Fixed all the issues
Great app
Wont let me connect my ess
It doesn’t let me connect ess it tells me error
Ess wont log in
Same issue as the other user. I had to log out and log back in now I keep getting an error.
Can’t connect to ESS
Does not let me connect to ESS
support non responsive
The app is good, but Support is nonresponsive. I deleted the app due to a bug and when I re-downloaded it I attempted to re-verify my purchase and it’s just not working whatsoever. It’s very annoying. I reached out three times and no answer.
Must have
It’s a must have for all the city workers especially Nypd cops. Saves us a lot of time n hassle and it’s safe bcz it’s run by one of our own MOS
The OT Slip not being emailed.
The OT slip is not being emailed.
Breakdown
Need to have arrest overtime separate in IOS version.
New overtime entries
When you go to make a new entry on the iPhone, when you change the overtime reason, you can’t save the entry. The save button appears in the top right corner by the power meter and the WiFi signal. Doesn’t let you move forward. Needs to be fixed.
Cannot connect to ESS
Looks to be a great app, waiting for the ESS function to work. And when producing an OT there should be a manual way of setting your tours. I don’t have set tours but do have 3-4 common tours I regularly use.
Perfection
This app is wonderful
Cannt link with ESS account
Tried multiple times now I’m locked out of my ESS account
Small detail improvement
Great app need dark mode 😭
Things Need Fixing
Been using this app for a year now, was working great until 2020. Now I can’t go back to 2019 and see all my OT that was imputed because it isn’t an option. Also, the lost time calculator doesn’t work. I keep on getting a message saying “invalid, calculation is required and you must select a leave bank” even though both fields are filled in. Please fix!
Ess wont log in
Says error occurred when trying to log in. Never had an issue with this before. The leave balance wasn’t showing up so I logged out and logged back in and app just stopped working pretty much. Please help me get back in
Updated review
Advertises 2 free uses a day yet I can’t use it. Now requires monthly payments to use. I’d understand if it was one time payment .99. This is too much. Next please.
OT slips
Is there a way to have the large overtime slips. I only see short ones when I make the entry
Error
Every time I open the it says network issue and I can’t get to use the app I even paid for the full version if u guyz not going to fix this issue then I want my money back!!!!
Most Comprehensive
I love this app. Basically covers everything regarding OT, pension calculations. This is definitely me Swiss Army app for managing my OT
Forget this app
Do not purchase!!!! If you change your phone or need to restore it, the app does not allow you to register it to the new device. Only good while you have the phone you first downloaded it on.
All in one solution for everything OT
Please add the ability to take photos and save them to the app. Apparently Android has this feature already.
Perfect app, for overtime and tracking!
NYPD!
Won’t register
The app won’t restore my previous info from my other device even after purchasing
Great app
This app has very useful tools for tracking and analyzing OT but it’s 2019 now and it’s only supported for 16-18 hopefully it’s updated soon
Great app
This app is a great app that keeps track on over time I did as well as well of the over time I got paid for. I also like how everything gets synchronized up with payroll.
Very poor
I bought this app and everything was great until I had to reset my phone and now I cant log on into the app because of this error message. Horrible. I’ve tried deleting and reading the adding and it still the same thing no good at all. Money gone to waste
Ignore all the outdated review, new version of this app is ACE!
Lots old reviews, app wasn’t good when it was first released, lots bugs. but recent update makes this app the best, my favorite is linking ESS to check if overtime is paid and proper lost time taken out.
Horrible customer service.
App won’t let me restore, gives an error. Zero response after several emails. Garbage DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Great App!!
Awesome App! Everything is easily accessible. Access to your vacation picks, OT slips, paycheck, etc.
Don’t waste your money
App has had problems for a while. I contacted customer support, got nothing. I even sprung for the paid version. WHAT A WASTE!!!
50 cents a month
Should be 50 cents a month.
Not connecting to server
New phone and My subscription is still good for a few months. Says app isn’t registered, it cannot connect to the servers, Code (102) to retrieve my information. Nothing wrong on my end. Please fix. And I will fix my review.
