It’s a bit busy of UI. I wanted to feel the nostalgia but got pretty overwhelmed 🥲 Korean language support would be great considering there’s a fair amount of korean people globally.

No point playing last level 210
Once you reach 210 theres basically no point to playing, 1 level takes up to 70+ hours of grinding on auto mode, and you can’t reliably earn high amounts of meso without doing exploits that can get you banned from the game as only once character can farm at a time. Genuinely awful endgame experience. Uninstalled because whats the point of grinding that long for such little progress in a mostly single player game?

Banned for no reason
This was very nostalgic for me as I played PC version when I was younger. I loved it, brought back a lot of good memories of playing with my big brother, who I haven’t seen in a while. So I started playing, then my husband joined, then my kids joined also. But out of nowhere all of our devices get banned. I tried reaching out to support but they must be using A.I. because I got no help. I somehow ended up messaging support for PC and they got back to me swiftly and it was an actual human being. Although they couldn’t help our situation due to PC and mobile being separate departments, I did appreciate their reply. Unlike the mobile support. My kids were sad, they were starting to get into it and I was pretty upset myself. But it is just a game.. we’ve moved on to a different one. I’m glad we didn’t spend any money in game yet. Just a FYI, don’t tell your household of this game or your account will get banned for no reason and you will get no support from them.

Storage it takes — 6 / 10 When in the App Store , it says that the storage ( MB / GB ) is about 373 MB ( that’s what I see ) , I downloaded it ( it also looked fun btw ! ) but when I went to settings IT WAS LIKE 17 . 42 GB what . Like I understand why it takes a lot of GB ( no adds , no lag , good graphics and FPS , more / eg. ) but like that’s why most ppl can’t play ( either they don’t want to or it’s too much storage ) . I recommended fixing it ig ( lowering it down , lowering graphics / FPS ) ?? Gameplay — 9 / 10 The art is so talented and cute and the stories of each character has good vocabulary , amazing lore and more !! The stories are like the best part ( same for the art ) . The enemies ( monsters ) are also cute ! And the items such as the potions are useful ! ( especially the teleport rock lol ) Overall — 8 / 10 It’s a pretty amazing game , I totally recommend it to ppl trying to search for a game that includes adventure , amazing art and good graphics and FPS ! I got data drained at least a few times. Talk about the Black Mage with a pebble like King David from the bible. The pebble destroyed the cliff in Vanishing Journey. Now I'm on MapleStory M. I was level 240s, data drained. I was level 230s, data drained. Now I'm at 213. At least my story in the game, thanks Nexon! Maybe I'll never hit 260.
Cool to see it but
Holy, this game takes up over 11GB of space. For Maplestory? I have other fantastic games that do not require such a massive chunk of storage. Very disappointing, I was excited to finally be able to play on the go. This game must be so full of bloat to be that ridiculously massive. Genuinely absurd. It also kept putting on auto-play which is a horrible feature that shouldn't exist in any mmorpg. It shouldn't play for you if you're not going to bother playing it yourself. Why would I want to watch the game play itself? And it's so full of cash grabs I literally just started, I'm not buying cosmetics. This is not at all the Maplestory I remember when I was younger. Completely weird and off-putting in every way.
A lot at once
A lot on the screen and some stuff should be bigger and some smaller and I feel the option for zooming in closer to your character should be an option and I would love for non idle controls to be bigger as well because they can be difficult to hit but other then that I’m loving it so far!
Good game, but crashes too often...
I played this game several years ago and had no issues with crashing, but now I try play it on my iPad and it's constantly crashing after 1-3 mins of gameplay... please fix this!

Doesn’t matter if you’ve played the game for a few months or several years. DO NOT SPEND REAL $$$ on the game. They will ban you regardless if you play the game ethically or not. The developers and customer service don’t care. Don’t waste your time. From a former mapler who’s invested years into this game. Customer support is AI. They will ignore all inquiries. Dead game full of bots and the game developers will ban any real Mapler. Nexon has become such a disappointment. Update: their customer service team sucks and will make you run in circles. Nexon does not care about their players. Good luck to the rest of you maplers who are still giving Nexon a chance. I quit.
Need to spend money or ur weak
Game is a big grind, just to hand out the bad end of the stick. Need to pay to progress basically or you just fail almost all attempts even large % ones, overall fun game but to the unlucky bunch it’s a waste of time

Where are all my characters I had made. 10 characters all gone. Any way of getting these back I’ve reset every password I can think of and tried to sign in every way you have available:(

Random ban
Initially I was excited about this game which is the same as many of you. Though there are still lots of improvements to be done, I am still satisfied with the game time to time improvements. Until one day I was just clearing my daily quest as per normal and I have lots of auto battle timing so yes I do have the rights to auto battle for extremely long period of time, when all of a sudden I got banned for no reason. I didn’t even do anything for me to get ban and I still got banned for God knows why. It got me frustrated. I still gave a 2-star for the old time sake of playing the game for months.
Cat killing quest 😔
I can't believe my first quest was to kill cats!! Used to play in 2005-2013.. never made me kill cats back then :( the game is very automated.. strange that the game plays itself with auto quest. What is the fun in that? But what do I know about games these days

Unrealistic/impossible to upgrade equipment
To starforce it’s a 1% chance. Jewels is 2%. Accessories 10%. I also asked ai how long it would take to fully exalt your equipment and it said 40-60 years. Also one exalt stone is like $100 for a %25 chance of it working LOL

Auto play for hours
I don’t understand how people can enjoy a game where you click auto play and do nothing for 3 hours. I remember MS on PC being a grinding, fun, eventful and challenging game. All I do in this game is auto play quests and click “Accept” to do another repetitive quest.

5% destroy item
You add a % for an item to be destroyed and no way to recover it after someone works hard to buy the item to begin with only to have there time wasted because you added such a dumb mechanic to the game. I will never play again. Embarrassing game design.

This game contains severe official in-game cult, bully, gamble and all kinds of scam problems that the customers (players) don’t know or are not notified at the first place. After a period of time of playing, I found out that the in-game scammers and cult members who cause all these problems are 100% hired by the game company Nexon because all they care about is how much money we the real players spend in this game, if not enough, they’ll start to brutally online bully us until the players spend to the enough amount of money to satisfy them so they’ll stop. Account deleted already.
