Does not have the worker's interest in mind
Doesn't have worker's interest in mind at all. Facilities are allowed to cancel you after you arrive on site and not pay you. Clipboard management lets them do it but you get penalized as a worker for cancelling last minute

Terrible company. The facilities that they staff are allowed to cancel all your shifts whenever they want with no repercussion but if you call in your account gets restricted and you can no longer pick up shifts for a week look elsewhere if you’re looking for a Nurse Staffing.

This company is not for their nurses at all. Because it’s 1099 they take full advantage of us. I was scheduled to work the shift only to arrived and was told by the staffing coordinator they did not see my shift. So I was then canceled. Only to find out I was to be paid $4.61!!!! For the time I was there. Not 2hr not 4hrs but $4.61 as a nurse and I was there for a few minutes… This is very disheartening and Clipboard did nothing to help me at all. I am very disappointed. EVERYONE needs to boycott Clipboard Health
Great app just one concern
Love the app! The only thing I feel need change is when an office schedule fall apart and we aren’t compensated a full shift! I feel we showed up we should be paid for the entire shift!

Not many facilities in my area. Also the agency needs to get its clock in system under control, I am showing up to facilities having to run around and find someone to enter me into their time clock so I can record a video for clipboard of me clocking in while missing 15 minutes of pay and annoying everyone whose there, especially the nurse I’m relieving. They have too many little things they want you too do at the expense of the worker.
Plan your commute
App is fine. But why is there constantly a “plan your commute” banner? I’m not using this app for directions. Please give us the ability to turn this “feature” off. Bring a charger on work days, especially if working 12+, even with improvements, it still eats your battery juice.

How Inconvenient
The patch criminal background check says it takes about an hour. It’s been about four or five days since I’ve submitted mine. I reached out to customer support. They said that there’s a problem with their app on their end. How long does it take to fix a bug in the system especially if I’m the only one. They emailed me a whole lot of nothing and do nothing to resolve. It. Been trying to work.

There are never any shifts only to regulars regardless of your priority status I have been with this company since 2020 and was on a secret list and now for many months nothing, even though I was a regular.

Pay lower than working a regular job. Excessive text message to threaten to cancel your shift. Not too many shifts for RN. Quality of company and pay decreased over the past 2 years
Great office.
Staff and Dr are friendly and helpful. They use Dentrix and have nice instruments. The day went smoothly. Found parking on the street by the office.

There’s a business by the name of Rarejem Home health. They are actively refusing to pay me and clipboard won’t do anything. DO NOT WORK THERE !!!!

Very strict time rules for shifts
Timing of the app for the shifts is very strict. If I arrive one minute late, it will still count me as late. And sometimes when I try to clock in, it will keep giving me an error that says I’m not inside the facility but I’m inside the facility. And the app always requires my precise location to clock me in. Very weird and strict rules.

Very unhappy the way, Clipboard is starting to move, now Clipboard wants to start tracking your every move, there isn’t even an acknowledgment form, trying to get a hold of Homehealth takes 24 hours and sometimes there are no call backs regarding issues. Something needs to get fixed here now my payments are late and my bills are behind.

This top-tier nursing application is incredibly user-friendly and highly beneficial for nurses, CNAs, and CMAs.

The pay is extremely low for me but others see high rates I got 29yrs experience every time I reach out they tell me it’s generated and I I build a relationship with certain facilities and I can’t even pick up shifts because y’all lower the rate but give another Med Tech higher rate going into the same place I’ve been with you years and my score is very high. I had to cancel my first shift recently due to the pay decrease. I wasn’t aware of at Lake Morton Senior. When I was promised 34 an hour and up from two of your tech and a facility. Every time you reach out to me now for work I tell him I can’t the pay is too low at 28 for the workload I had filed complaints reached out. Nothing has been done. There’s no way that I’m seeing rates. of a brand new Cna instead of a Cna experience very disappointed it never used to be like that in one of your tech told me why I just don’t take a job there pretty much letting me know y’all willing to lose Lake Morton senior if I take a job!
