Die App ist gut und übersichtlich. Der Code ist auch sofort da, aber für eine 20€ Steam Karte 4,29€ Gebühren zu verlangen ist schon echt frech. Da gibt es Anbieter die etwas günstiger sind.

I purchased a steam gift card from them (mind you I paid like more than double for what I received (I understand it’s a third party and needs more profit but that’s ridiculous)) and it was already redeemed when I went to use it. I contacted steam and they said talk to these guys (star select) because I bought it through them. Anyway, they responded back really fast and said provide proof and so I sent them my order and the proof that the code doesn’t work. Then they said that’s a steam problem and I can’t get my refund. I went back to steam and they said that’s you tried with them but you have to keep trying with them as you went through them and they closed me help request. Anyway star select said it’s my fault I didn’t redeem it fast enough and it was used and it’s on me? That was disgusting. I brought the issue up with my bank and got my refund very fast from them as they sorted it out. Never buy from these guys again

Ansich ist die App super. Aber ich würde mir noch für die Karten eine Favoriten Funktion nutzen dann würde ich 5 Sterne geben.
Nicht mehr so wie früher
Früher habe ich die App sehr gerne genutzt. Mittlerweile ist sie sehr schlecht geworden. Ich kann bei manchen Gutscheinen nicht mehr die Zahlungsart auswählen sondern muss über ehemalige Bestellungen gehen und erneut bestellen. Zudem komme ich nur noch schlecht in die App rein, da man sich ja jetzt (nervigerweise) jedes Mal über Email verifizieren muss und wenn ich auf den Link klicke, kommt ständig Error. Muss es 3-4 Mal machen bevor es funktioniert. Schade das die Qualität so abgenommen Hat.

First time using this provider- it was recommended via a Netflix webpage that had a link to this online service- I was able to quickly add a gift card amount - min £25 - I was able to choose my preferred Apple Pay method to make the purchase - in this instance 2 months worth of streaming the Netflix service It’s a personal choice option for me as Netflix has yet to offer Apple Pay to their customers and this way of Netflix accessing streaming service means purchasing on an adhoc basis without any further need to subscribe via Vodafone - who I found don’t cancel subscription plans until following month thereby an added extra month when it’s not wanted or being used plus this way there is no need to add/changed card details stored with the streaming service - and, buying via startselect saved a journey to purchase the gift card from an In-store provider - which I once used 2 save having recurring payments taken from stored card details a few years previous. The redemption code to purchase viewing via Netflix is straightforward basically after purchasing there is a message indicating an email is due to arrive and within the email there is a link to the retrieval webpage that you then simply click on the tab to reveal the code - copy and paste into the Netflix webpage/app section located within the payment options of the Netflix account. It’s helped me better manage this streaming service process - I would do the same with paramount, Disney et al., too were they available - bu accessing this online platform it allows me to subscribe on an adhoc basis thereby making payments to the streaming service through my preferred payment method - i reverberate..that Netflix, year on year, have neglected to offer as an option to their Apple users customer base. No issues with startselect platform thus far.

Man wartet erst mal einige Zeit bis was kommt dann wird es storniert. Danach wartete man dann Tage lang auf sein rückgeld. Startselect ist nicht mehr wie es mal war!! Einfach katastrophal!!! Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel

3 Steam Cards gekauft, alles fein ! Dann eine weitere bestellt und in der Übersicht wird seit Tagen nur „Verarbeitung“ angezeigt. Kreditkarte wurde schon belastet. Gleiches Spiel bei einer Nintendo Card. Sehr ärgerlich. Eine weitere Bestellung getätigt: unter Bestellungen wurde „versagt“ angezeigt, Kreditkarte wurde aber belastet. Wirkt unseriös. Erst ködern / teasern, dann das. Support zeigt keine Reaktion.

I order gift cards through Klarna regularly and I love that they offer many different payment options. Never once had a problem. It can sometimes be slow to get the gift card around 5minutes each time as it takes awhile to verify purchase other than that absolutely great.
Don't trust
I do not recommend this seller, despite the success of some purchases, but I did not receive the last two orders, and I contacted the owners of the site via email, explained the problem to them and sent them pictures and proofs and that the amounts were withdrawn from my bank account and I asked them to address the problem, but I did not get an answer and my account was canceled

Die App an sich ist ja super, aber: 1. Login klappt fast nie 2. Bestellungen können teils nicht durchgeführt werden 3. der Warenkorb enthält alte Bestellungen, die nicht gelöscht werden können 4. die App wirkt in manchen Teilen überfordert, im Zusammenspiel Webseite zu App 5. Übersetzungen ins Deutsche teils eher ausreichend bis mangelhaft

