Perfect app for our needs
The app is excellent except now you won’t show my credit score. You’re trying to sell me into buying something where my credit score used to be. I’m ready to change banks because of this this

Always had great service at Rosedale Federal and I appreciate Mrs. Tina always getting me through some of the drama that I’m having in my account but the bottom line is the results what they’re supposed I’ve been a member of this bank for over 25 years
No longer receiving documents
E-statements no longer populate, error message with reference number. Called for support, no one knows why.

easy to use
the online banking is very easy to use. Billpay, remote deposit, travel exceptions on debit card.
Mobile deposit feature too finicky
Yesterday successfully deposited check endorsed saying “for remote deposit only” Today I deposited a second check and the same endorsement was rejected three times, the second and third time I tried “for mobile deposit and “for remote deposit only” and both times it got rejected! Finally I tried “for mobile deposit” and it got through. This is the first time this has happened.
