Just Terrible
I have never written an app review in my life, but here I am because this is the worst app I have ever used that is for a major experience or activity. My family and I are major Disney folks. Multiple trips in the US to World and Land, Cruise, Aulani and we are Disney Vacation Club members. We have used all the apps for those. This one is awful. The map spins for no reason, navigation is really non-existent, occasionally most of the map will be occluded by clouds and you can’t zoom back out. You can’t go back and forth between the two parks without killing the app and starting over. It takes minutes to load just menus from restaurants even though other parts of the app load quickly enough. The main menu layout is so non-intuitive to be non-sensical. And here’s the kicker: if you don’t use the app you are basically screwed because you will never get Priority Passes or 40th Anniversary Priority passes. I work in tech and have worked for one of the biggest tech firms in software development and I never would have released this for fear of being fired. Whatever team in Disney or whomever they outsourced it to should be fired and blacklisted from working in tech ever again. If I ever see a resume come across my desk that has this app on it as work experience, I am deleting it and reject listing that person. Utter misery.

使いやすいしモバイルオーダーやDPA、プライオリティのお陰で動き回らなくていい！ 文句なしの⭐️5 なんか「ゴミ」とか 「クソアプリ」だけ書いてるやつなんなん？ 理由書けよ。 ただディズニーの評価下げようとしてるようにしか見えない(実際そうかもしれないけど) 迷惑なのでやめて頂きたい ディズニー公式アプリは めっちゃ使いやすいです！ 本当にお勧めします！！
Server error
It keeps getting error connecting to server and shows no parking ticket. Had to print out ticket.

Terrible app
Kept glitching. Would not allow me to add a premier pass. Was very difficult to book reservations for a restaurant.

①行きたいアトラクション、ショップをピンで保存できるようにしてほしい ②キャラクターの種類で、どんなアトラクションがあるのか、一覧で見れるようにしてほしい ③マップの向きを、自由に変えられるようにしてほしい
Need to take notes from other park apps
There is no reason this app should be as bad as it is. The navigation is useless. Why is the arrow indicting what direction you need to travel so small you can still barely see it when you zoom in as far as you can? Why does the app keep switching between parks? Why can’t you filter by park and then attractions or character meet and greet, or shows and then see a LIST of things and the wait times? Instead you have to try to navigate on the map which things you might want to see and then zoom to see what the wait times are. Compared to the apps for the other parks, this one is garbage.

Worst App i've ever used
i've never rated an app in my life but this one sucks
It Works Enough
The ratings are overkill on this. The app did its job for us and the wait times displayed were fairly accurate. Room for improvement of course but it isn’t a trash app.
Useful but not fun
The app does show wait times for attractions, and it shows a general map of the parks, but the maps are hard to use, especially when they rotate automatically without you wanting them to. It would be nice if they added the ability to use Apple Pay for ticket purchase. The apps load time is slow, and it always shows an error message telling you that the data is not completely loaded and that you should reload it.

When I use a feature that needs location access when I allow location it says I didn’t
It works fine
Worked perfectly for me while at the DisneySea park. The app shows you how long the wait times are for each attraction and which ones need different premium passes. Not sure why the app doesn’t work for everyone else (based on other reviews)
Useless piece of garbage
Never thought of Disney producing this piece of garbage app. Cannot do anything useful. Loose it for good.

Not to Disney standards
Tokyo DisneySea is an absolutely incredible park. The app is the worst of the three park apps I’ve used by far. It burns through my battery and everything takes forever to load. TDR leadership should try taking someone through the park for a day using the app.

