Not enough data Will be changing to total unlimited , with Horizon. I can never sign in
Love the price, hate the service
The customer experience and price are great. The 5GUC cell coverage is unusable. I have full service and am unable to use my phone as if I were out in the middle of nowhere. Not being able to use my phone without wifi in 2026 is insane.

Used number issue
I got a new cellphone number and it was used one. İ couldn’t apply many programs even Microsoft Teams. I wanted a new number and they gave me the worst one. I couldn’t download WhatsApp and I couldn’t speak with my family who live another country.

Last month twice there was no network for whole day.
Hassle to Renew or use app/website on phone
I’ve had issues logging into my account every single time I try to use this app the website included. It just glitches out or even blocked me as spam. If you need to quickly pay your phone bill just call the number instead. Good luck trying to login.

Mint mobile id great! I was a little hesitant because of the low price, but the quality and reliability are THERE! I think they use T-Mobile network so they are def in top 3 services. $180 got an entire year of UNLIMITED talk, text, and data is unbeatable! I’ve been a customer for 18 months now and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.
What Happened?!!
I’ve used Mint Mobile for a couple years+. The service was near perfect and the app easy to use until this year. Right now I am determining the best way to end the service. Is it T-Mobile’s fault that I consistently have trouble signing into the app? And once I’m in, refresh dates are different than when I started the service and Chat doesn’t work? My service only has the tiniest bar, often goes to LTE or SOS and notifies me that my Internet connection is poor—if it shows anything at all! What a mess.
Signing in
I am a Canadian who uses Mint while in Florida 6months of the year, but pay for one year in advance so I can keep my number. Well, I am trying to sign in today and Mint does not seem to work with my same phone number or my password. Don’t know how to get this cleared up.
Cannot login
App is basically unusable. It requires verification at every login then freezes up once verification is provided.
Wishing better International rates
The domestic service is great. I just wish we could get better int’ rates and coverage.

Constantly signs you out
Not worth using the app because you’ll be signed out very time and you can’t sign in with just FaceID, you need to do the whole send you a code circus just to check your data for the month.
Mint does not work in Canada
The mint does not work in Canada, there is no signal at call, I can not make or receive phone call or text message. Thanks
Survice is good, terrible app
The service is quite good. The app is a headache to navigate especially when trying to activate or log out and etc
Data thieves
Please be aware I have tested your data usage compared to 2 companies, phones side by side and you all are not being transparent and fair! Literally usage is twice as much! So if I use 500 gig in two days on your platform it’s actually 250 gig thru any 3 companies! Can you help me understand

I’m pleasantly surprised! Much better coverage than AT&T for a fraction of the price. Just bought a 10 day international plan for 20 bucks . Awesome stuff

The app doesn’t even work lol. They “send you a text” to log in, and proceed to send no text at all. The Customer service is among the worst I’ve ever seen and I used to to work it. It’s cheap and that’s all it has going for it.

Keep saying authentication is wrong
There is a bug with login you need to fix it, it keep saying authenticator app code is wrong, but when I go to set it up, no key is provided from “the previous page”

App would not work at all for quite awhile- tried deleting and reinstalling - could not activate e sim or physical sim on other phone- could only do via phone call - told to turn off wifi to get app to work- does work now but hassle and could not buy plan after trial until phoned

The phone plans seem amazing especially since you get free trials. But when I try to sign up, it says there isn’t any coverage in Canada. Please add support for 🇨🇦CANADA🇨🇦

Email changing process and phone number transfer pin / account information
Mint mobile has made it impossible to recover the account and made it impossible to change the email address on file to recover the accounts and to transfer the phone number to a new device after the old device has been lost or stolen I can’t access the email account associated with my mint mobile account nor can I receive text messages to the phone number I have from mint mobile because I do not have the mobile device the phone number is attached to

Bring back UpRoam
I loved Mint but their new international roaming is significantly more expensive than UpRoam. Framing it as a cost saving change for customers is a blatant lie for 99% of users. Please bring back UpRoam!

Good Enough, But Could Use Some UI Tweaks
You could take notes from StraightTalk wireless’ app. Instead of having to tap on a button and wait to see how much LTE data you have left, it would be nice to have it displayed graphically (as a horizontal meter or a graph of any kind).

data works well. however. i got the unlimited data package and it was not in fact unlimited. i used all of my “high speed” data and was left with my data barely working. i then had to pay even more money to get data that worked again. this is incredibly annoying as i broke enough as is. and it was no advertised to be limited. you stink guys

Love the service but the new app is the biggest step down in quality I’ve ever seen for an app, it’s barely usable in comparison to the original one and it’s making me consider alternatives
