Great App
This app is wonderful. I use it all the time and it’s saved me a ton of money, by preventing me from buying duplicates all the time. I love being able to save photos of my patterns.
Can’t log in.
I’ve tried numerous times to log in. I’m not able to change my password. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Update?
When will the app be updated with new thread names. All the Nashville new thread colors have not been added.
Not contact info for help
I lost all my inventory and there is no way to get assistance
Frustrating
Please fix this problem. It would change the rating to at least 4 stars. The app needs an update that makes it so I can add a designer. It will not let me enter miscellaneous as a designer either, even though that is the recommended fix. If I can’t add a designer from your list of designers, I can’t even save my chart title entry. Very frustrating. Also, when I enter the chart name and hit tab, it takes me to the notes section, not the designer name which is below the chart name field.
Excellent Inventory On the Go
Love this app as I have all my fibers, linens and patterns at my fingertips. Easy to use. Includes pictures as well. Highly recommend!
Beware!
I loved this app previously. Had tons of thread inputted into it, and it recently renewed for another year. Suddenly today, it wanted me to log in, and I had to reset my password, after which it informed me that my “free trial” had ended. I have proof it’s paid through August 2024. I plan to dispute the $9.99 with my credit card, but now I have to re- inventory all my thread, find a new app, then re-input all that data! I would give it zero stars if I could.
Missing Threads
Pretty good inventory app for threads but missing some Rainbow Gallery threads like Fyre Werks and soft Sheen Fyre Werks and Au Ber A Soie Trebizond. Hope these are updated
Could Be Better
I was trying to send feedback within the app but it didn’t work. Anyway, I’m rating 2 stars for now because I believe this needs severe improvements. I like that I can include my floss ( but I hate how I have to save then go back into floss number for quantity instead of including quantity at the same time before I save). Not only does this
Inventory disappeared
I’ve been loving this app until recently. My subscription renewed automatically on July 7th 2022. I hadn’t been in the app for a while so I had to reset my password. Now my inventory has disappeared! In the settings it shows my subscription as renewing in July 6th 2023. What do I need to do?
Exceptional app
I love this app. Very easy to use, I am to keep track of my patterns along with Start and Finish dates.
Doesn’t work!
Makes me sign in every time, which is annoying enough on its own. Completely unstable. Every time I try to use the chart “by designer” option, it drops out of the app. When I try to add a chart through search, it won’t save. Fairly useless so far.
Linen manufactur
Please take out requiring a linen manufacturer. I don’t know on 95% of them. I know the count and cut. Otherwise I love the app.
Cannot get into app & no contact
I subscribed this app the spring and upgraded to XStitch Plus recently. I cannot get into the account which, I remember being able to do previously, and there are no there is no contact information anywhere. All of my inventory and any other data I entered in the regular XStitch app needs to be transferred to Crosstitch plus. It did not occur and there are no instructions. There really should be a responsive rep from the developer.

I love this app to keep track of my patterns and current projects. Can you update the Android version? I have friends that want this app too and it doesn’t work with their version of android.
No way to Cancel the App!!!
I’ve enjoyed using the app for several years but I need to cut my expenses for retirement and I cannot find where to turn of auto renew? I’m more than happy to write a great review for the app itself- as long as the developers don’t make it impossible to ever cancel the payment.
Wonderful App
Wonderful App, great price point, but infrequently updated and NO ABILITY TO PRINT AN INVENTORY LIST! Hopefully developers will work out how to print out an inventory list!!!!
Good little
The app is a bit Clunky but does its job more functionality would be helpful like to differentiate between chats and kits and be able to see how many of a specific brand of threads you have etc
Awesome App
I have been using this app for several years & it is THE BEST!! It’s so easy to enter information & to find it when needed. It has saved me lots of $$$ avoiding buying duplicate patterns. Great user friendly interface especially for us non techies!
Xstitch plus
After paying for the second year, I discovered that all the information was deleted. After contacting Apple and Xstitch plus and trying all their suggestions…nothing made the app open up with all the information. Finally, I had to ask for a refund so I could start all over again. I am not happy.
Updating for floss
Only complaint is I wish I could add my floss and comment on the same screen

Love this app! Wonderful system to get your cross stitch supplies organized. Yo can easily look up what threads you have and the shopping cart can create a list of what you need. The calculator is a great help when buying fabric. Wish there was feature in linens that allowed for new fabric makers.
Ability to add
App is okay for thread and fabric inventory, but for charts, well it’s very frustrating. Not all designers are listed and you cannot add a chart without choosing a designer, no ability to add missing designer either. Very frustrating and time consuming. Also the lists are long. I would like to add my own so my list would be short and accurate without me having to just select someone to add it to inventory. Currently not using this app.

The BEST Cross Stitch Stash App
I think this app is the absolute best at keeping your cross stitch supplies inventoried and managed. It lets me have a picture of the chart and all the information I want to include, plus a place for fabrics, threads, trims, paints, beads, and more. I love it! Well worth the $25/year we pay!! Thanks!
Sneaky - it’s only a free trial, then $$$
I might have decided to keep it, but the scummy marketing practice of listing it as free, but burying the fact that’s it only a “free trial” deep in the description, made my mind up for me. I can keep my own inventory list, tyvm. Also $10 _per year_ for a LIST app? LOL Good luck with that. EDIT 2/2/2021 - my first review was in Feb 2020. The developers waited an •entire year• to respond and then tried to address my issue after at least a couple of updates have been made. Doesn’t instill confidence, sorry.

What an app! Thread inventory is awesome! Only had it a couple hours. Would like to see an update to include fabrics other than linens tho - I’m a beginner & have only worked my way up to Evenweaves so far. Really surprised it didn’t include these or Aida.

7/3/25 Thank you for responding! I never even thought to look for a ‘miscellaneous’ entry option. I feel really silly now. Truthfully, I am a big fan of this app! Original question believe:Love all the options for adding thread and photos and even uploading pics of a chart with info. The one issue I have is…. If the designer is not on the pattern I have, or if it’s a publisher, there is no way to enter either ‘unknown’ or add a new designer. The app forces you to choose a designer and if the designer isn’t in the default list, you can’t add the chart! Other than that, it works great and helps me keep up with not only floss but with fabric and patterns.
Just missing one thing
This seems like a great app, but it is missing one thing. There is no option that I can find in the Designers list to select not listed, other, or some other method of noting that the pattern didn’t come from one of the listed designers. I’ve tried adding patterns I bought on Etsy, but the shop is not listed and there is not always a “real” name associated with the shop. This means I can’t track those patterns. Add something like that, and definitely a five star pattern.
Great Application
I have been them for over 10 years. The service is great!!!. If a new thread color is not yet on the list just email and within a very short time they add it. Can’t ask for better, quick service. Great prduct!!
