Stupid app
Worthless waste of time . Refuses to scan passport from any angle any background. 0 star why even 1
Be aware
Once you open and accept this app you can’t back out of it. You pay monthly until your bank account reads zero. I’ve tried without sympathy or understanding! It’s a scam and I don’t know why apple supports this to be honest😢
Not user friendly
Id. has been verified and uploaded … but apparently cant send to anyone asking without deleting the app, reinstalling and reuploading ID everytime someone needs verification. This was the advice given to me by the company’s service desk. That is insanely ridiculous. What company deems that to be acceptable?
ID Scanner
It was amazing fast quick and simple to use
Won’t scan
I’m trying to upload my health card (which is supposed to be supported!) and it won’t work! I’ve done everything correctly, and it just won’t work at all.

Can’t delete IDs or account.
Help
Great service! Thanks!
Pointless
Easy enough to use but not accepted anywhere in Ontario. What’s the point? Very sad to say it’s useless on a practical level.
Passport Chip
Works great. Just a note that new Canadian passports have a chip on the first page.
Unreliable. Will verify fake/wrong ID, and reject real ID
What an absolute joke that this app was needed for legal proceedings to verify my ID. the app is 100% unreliable as it rejected my identity with correct ID. I tried submitting an old ID that was issued with many mistakes on it. Lo and behold, my identity was verified. Wrong name. Wrong birthday. Congratulations you verified the ID of a person that didn’t even exist.
