What people like
- Simple interface with no unnecessary features
- Lifetime subscription costs a low price
- Really helps people stay focused longer
- Great for breaking tasks into bits
What they complain about
- Paid users still see annoying ads
- Saved sounds reset randomly every day
- Statistics track time inaccurately and poorly
- Watch app is hard to use
Love this app
I love the way the timers help me break down tasks into manageable bits
Why do I get ads on premium
I paid for the premium version. Still getting ads. I want a refund
Does the job simply and well
No bells and whistles, just a simple no frills pomodoro timer. The simplicity actually helps the process.
Paid version has ads
Works alright, but the paid version has ads. Ludicrous, getting a refund.
Way too unpolished for how long it’s existed…
Letting the developer know: your own tip jar doesn’t work. When I click, it asks if I want premium again. I’m glad I didn’t sink more money into this, though, as it is plainly an unfinished product. In the “relax” section, what I assume are meant to be categories to pick from for the sounds are all blank grey sausages with nothing to say. Just a thing missing in the UI in an app that’s apparently been operating and accepting money for years. The widget I wanted also doesn’t work. Even the widget that does work doesn’t display some info correctly. A quality of life improvement I’d appreciate: being able to pin or favorite sounds I’d like to use often. You also can’t look through the same categories (a simple search function would do wonders period) within choosing a sound for your current pomodoro timer. There’s a lot more little unpolished things here or there that aren’t as major, and therefore I won’t waste my time nitpicking, While I appreciate the option here to not have to pay a subscription for such a small fee in this economy (others ask for $99.99…), you’re also accepting money for something in which half the features are either barely functionable or just non existent. I’m going to attempt getting a refund, I think.
Exactly what I was looking for!
This App helps me to stay on track during study sessions. I especially love the different sounds offered for study. The lifetime access for one low price makes it even more appealing. Highly recommended!!
I paid for premium and it never unlocked. Fix it please
I used to love your app, but I paid my annual fee to renew and it is still locked and useless. Fix it please
Try this if you paid for premium and now sounds are gone and it prompts paying again
Remove app from phone and download again from App Store. Under settings, hit Restore. You should be able to download the sounds again. Don’t know why the downloaded sounds suddenly weren’t working. Don’t know why you need to keep pressing to finally exit the payment screen after paying for lifetime. But this worked for me. Hope this helps!
Functional, glitchy
I have the premium version, but it’s kinda sad I purchased just for me not to be able to change pictures for each timer… every time I add a picture it puts the same one for all timers. Would be nice to be discounted or refunded, or an update.
What happened to the voice option???
A while ago, voice changed and it’s weird and I can’t choose a voice. Even after setting to use default voice on device, the announcement doesn’t change! Also, what’s up with the ads?
Back to five star
Edit: thought I was being forced to rebuy but a delete -> download -> restore has everything all fixed.
Ads in Paid Version—REALLY
This has been my go to app for years. I like the simplicity it no frills, does exactly what I need it to do. Now I’m seeing ads at the bottom of the main screen. There have been no significant improvements to this app to warrant ads for those of us who paid for this app. Will the greed train ever end!!!???
Love it
This is great love the design. On iPhone can we see time timer on the lock screen aswell?

Hi
Good range of sounds, functional
Got the paid version and this is quite standalone and minimal. But it works. However I have an ads banner at the bottom that persists even after paying the lifetime subscription, which is annoying
Lifetime sub so worth it
I got the lifetime subscription when I was writing my dissertation and now I use it anytime I need to really lock in, and it is SO WORTH IT. I love having the different sounds for break/work and owe so much of my writing and data processing productivity to this silly app and those silly tomatoes adding up 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅
Love and use but TIRED
TIRED of resetting my saved sounds EVERY time when I’m paying. Would gladly upgrade STILL because I use this almost daily, but I HATE that I can’t rely on it.
Great Pomodoro timer!
Knocking off one star due to lack of live activity support. Other than that, it’s excellent and fits my needs!
Irritating add
Bottom portion is having a view to display ads which may distract from the work
Ads with premium?
I paid for premium and still have ads and something asking for a “tip”.

Paid for the lifetime premium but still getting ads in the app.
How to know
How to know my past week history on graph like in total how many hours spent in numbers
Paid for this. Not worth it.