改善というか 1. シーだとマップみても迷う 案内してくれたらスムーズになると思う 2.お気に入り登録あると予定を立て易い 混雑時は考える時間が無駄になる 3.レストラン見にくい 地図でメニューを見れたら食べたいところがすぐ見つかるのに メニューから探して 場所確認してとやることが多くて使いにくいです
Good and useful
The app helps a lot with the map and the on time updates about the lines and other information, good filters available and beautiful design.
Terrible user experience
The app was constantly glitching and slow. It’s incredibly frustrating to use a credit card, which is required to do almost anything within the app. A foreign credit card will work one time, and then later requiring an SMS verification the next. We can’t receive SMS verification, and there’s no option for any alternative, like an email. When almost every ride requires Disney Premier access pass, but I can’t actually login and pay for them, it really diminishes the entire experience. And I can’t create and verify a card ahead of time. Super disappointed with using this app.

Needs work
I can totally see why this app gets mixed or bad reviews. I just downloaded it and logged into my account to buy tickets. During the ticket buying process it asked me to login 3 different additional times, including changing my password one time inexplicably, all to get to the end and have it “not work please close and try again”. So yes, this app has issues. It can’t seem to keep you logged in or know if you are. Hopefully it gets better as I retry. Ironically, I even ahead had an account.

Great experience!
This app worked seamlessly for us for purchasing the tickets, premier access passes, and everything else. There seems to be a minor problem of having spaces in the name, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Buying premier passes work well. Reminders are handy!
Don’t know why this app is rated poorly!? It does its job well to give you access to buy premier passes, see queue times and find places to eat! Reminders on the app work well. The only feedback I have is to separate the Disneyland and Disney sea so you don’t accidentally move the map to the other park :)
Glitchy and confusing
This app orientation is super confusing and glitchy. The dot showing my live location doesn’t have a pointer to show which side I’m facing nor does it show the route to the destination of my choice. The navigation in the app is not intuitive and very annoying. Disney could do better.

Very easy to use and accurate
It was easy to use to check for ride timings and to check which shops had souvenirs medals. Making the groups to book tickets was also very convenient
Randomly stopped working
App worked fine for a few hours, then continued to error/time out to the point that it was nonfunctional to use for anything - map, wait times, mobile ordering. I had full cellular signal, I tried resetting my device, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Definitely not a highlight of the Disney visit.

Terrible App for a great park
Very hard to navigate the mal and very slow to load. Not user friendly.
Great convenience, issue with credit card info
The app overall offers great convenience for visitors to navigate the park and check the wait time for all rides. However, the app didn’t remember my credit card information despite that I bought the tickets through the app, making me reenter my credit card information while purchasing DPAs for my family, which was a bit stressful considering my how fast DPAs can run out.

Fix this terrible app
Me and my friends spent hours of our time in Disney trying to manage and figure out this confusing app. There was multiple instances were we would entering card information and be ready to check out and had to redo it because the slot was taken. There was MUTIPLE times were the app wouldn’t even load past the home screen leaving more time spent trying to figure out this app than actually walking around Disney. Worst app for ANY Disney app and I regret spending my own hard earned dollar supporting this non functioning app. I wish I could give this app negative starts honestly worst use of my phone battery ever.

Why Disney why?
I could go on and on about the negatives. But the main three things. 1)The map function is poor at best. 2) Inability to buy fast pass, I think it’s Disney’s poor thinking as opposed to the app itself. 3)Very difficult to navigate and cumbersome. Please don’t be fooled by people leaving 5 star reviews. They probably had a magical day at the park rather than the app itself. Have been very happy to Hong Kong and Paris recently. Tokyo app a huge letdown. That’s what makes this unbelievable. Why Tokyo app on it’s own is so poor?

it is genuinely slowest, hardest to use, most frustrating app in the entire world. it is literally taking away from our disney experience. if i could give it zero stars believe me i would.
Why not
Japan is next to Taiwan, why not add a Chinese interface?

No offline support - why do I need connectivity all the time. Difficult to use map -map pins aggregate on zoom but that makes using the map difficult. - hard to locate your surroundings bc it’s so busy. - no real detail in the map to help orient you. Poor information on the rides - what is a ride. - how will a child like the ride. - how old is the ride. Filters are not helpful - so many filters but what about just a toilet filter. - what about a food type filter -what about favouriting rides and filter just your favourites. Do better Disney.
