Non-functional back arrow
The care assessment sheet has a non-functioning back arrow. Please fix.
Finger or face recognition
It would be easier if I had this option instead of typing your password each and every time. Other than that, it’s a fairly decent app.
Barely functioning app
This app is so bad that it barely carries out its primary functions. Clocking in on time? Forget it. It'll tell you that you're too far away even though you're standing on the client's porch. Writing a lengthy note? Better hope it doesn't experience an "unexpected error" and delete the whole thing after you press submit. Trying to clock out? Sometimes it can't even log you in. I never leave reviews, but this app makes me so mad that I had to. I wish I didn't have to use it. Garbage.

App glitch
At least once a week, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to get it to work. It glitches out frequently, which affects my ability to clock in on time. It is absolutely a hassle on the days that it does not want to work properly.
Unreliable app
Will “drop” and cannot complete assignments and/or clock in/out of shift. Need to find location with better WiFi connections!!
Great app
It shows everything yu need to see and works perfectly fine . Good app overall
Schedule
Please make it to where you can look at passed scheduled shifts. Every week the calendar start over and you can only see that week so if you worked Saturday night you can’t even clock out on the app Sunday morning bc last weeks schedule is gone.

4/5 because there’s some glitches going on in this app, like not being able to clock out even though I am in the resident’s house. Please fix the bugs. Thanks.
Can’t view past shifts
This app is terrible at showing past shifts. If you clock in for a shift on Saturday night, it disappears by Sunday morning and there is no way to clock out unless you call the office. The app blocks out the previous week making it impossible to go back to see the days/hours you have worked so far. All other apps I use as a caregiver gives the option to view previous weeks. I hope this can be fixed soon.
Feedback
I think it’s a great tool. It has good features but there is room for improvement. For example not all tasks apply to all shifts but I still have to say complete or app won’t accept it. Maybe a Not Apply option could be addded. Maybe lil more streamline. Avoid redundancy. Also it would be nice to be able to see assignments history. Something nice I would love to have is the ability to announce my availability thru the app. Without having to call in.

This app is awful ! I have had issues ever since I downloaded it! Some clients I can clock in no problem others will not go through even if I’m on their WiFi or 5g ! This app needs the bugs fixed due to so many glitches ! Many caregivers are wanting to go back to paper form!

The app is great and very accessible. I really appreciate its basic layout although the younger side of me would love to see a bit more in the app!

I used to like the app. It was very simple to use, but now you can’t even put in your comments for your charting. You have to write it separately and send it in and have them apply it , not good.
Lots of Bugs
I hate this app. It always has issues loading open shifts or clocking in/out. I have to delete the app and redownload it often to see open shifts or clock in/out.

Piece of garbage
8/12/2026 TWO FREAKING MINUTES TO CLOCK IN THIS MORNING OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whaaaaast are you people doing????????? 7:15/2026 At least once nearly every day, this piece of garbage gives me an “unrecoverable error” and says it has to restart. It also takes way longer than it should to load, you can feel yourself growing older waiting! So much for bug fixes a month ago. Gee, it’d sure be nice to not have to use a piece of garbage to clock in and out each day! 6/2/3026 FIX THIS FREAKING APP ALREADY!!!!!!! IT’S BEYOND CRAZY TO HAVE TO RELY ON SOMETHING THAT TAKES SO LONG TO LOAD EACH CLOCK IN AND CLOCK OUT!!!!!!! WHY IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE, MANY MONTHS AND UPDATES LATER?????????? 4/12/2026 Once again, this app is proving to be a piece of trash. No joke, it took me five minutes to clock out on Saturday morning. Day after day, the continual problem of authentication and almost daily error messages where I am told the app has to restart has become something that irritates me, but that I have no control over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the trick of saying I forgot my password to reset, powered my phone off and back on again and nothing fixes it. TO THE DEVELOPERS - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! FIX THIS APP, FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!! 1/23/2026 Two freaking minutes of loading outside to get logged in?????? This is ridiculous. This app is loaded with bugs. Taking forever to load shifts, error messages and lots of lag time to mark tasks. I wish to God the powers that be would stop screwing around and fix this already!!!! This is connected to payroll that we are talking about here!!!!
Access to past documentation
One of the suggestions I have is to make it possible to see beyond simply the last caregivers documentation, as often there are tasks to accomplish once a week without a specific date that I cannot see whether or not they have been done and have to contact through email managers to ask if they know whether the task was already done that week.

Face id issues
Face id has not worked for past 6 months over multiple ios beta updates. Even trying to turn it off and back on in app settings and phone settings. Only can fix it temporarily by deleting and reinstalling app but its only fixes it briefly

I am so impressed with the client demographics and overall this app is awesome!!

App is meh at best when it does work and then it glitches and messes up everything also clients have such a hard time to sign the signature page it’s horrible forced to use it but don’t like it and wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

I use it because of work, but for some reason I have been trying to get into my account and it doesn’t recognize me, I rest the password and the f app still saying that is an invalid user. I was available to use it online but on the phone’s app is just not going thru. Garbage

Finicky
I really wish this app would be updated and dealt with. I’m tired of calling my job to ask them to clock me in because the app isn’t working. I can turn my phone off and restart it… and come back to the app still not working. This is for our jobs! Please fix it!
Do not like update
I woke up this morning to a different app. I do not like the way the app has been updated and that comments are now notes. I am a 24/7 live in Caregiver and I usually have over 1000 characters in my daily notes. Now I only have 256 count characters which totally messes up my daily routine. I now totally dislike this app.
Great app!
I love using this app to clock in and out of my caregiving shifts. Client assessments are easily available, and directions to their homes is linked to Google maps on my phone. The only problem I have is sometimes the app freezes or doesn’t sync my location right away, meaning I have to close the app and log in again — frustrating when trying to clock in quickly!
New version error
App has been updating since July 30th, each time you log in it prompts you to update version. Still saying authenticating over an hour.

Multiple problems
1. When working overnight it goes to the next day and then it’s hard to go back. 2. It should go back and show past shifts 3. The gps tool should be better calibrated. 4. No spell check in app 5. Not easy to get into your settings.
Great app for caregivers!
The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the app itself frequently crashes and/or freezes on my iPhone. Having to frequently close the app, and reopen it, or even restart my phone to "reboot" the app gets a bit frustrating and annoying sometimes. Other than that, no other complaints thus far! Can't wait to use it more!

The app is good, I like that you can use fingerprint ID to open quickly, however it would be nice if you could open and read the caregivers notes ahead of time before actually logging in when your due to start your shift, some notes are long if it’s from a long shift, it would be a lot better being able to read this so that when you go to your shift you already know what to expect especially if that client is not having a good day etc, I also noticed that when notes / comments are typed it does it end to start, so when the office reads it they are reading from the end of the shift first instead of reading from the start to the end. Apart from that it’s better than using the old app we use to have.
Issues
At least once a month my app gets stuck . I have to delete it and reinstall. Then it takes forever to get my Face ID to work even though I have it toggled on !!