Does not keep accurate statistics of how much time is spent. Today I did 2 hours focussed on marketing which is 4 sessions. It’s reporting I did 13 sessions and 5.5 hours. I don’t know where It’s getting this from. I’ve checked the breakdown which is correct but the totals are incorrect. Same for the week. Keep as a free app. I only paid because I wanted to analyse how much time I was spending on different tasks. Not fit for purpose.
Too basic until you pay
This is a basic Pomodoro app and it saves statistics to some extent (number of Pomodoros per day). Aside from this, you must pay for every other feature.
Love It!
This is a great app!
Ads for Paid Version
This app was great for my focus time and getting work done until now. I am getting distracting ads during my Pomodoro sessions when I bought lifetime premium and thought I wouldn’t get ads. What’s the point in purchasing the app? I wouldn’t recommend if you get distracted easily with ads during your focus time.
One of the best free pomodoro apps
I would really appreciate a feature that saves the focus time of abandoned sessions, because unless a session is fully completed. Also a horizontal mode would be a big plus point!
Timer not syncing between iphone and watch
The timers are working independently on iphone and watch.
Unpaid version is too basic
The default “voice” scared me out of my focus zone when told me to take a break. I turned it off in settings and hoped it would at least beep when I selected a ringtone but it didn’t. I had no idea when the next 25 minutes was done.
A great stimulus to keep active as a senior
Help me keep organized and force me to keep active even if a feel extremely tire. I’m a senior with many health issues.
Ads?
Paid in full from the beginning and supporting this app creator. So disappointed. All of my timer’s pre-set sounds are wiped and I have to reset them every day. Moreover, I’m now getting ads when I already had paid for lifetime to remove ads for good?
Good app, plz allow statistics to be exported
Really good app, but I want to sort my data by time and habit - otherwise it would be great if I could export my statistics to sort them in excel
There’s a bug in widget
Widget is not appearing properly. There is only loading screen for widgets, no background or timer shows.
Simple but a few issues
it is a simple no-frills timer which is what i want. however, the voice & sounds keep turning themselves off for no reason and i never seem to get my long breaks! i’ve tried a few different things and it never works. it would also be nice to be able to have the voice and notification jingle without having to have a sound on all the time..
Excellent App for ADHD
I have mild ADHD, but due to this app keeping me organized/balanced I can say it’s helped me substantially. I’ve had this app for almost a year now. DOWNLOAD NOW!
Paid $10 to still have ads
Not worth it. The ads are more distracting than the timer and ruins the idea behind using a pomodoro timer for productivity. Not good for anyone with ADHD.
Watch functionality flawed
Please change the functionality so that pressing the middle of the screen does not switch between “focus” and “break” modes - this is very easy to do (the pause button is very small) and deletes the progress from the previous pomodoro, which is very frustrating. The complication is really nice.
App beakdown
Sometimes it stops when phone is locked……..its annoying
You have to read
You have to pay for every sound even though it is ten dollars it is still annoying but everything else is okay
Great app
Simple fast and effective way to increase and train for attention span
Not Free
Cannot use app at all without paying
Simple and easy to use
Only been using it for a day but I like how simple and easy to use the app is. I knocked a star off because the watch app is NOT easy to use. When I go to hit the start button on the watch I end up tapping half a dozen times through the various timers before it actually accepts that I want to hit the start button. I prefer to use my watch, but I’m going to just use the phone app while I check out different apps to see how they compare.
Pretty cool app
Was impressed with the app but after paying for the upgrade, it just kicks me out every time I try and use it.
Add
Too many ads. Increasing.
Helpful for ADHD-ERS!
So helpful to get tasks done! Highly recommend! I’m also a licensed social worker. Recommend for clients too!
Apple Watch - sounds are locked even though I paid for premium
On the Apple Watch, the sounds are locked behind a pay wall. Which I paid premium and it’s still locked. This is clearly a glitch because I’ve seen several several other people complain about this and it’s disappointing to see that the developer is taking peoples money that has not fixed this yet
Does the job, but not too many features for free
Liked the app, great aesthetics, but you get only ‘Rain’ sound for free, unless you count ‘Mute’ as a sound. It’d be great to get 1-2more sounds..
iPad UI needs fixes
Appreciate that you guys changed the design for iPad but the statistics page is less intuitive and shows lesser information than what was available before. Please fix that so at least an iPad user can also get all the same information.
More free sounds should be available
Only 1 white noise / focus noise is available for free. At least let the user have some options , so that’s why only three star , otherwise the app is good
