Terrible customer service
After being unable to cancel my subscription, i had to contact customer support to delete my account, claiming it was a ābugā in the system. Nearly a year later, through no action of my own, I get an email that my subscription is going to be renewed. My card gets charged and I tried to contact customer service, but they have done nothing to remedy the situation. Honestly, download any other app and save yourself the headache.
Love this app but there is problem
So I was playing this app and it is so far the best app ever! One problem is that after making 1 project, ALL the 3D objects are now gone. āThere is no item here yetā is what it says so please fix this! I enjoyed this app so I would love for it to be fixed so I can enjoy it again. Thank you

Add Perspective Change, Please?
Add perspective change when in the virtual playground. Like 180^ degree camera like that. That would be great. Thank you for the great app. Working in Python for 2 weeks, I can understand how soul sucking it can be to get an app working. Especially as complex as this.
Distorting Glitch or Bug
I really used to enjoy your app, but for me, now its been made dysfunctional. Since December 21, 2020, every time I build something and save it, when I go back to open the world, my creation is distorted, and not what I originally made it to be. By distorted, I mean the blocks, and even objects either enlarge or are replaced with a brick block (for objects), or are not even there afterwards. I donāt know if the problem is being caused by a glitch or a bug, or something else, but it hasnāt been fixed even with updates. I really would still like to play Assemblr, but these problems are inhibiting my enjoyment. Can you please tell me whatās wrong and how to fix the problem. Thanks.
Import our own 3D assets
I just recently downloaded this app, for what itās worth itās great for a mobile 3D creator. But for those that want to import their own 3D content it would be a great addition. Example import formats STL, FBX, gITF, abc with animations & shaders.

This worked great, but with the new implementation of the Simple Editor I cant get past the project menu. Itās just stuck. Neither the classic or simple beta works on either one of my devices. I was really hoping to utilize this app. Fingers crossed you guys can fix this issue soon.

Wonāt load marker on IPhone 8 Plus
I have built a project and have a marker to scan. Scan either times out with an error about internet connection or continues āloadingā after several minutes.
Great app but terrible glitches
I got this app at school I was looking for a 3D modeler so I decided to try out Assemblr. It was going great an awesome app but just this week as I was building my screen froze and the controls went dark. (I like to play in the game mode) I tried to save but it wouldnāt work. So now I do not have any progress.
Issue Needs To Be Fixed
There Are A Few Issues That You Will Have To Fix...... Like In The Tutorial... When It Says That You Have To Move The Long Block To The Place It Is Supposed To Be, The Arrow Things Always Moves Away From The Area... I Don't Know Why This Is A Glitch But You Have To Fix It So That Other People Who Plays This Game Can Do The Tutorial.... Here Is Another Issue That Needs To Be Fixed... When You Have A Structure Like A House, And You Do An AR Thing On Your House Structure And When You Stop Using The AR, There Is A Chance That Your Structure Can Disappear......... This app sounds like a cool concept, if only it worked at all! The register button is grayed out and unresponsive, and I refuse to login through Facebook. Giving the email, full name, and a desired username and password is bad enough to use a service that shouldn't need a account created at all, especially when after entering it all, it doesn't even work! I was looking forward to trying this, in the hopes that it would be an actually usable 3D modeling tool for iOS, that I could 3D print from. It seems that until the register button's functionality is fixed or they remove the requirement to create an account, this app will be unusable for me.

So, this game really surprised me when I first downloaded it. When I went into it, I had to give an email address, my name and my birthdate. Also, I had to make up a username and password. My recommendation is to enter in a fake name. Itās what everyone will see. If you want to do your name, just do your first one, so people donāt find your personal info. Your middle name(s) is okay too! Anyway, this app is so much fun! You get to create so many different 3D objects and place them pretty much anywhere in your house, outside, at the park, under the tree, at the table, I could really go on and on, but, I would like to hurry this review up. If you would like to design something but donāt have the materials, use this app! Itās great for inventions. Also, this app is good for sharing your inventions and showing the things that you can do or create. It is really a good app because you can show what you can do to the rest of the world. Even though they might not know who you are, they are saying wow at your project no matter who you are or what you made. This game should really be on the top 10 games list! Anyway, this app is really amazing. Especially if you would like to invent something and you donāt have the materials! There are no ads! What happened??
This was my favorite ar app but after the update I can no longer create new projects. when given the option between choosing the simple or classic version I cannot select blank, animal, car, anything so this is now useless... still no change after a month. Disappointing. What happened assemblr?

Great Concept but Extremely Laggy
I use an 2018 iPad Pro and this app lags until its unusable.

I love the idea of the app, Iāve never seen anything like this for mobile before. This is truly impressive. I did however find it be a little frustrating to use. Some times the app wasnāt super responsive and certain tools or movements were not explained well. For an overall enjoyable user experience it could definitely use a little tweaking and more user customization/design tools. With that said, as a UI/UX web developer I can tell this was not an easy application to build. If you ever need any additional help with the code or design of the app, feel free to reach out to me. Wish there was more
The concept of this app is great, but it needs more work before Iāll pay for a subscription. When trying to build anything, Iāve had the screen freeze up every time I try to do anything in transform mode. The piece selection is limited, and some objects deform in odd ways. I tried to create my own object that was missing in the library, and was able to get it into the app using Assemblr Studio, so that works, but could not change the material for it. I do hope this app matures and provides more functionality.

Best AR app EVER created
This app has its ups and downs. Letās start with the ups, this app is just about the only app that allows the user to build its own AR environment. Another thing is it allows you to make 3D printable items and you can move around in your environment. And finally, the developers made it so that it can teach engineers on how to make a structure. That is a lot of good things about the app, now letās go to the bad things. The only thing that kept my review from being a 5 star is the battery usage. The app consumes A LOT of battery. I mean it goes down from 20% to 10% in less than 2 minutes. In order to use this app you need it plugged in at ALL times. Even then it goes down some. If you were to fix the battery life, the app would be MUCH better.

Unable to start account, so I canāt really use the app
This app looks like it has potential, but it REQUIRES you to sign up for an account in order to be able to save your work, and when I tried to sign up for the account, it locked into a screen which said āchecking username.ā It stayed in this state for 25 minutes and I finally gave up. I tried to go to their website to seek assistance, but their ācontact usā form seems to be only an advertisement for a ācontact formā service online. I was completely unable to get any assistance whatsoever. Would be nice to actually try using the app, but I canāt establish an account, so I guess thatās just not possible. (Incidentally, aside from the developerās apparent desire to keep exact tabs on whatever a user creates with this app, thereās ABSOLUTELY no reason to require an account of any sort to use this app locally on my device. But hey, apparently Iām a revenue stream, not an actual customer, so whatever.)

Coolest app ever
You can build, create, and present with this wonderful app! There are already built things if you cannot think of ideas. When you finish you can watch the scene, take a picture, and show it in AR or real life!
Account never finishes
I canāt even get into all the features of the app because when I try to sign up it never gets past āchecking usernameā. Thatās all I have to say. I canāt really rate the app because it doesnāt work. Iām using a iPhone 6s thatās up to date, so I donāt see why itās not working. Hopefully someone can help with this. It looks really cool, I was excited to use it. I do computer animation so it looked like something I would enjoy.
