Great game, no ads unless you want a coin doubler and the game is exactly as intended. Besides the top review, it’s actually a great game and I’m assuming they changed the amount of ads they give.
Black screen
Twice I’ve been past at least level 1000 and when I open the app the start screen comes up but then the screen goes black. First time I deleted and reinstalled the spp starting back at level 1. Any ideas what to do other that uninstall/reinstall and start over?

This game had zero ads that's why I liked it but once I got up to level 35, I'm forced to watch an ad at every single level. No thanks. Deleting this game.

I’ve played this for a long time. I like the daily puzzles too but it won’t keep your scores unless you watch ads between the challenges. The last 2 updates are ONLY to show continuous ads! I deleted the game today. You can keep your stupid ads.
1.2.7 problem
Like the game but ever since version 1.2.7 was installed, the game does not store the daily challenge results. As soon as you exit the game, it forgets what you’ve achieved. Please fix. (Playing game on iPhone)

Time for ESL classes
I made it to level 2000 through pure perseverance. The game is addicting and stimulates the old grey matter while attempting to figure out what words aren’t either rejected or filed away without populating the puzzle. I’m done with the frustration. Deleted.

TERRIBLE CASH GRAB
Frustrating to play, inconsistent rules, constant ads. Words that are recognized in one round aren't even considered words in the next. Sometimes proper nouns are acceptable, other times not. The "free hint" button is a joke - you have to hit it multiple times (and watch multiple ads) just to get enough coins for one hint. Just avoid this trash.

I was able to use the word “rape” as an acceptable word one round and the very next round it was denied? I have also put in words as crane and was told it’s not an acceptable word? What is wrong with this game and why are legitimate words denied in one round in the next round approved? Customer support support is nonexistent
Limited Lexicon
There are numerous instances of common words that are not recognized as valid. It’s frustrating to not receive points for valid words.

I have it on my moms phone and on my iPad you don’t have to have internet for it it gets tricky but that’s what is fun about it and that is not the ad for the game it is just a different game ok

Messed up!
I used to love this game, and still love playing the regular game... but here lately, if I play the daily puzzles... I go to play the next daily puzzle, and the three stars are gone from the day before... as if I hadn’t played it at all... it’s not worth even trying to play it... the sad thing is... it’s a great game... when it works the way it’s supposed to... hopefully the bugs in the game will be fixed SOON...

Loved it until it broke
I used to love this game. I played it every day through March 31, 2020. When I went in on April 1st, the daily puzzles are no longer available & when I start a regular game & log out during the game, when I go back in later or the next day, all of my words are gone & I have to start over again. I have reported these issues several times but nothing has been done. Please don’t tell me to reboot my device & try again because that does not work. I have emailed & I have done the contact us from within the game with no response. I guess it is time to delete it & replace it with something else!

It is frozen on the purchase coins page again 3 times you have answered we will get your coins. I DO NOT WANT TO BUY COINS! I just want to play the game. This will not restore or give you game. So no puzzle just money page again. Please fix. Sorry I completed May & started June , but today it will not go to June maybe because I finished 31st then went back &completed the 29th. Today come back to play & all days are empty as if I did not play all month. Yet I can go back & replay them. From June 1 until June13. Help this never happened before. Can you replay? This game is my favorite but it keeps freezing on me and at one point and time I was on level 600 something and had to delete it and when I downloaded it again I had to start over now I am in the 200 ‘s and it is doing it again. Please fix it so it stops doing it, it is a daily game for me and I have spent a lot of money on this game but will delete and find another game if it don’t stop freezing.

I love this game. In the past I believe I was able to play without the ads. The ads are too frequent and last a long time. I have found other games I like but would return if they cut us a break and make it paid, with no ads.

No new games in months, so I think this game is a dead end & they won’t provide new puzzles. Also, this game takes slang words but rejects tons of real words, & the amount of ads will make you crazy. Move along to a better game.
Great game but....
I really love playing this game but I’m up to level 1506 and it’s still on six letter words - when does it step up to seven to keep increasing the challenge? And what are all the coins for exactly - I have over 40,000 stored up for no apparent reason... make it get progressively harder and it would be a five star game for sure!

I have loved this game and enjoyed the daily challenges. They were not available for the entire month of April, came back for May and have not worked for June or July. I’m about done with it.
Aggravating!
Overall, I like the game; but there are aspects I don’t like at all: 1. Either allow proper nouns or don’t. Having it so some puzzles accept them and others don’t is frustrating. 2. Either accept plural words or don’t. 3. Load a real dictionary into your system and accept all words that are in the dictionary. 4. You recently changed the game so puzzles accept only words of certain lengths. That’s fine, and it’s ok that you flash a note to remind me. But don’t yell at me with that exclamation point.
Super fun!
I really love this game. My dad first downloaded it on his phone, and my whole family loves it! We are currently on level 808 and still going! There are some minor mistakes where it doesn’t recognize a word when it’s an actual word. Besides that, this game is really addicting. Whenever my dad opens the app, everyone in my family joins in, including my five-year-old brother and my mom. I would definitely recommend this game! Also, for our family, there aren’t any ads at all. It’s probably because we play it when there’s no WiFi. If you are playing this game, I would suggest disabling the WiFi while playing, based on all of the other reviews about all of the ads 😊

I open to play and for two days now nothing. All I can do is open and it’s frozen. Please fix. I am now trying to open game and it closes on me. Freezes if I can get it open.

Latest update is broken
I have sent messages to the developers but no response. Since the last update, a lot of the features in this are now broken. Daily games no longer work. Going to delete soon if they can’t fix it.
Great game, annoying ads
This game is addictive—although there are tons of words it doesn’t recognize and a few odd ones it does (like ITS for it’s and ETC which is an abbreviation!). The creator(s) seriously need to brushy up on dictionary usage and/or have a means for users to suggest words. But I can deal. It’s the ads that are horrible and beyond annoying—one in particular plays for 30 seconds between every round and cannot be skipped or bypassed. This of course guarantees I will never ever download *that* game, but makes me long for a paid version. On inquiring of game makers about a paid version, they referred me to the in-game coin purchase as that. It isn’t. A paid version has no ads and does not require what should be optional in-game purchases. Repeatedly buying coins in the free version is not the same thing. Yes, the ads stop, but you have to keep buying coins.
