purchase? What a scam. I hope they make this right?

Mot that easy but so good Merci
Can’t stop grooving
I have been “grooving” for almost two years now. It is Life changing just like you say. I hardly ever miss a day and not because I “have to” but because it’s just great on so many levels…the dancing, the music, the conversation, the choices, the scenery, etc. Maybe a class or two on the new app choices with more of us elders sprinkled in…WOD is still my go to though. Thanks for all you do!
False advertising
The app says explore content for free or subscribe and the only options available are log in or subscribe (which amount to the same thing). How can I explore the content if everything is locked?!? Not a great first impression I’m afraid :(
🙌 from Paris!!!
I like the concept, a good Way to find inspiration Thank a lot 😊
Love these dance sessions!
I love Body Groove. I can dance or I can do yoga or a strength workout or meditate. I always walk away feeling great. I love that. It’s adjustable based on how I’m feeling that day and I love that. I have so many options in the app it’s really an amazing fun workout that I actually look forward to doing.
I hate the music
The only way I can follow the workouts is to turn the sound off. The music is dreadful
Joyful and inspiring
I LOVE these video’s!
