I really like this app!!
The BC Service Card app has helped me a lot!! This app is so helpful I can connect to the health gateway and get my lab results soon and there is also a record of all your medical visits and medications you take!!Also another bonus I can use this app to sign into my CRA account!! This is a great app!!
Unacceptable.
The login process is cumbersome, clunky, and overreaching. It’s unacceptable by today’s standards.
Keep having to put in a new code every single time
It’s a good service and the app doesn’t glitch. But when trying to log in to an online account using the service card. Even when I press send notification it either never does or it says it ran into an issue. I then do a new pairing code. I always have to put in a new pairing code.
Terrible
Asking for my hubbys middle name he doesn’t have one
Terms of service failed to load 2026/07/07
Tried to log into app today and it didn’t work. I’ve used it several times in the past. It asked me to uninstall and reinstall, which I did, and now it is failing when it tries to load terms of service.
Good
Pain to set up but it is secure and nice to use. Still a pain to set up
Made things more complicated.
This app being created made logging into your BC Registry account for a simple annual filing impossible. So stupid. People who decided that this is how it should be done now should be fired.
Perfect service
The device is perfect. The man is very nice!
Contradictory
I got an email saying I was verified, but in the app it’s telling me I wasn’t and need to go to a services centre in person.
BC Services Card
I’d recommend a focus group of people who are not necessarily smart phone literate. There’s nothing wrong with the App, it could do with more a bit more direction. June 2026 - nice update.
Waste of time
Doesn’t work
worst app ever i had
never recognize my driving license.
Error: “reinstall the app”
After doing the long process of setting up my account, waiting for confirmation etc. when I need to use the app asks me to reinstall it due to a problem and I have to wait again the couple of days to be able to use it. I needed it now!
Sign up process
I have had this app before and worked well. I’ve had to delete app and reinstall. Went to sign in and had to do the whole process again which is fine, but now I am stuck in the add address section. For some reason when I click “ continue “ it wound either acknowledge my selection or I’m doing some incorrect. Any suggestions?
Works as it should
The app works great. If only the website were easier to navigate!
too difficult!!!
Why does this have to be so hard to set up?? Stupid and it’s too complicated to figure out. This is my 3rd day to try to figure out !! Absolutely stupid
Requires “the app” to log in
I have not yet figured out how to login from my computer without my phone being around with the app loaded on it. Various codes that you go back-and-forth during the log in process on your computer, but Ultimately you have to have both of them. The computer asked for a username and password. All I have is a username. Obviously this was all set up on the app on the phone using face recognition, which is cool but sometimes I don’t have my phone with me, and apparently you can’t login without it. Further, I cannot submit this review without supplying a nickname. And it is suggesting that every nickname I’ve chosen is not available. Even complete gibberish is already taken!
Fast and convenience
We do not need save or remember password. With this service card app can register and log in by highly trust and fast.
Dependency on Google Services
This app will not function for those who reject Googles Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Beware that if you manage your own DNS and block your devices from connecting to Google.com, client3.google.com and app-analytics.google.com the BC Services application will not allow you to login. If this application intends to be a digital ID then we should be investing in our own infrastructure, not relying on Americans.
Test results
I tried to find reports on my tests but only 1 out of 11 was available. Why?
Review
Excellent service.
Not working!!!!!
This app is not even working, im trying to setup a pin and can’t go through
Error msg
Tells me to reinstall the app because the app is incorrectly installed. I tried to delete it and redownload it for several times, but there is no luck.
Amazing!
I can access pretty much any government service without creating a new account for everything. Also so many online government sites are requiring you to have this now. Very handy so glad I downloaded this app. 1 app lots of government sites 1 account no more remembering or saving passwords
Camera
I can’t access the camera. I install the app again and again but didn’t work it always show an error occurs can’t access camera.
Good for a few months
This app worked great for a few months, now it doesn't recognize me and wants me to do the whole registration process again. Sigh....
Acct got removed after pairing
Account got removed from app after I entered pairing number - at the must I opportune time. And trying to re- register is a NIGHTMARE!!
Easy setup & great integrations
I use it mainly to login to the CRA site seamlessly which can otherwise be painful. Secure access can be painful but this app makes it easy without compromising security.
App bug 😡
It gave me an error and suggested to delete the app and reinstall it. I did it #$@& so I have to redo my identity from scratch. It worked well for several years. 🤬 Tip Don’t delete the app! Wait for an update!
Thanks
It’s an awesome safe service.
Terrible app
Can't take a picture from the second id. I tried many times. Has an error
