The game is full of bugs and exploiters. And additionally the devs add too many buffs to the bots and variants. Very not fun, and it makes the game kind of suck

I only put four because when I’m purchasing more energy with theonite, it’s saying I don’t have enough. The amount needed is 140 and I have 250, so not really happy with how that’s happening. Overall great game though!!!:)
Crashes constantly. Please fix it!
I really love this game but recently it started to crash randomly and it’s happens more than once on a daily basis. I’ve lost so many fights because of it crashing! This is getting VERY frustrating. Please fix it. Edit: How is there still no update? I thought this would be fixed by now.

I’m reporting a bug in Skullgirls on my iPhone 14 where selecting the same fighter multiple times causes their voice line to stack and play all at once when I stop. It’s noticeably louder and distorted, and it’s only the character’s line, not the announcer’s. I’ve tried restarting the app and checking my phone’s audio settings, but the problem still happens every time I select the same fighter repeatedly.

I love this game, I’ve been playing it for almost 3 years now but I feel like it needs a bit more other than horrible updates. First off, We more characters and variants to play with. Some of the characters haven’t been upgraded since last year and it sometimes, the game feels a bit boring. We could use more characters whether they’re good or bad, big or tall. We don’t care we just need more. SECOND PLEASE STOP DOWNGRADING THE AMOUNT OF THEONITE WE GET, every single update, the devs always downgrade and it’s so irritating. Anyway, great game, it just needs more of something..

Sinceramente ya se me está haciendo muy muerto de hambre por parte de los desarrolladores nos quitaron las teonitas que nos daban gratis,nos quitaron recompensas,aunque repararon de los bots de las pp premiadas pero las recompensas se me hacen muy pobres de su parte y tacaños como extraño el Skullgrils de antes que era más mejor y justo pero ahora es injusto antes si llegabas al 61% te daba como 3 o 4 reliquias pero ahora te dan 1 o 2 que tacaños son enserio

I’ve been playing this game for years
I’ve been playing this game since high school or college, it’s been so long I can’t even remember anymore. I was able to play this long because many of the updates they’ve done made it more friendly to play. You know how most mobile games need you to pay money to recharge and continue playing? Skullgirls used to be that way, but not anymore. Well, actually maybe yet again they are that way. The recent update put recharges behind a paywall. Maybe it’s because their gacha system is not profitable. If you like gacha just for pulling characters, it’s satisfying. But imagine finally pulling the character you want, spending hours (or money!) on them, only for them to be nerfed. It’s understandable that some fighters may need to be nerfed because of things overlooked in testing, but this game has quite heavy nerfs on fighter pass variants. Will this game make your long boring bus ride more fun? Yes. (Though the most recent update might affect how long you can actually play). Will it also rage bait you almost daily? Yes. It’s absolutely ridden with bugs and updates that no one asked for. Download at your own risk.

The combat experience is perfect, but it has many flaws
It suffers from issues in economy, having a scarcity of diamond keys that are hard to gain, characters just don't feel that special anymore, the energy system feels useless, it costs too much to upgrade moves and diamond fighters, the limit to number of fighters and moves just exists to be annoying, the backstage pass doesn't feel like it gives enough and progressing it takes too long and it's like a chore just to get small things if you don't pay money, also it feels like there's an illusion of options because some modes are begging for a change

До этого я заходил на свой аккаунт в Skullgirls без проблем но сейчас у меня почему то вышло с акаунта и когда я пытаюсь зайти не получается . I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and the updates have been pretty much the same thing over and over again and has been going downhill. But the newest update? it’s somehow made the game worse than it already was. They’ve reduced rewards from dailies, prize fights, daily/guild ops, guild rewards.. you get the point. They’ve basically made it barely playable for f2p players and are making it harder and harder for you to not spend money. Me and many other players are extremely upset about this horrible update, and I don’t think I’ll be playing again until I get news of something changing. (or if i get 3k theo aha)

Tanked the game
This game was really good, simple mechanics and a handful of interesting characters. The issue isn’t with the gameplay itself; it’s a problem with the devs. They’re so obviously greedy and lazy. They barely go out of their way to fix bugs and glitches, but are willing to mess up the in game currency to their benefit. They make promises that they never follow through with, it’s almost like they’re killing their own game on purpose. I’ve put up with this but the recent theonite update is really the last straw. I was already planning on dropping the game during the ban glitch and this only further encouraged me. Probably not going to play till they retract this update, and I wouldn’t suggest playing it till then either.

I haven’t seen anyone clock this, so here I am. Skull girls is the most sneaky game when it comes to pay to win. They never make the game so obvious rigged that you wanna buy stuff but it rigs it juuuuust enough to make you want to pay for levels and diamond fighters. Also the gameplay loop feels very stagnant, for lack of a better word. The loop is basically (1. Do prize fights until your good characters r out of energy or you run out of gems/ads (2. Do events until you can’t (3. Do rift battles until you can’t (4. Do the story mode. Rift battles are a whole other can of worms because they throw 50k+ fighter score rift battles at you regardless of your average fighter score. Do better xo

Temporary review
Please fix the broken Pf it’s been days now, on top of the that the multiplier only going to 5 is a joke when u are expected to do 30 mil in 3 days. Thats like 100 fights just for a free mid gold and a diamond key. I’ve spent 5-10$ on this game happily to support the devs. But I can see how greedy things are going. Backstage prizes are a joke. Essence is equally rare as it is unnecessary. Can’t get a Diamond key in the cabinet for rift coins it’s been a week and I have almost 4k coins. Because of this I have lots of diamonds and can’t even use them. Normally I would give this game a 3.5 or 4 but the lack of response to negative update really makes me lose faith in the devs. Pls fix this game, it has so much potential. Thank you.

I absolutely love Skullgirls and have been playing for a long time now. However I have a minor complaint, diamond and even gold keys are a lot harder to get than they used to be. I have sooo many bronze and silver keys that I don’t really use😓 Maybe there could be a key conversion system similar to the gift one?
Very short timer
Skull girls is actually a very fun game. But the thing is, the fight sessions are way shorter than it needs to be. For example, you about to win a fight but your timer finishes, the time is way too short! I need more time, around 6 minutes is ideal. 7 just in case, 3 minutes is very short for fights
Lack of new characters
I love this game but the lack of new characters makes it boring after a while. I’ve been playing for years and I took a break after Dahlia came out and then I logged back in and no new characters. Maybe there was one but still

It’s a great game don’t get me wrong . But the newest update logged me out and I can’t seem to get back in. The game is kinda stingy with character pulls, and the dailies can be a bit too involved, but apart from that it’s fun.
No sound
I’ve tried messing with the settings and muting and unmuting but there is absolutely no sound coming from this game. HELP!! I know this game is a good game because I’ve played it on other devices.
Motivation
Throughout your journey in skull girls you will have fun times and bad times but what will forever remain in this game is boredom. At some stage of your level you’re just doing the same thing over and over again getting the same variants and the same amount of money and it gets boring. This game is good to a certain point they still haven’t updated some key parts like story mode. Over all good game. Thank you