Die App ist ganz okay. Einige Punkte gibt es, die ich bisschen schade finde. Um mal einen Punkt zu nennen. Zum Beispiel in dem Bereich einkaufen sehe ich ohne die Bildschirmerkennung nur die Überschrift einkaufen und den Rest nicht. Ich muss erst die Bildschirmerkennung anmachen, um in der App alles richtig zu sehen. Oder bei einigen Fehlermeldungen. Da sehe ich auch nur der Punkt. Ich weiß. Finde ich auch übrigens ziemlich interessant, dass aufgrund der Herkunft dieser Entwickler und oder dieser App ganz komisches Deutsch verwendet wird. Aber da ich nun mal auch plattdeutsch Sprecher bin, kann ich mir das meistens schon herleiten, was das heißen soll. Von daher, was das angeht, kein Thema. Aber ich muss euch sagen, die Webseite war deutlich einfacher zu bedienen. Deshalb gibt’s auch zwei Sterne Abzug. Wenn ihr die App Barriere frei macht, so dass ich auch als Blinder sie perfekt bedienen kann, dann gibt’s auch fünf Sterne, und ich empfehle euch bei Freunden weiter. Versprochen. ein Punkt hätte ich fast vergessen. Als ich mich angemeldet habe, habe ich eigentlich bewusst die E-Mail-Adresse genommen, die ich auch das letzte Mal bei euch genommen habe. Ich dachte höchstens, dass vielleicht meine Adresse zwar schon vorgemerkt ist, damit aber noch kein Konto existiert, da ich mich damit ja nicht angemeldet habe, sondern nur für den Versand des Codes angegeben habe. so dass wir die E-Mail-Adresse mit dem zukünftigen Konto meinerseits perfekt verbunden bekommen könntet wenn’s denn gehen würde. Aber nein, stattdessen kam immer irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen, und ich musste mir dann eine Alternativ E-Mail-Adresse raussuchen. Ist für mich kein Thema, ich habe sehr viele E-Mail-Adressen. Schade ist es aber trotzdem, da ich bei der anderen E-Mail-Adresse die ich vorher genommen Habe mehrmals am Tag nachschaue. Bei der anderen E-Mail-Adresse, die ich jetzt genommen habe, muss ich erst auf die Mitteilung klicken, dann muss ich mir den Code anzeigen lassen, was übrigens auch nicht funktioniert, weil da eure App geöffnet wird, und die App das gar nicht öffnet, so dass ich dann den Link kopieren muss, dass in Safari packen muss, und dann irgendwie mal den Code sehen kann. … aber sonst ist alles cool. Voor de ontwikkelaars: De app is best oké. Er zijn echter een paar punten die ik een beetje jammer vind. Om er één te noemen: in de sectie ‘winkelen’ zie ik zonder schermherkenning alleen de kop ‘winkelen’ en de rest niet. Ik moet eerst de schermherkenning inschakelen om alles correct te kunnen zien in de app. Of bij sommige foutmeldingen, dan zie ik ook alleen maar een punt. Ik begrijp het. Ik vind het ook wel interessant dat door de achtergrond van deze ontwikkelaars en/of deze app een nogal vreemd soort Duits wordt gebruikt. Maar aangezien ik ook Plattduits spreek, kan ik meestal wel raden wat er bedoeld wordt. Wat dat betreft dus geen probleem. Maar ik moet zeggen dat de website een stuk eenvoudiger te gebruiken was. Daarom trek ik twee sterren af. Als jullie de app toegankelijk maken, zodat ik deze als blinde perfect kan gebruiken, dan geef ik vijf sterren en beveel ik jullie aan bij vrienden. Beloofd. Nog een punt dat ik bijna was vergeten: toen ik me aanmeldde, gebruikte ik bewust het e-mailadres dat ik de vorige keer ook bij jullie had gebruikt. Ik dacht dat mijn adres misschien al geregistreerd was, maar dat er nog geen account bestond omdat ik me daarmee niet had aangemeld, maar het alleen had opgegeven voor het ontvangen van de code. Zodat jullie mijn e-mailadres met mijn toekomstige account zouden kunnen koppelen als dat mogelijk was. Maar nee, in plaats daarvan kreeg ik steeds foutmeldingen en moest ik een alternatief e-mailadres zoeken. Voor mij geen probleem, ik heb veel e-mailadressen. Toch is het jammer, omdat ik de andere e-mail die ik eerder gebruikte, meerdere keren per dag controleer. Bij het e-mailadres dat ik nu heb gebruikt, moet ik eerst op de melding klikken en dan de code laten zien, wat overigens ook niet werkt omdat jullie app wordt geopend en die laat de code niet zien. Dus moet ik de link kopiëren, die in Safari plakken en dan ergens de code tevoorschijn halen… maar verder is alles cool.

Die Zahlung ist simpel und der Code kommt sofort in der App. Empfehlenswert.
nette App, hat aber einige Fehler
Aufgrund ihres Fehlers wird es schwierig sein, Ihr Geld zurückzubekommen, es gibt zu wenige oder besser gesagt gar keine Sonderangebote. Es ist besser, in den Laden zu gehen und eine Aufladung zu kaufen, als bei ihnen.

Blockierung der E-Mail Adresse
Ich hatte bisher keine Probleme mit der App noch mit der Online Seite. Jedoch wurde von Apple die „verborgene Email“ Funktion ausversehen genutzt. Und konnte somit nicht auf meine Bestellung zugreifen. Ich habe dem Kundenservice eine E-Mail geschickt auf Englisch und Deutsch jedoch wurde beide Emails „blockiert“. Ich würde mich freuen wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen kann, damit ich meine Bestellung erhalte. Lg

Nu lijkt deze app te voorzien in mijn behoefte, ware het niet dat ik via deze app geen Netflix giftcards kan aanschaffen?! Via jullie website wel. Beetje vreemd dat jullie assortiment niet overeenkomt.
