Missing key features
I like the functionality- being able to see my accounts and being notified of credit activity. However the app is missing quality of life features. I’m on iPhone and I would love to see a back button. I navigate deep into the menus, and can’t go back one screen. The back gestures don’t work and iPhones don’t have a back button like androids do. The only way to go back is to click the logo and restart. The other quality of life feature I would love to see is Face ID authentication. Username/password and texting a MFA code is fine for browser log in, but I expect the convenience of Face ID on a phone app. This service is on the right track but there’s room for improvement on the user experience side.
Monitor efficiency
Allstate Identity Protection has been a piece of mind for me. They have notified me when changes in my credit history has changed, keeping me in the know of my credit health. I recommend them for additional help with keeping your financial situation safe!
Horrible app
App cannot trust a device so a code has to be entered every single time you open it, even if away from the app for just a few minutes. Codes disappear in messages in seconds so you can’t double check a number before you send it. This was a mistake.

Crap app!
The app is pretty much worthless! Can’t add extra email addresses to be monitored. Everytime I try to add family I get an error message that something went wrong, try again later. Also what do you do with the limited info that you have a breach!? Really? There should be some thing beyond requesting to have the company delete your data. Which BTW doesn’t work 75% of the time.
Overall good app
I wish with the robocall feature it had the ability to be set up for both phone lines on my phone instead of just a single line. Once the feature is built in to cover both phone lines I will update the star rating and the review accordingly…overall it’s a great product for the price!!! As for its password manager I would love an import option to import all my passwords from keychain and Google Chrome password management systems and also have the ability to integrate the authentication codes into this app as well.

Why this app does not save user credentials?
Every time I open the App I need to enter my credentials… why don’t add the option to save it and login with Face-id?
Meh….
I get an email and a text message that 1 new item has been flagged. I open the app instead of clicking the links in the email incase it’s a spoof email and nothing no red dots no notifications no nothing so I decided to click on the email to find out what the new flagged item is and it takes me to the website logon screen….I’m already logged into the app….. why wouldn’t it take me to the app where I’m already logged in….It just seems poor integration ….

Consistent MFA glitch
Compared to the competitors, it’s so much more behind. For a new account, there’s no way to generate a password when creating new accounts without going directly to the AIP App. You have to leave the app, then re MFA authenticate for some reason, then you can add a new account. But what’s the URL, well you’ll just have to guess and manually type it in. It’s just a bad system. Also it asks me to MFA when it should just ask for the master PW. Like why is it asking for me to log into AIP. And how would I know my AIP password without the PW manager? You should only need a master password, not the AIP password. 😞🤬
App does not load unless on vpn
Nothing loads in the app unless connected to vpn. Same for the website. A plain white screen is displayed with no feedback or indication of app activity. The app could include a disclaimer or more information about why it could not connect to the servers. Deeper iOS integration, like notifications and FaceID, are desirable. The app looks good. Interface is intuitive. Similar to the website. Lots of potential once the bugs get cleaned up and the company’s service offering continues to mature.
Great protection
Fort Knox against fraud in all aspects. Even from the dark web. A must have. You can lock your credit too I’m not sure if you guys have an affiliate program I’d gladly advertise this on my social media platform!!!!
Waste of money!
I have read some of the reviews and they are lies! I had my identity stolen. I reached out to Allstate because obviously I pay for them for the services and the lady told me I needed to do my own homework by filing my own police report reach back out to them when I have the police report number. They never took care of anything. They never helped me. I had to place my own fraud alert on my own credit report. Do not waste your money with the service!

This service really knows me. It always warns me about my credit and banking activity. Amazing top notch service.

Love having mobile access, but don’t love having to login every time. Am I missing something about where to find the ability to use face recognition to login?

Good service but terrible app
The service is good but the app is terrible. I have to login with user and password every single time I use it. You’re better off using the browser because the app just loads the website anyways. Really needs Face ID so you don’t have to log in every time.

The app will not allow Loading of user name and passwords. Waste of money. The developer responded by stating to update my IPhone IOS s/w. My iPhone is already updated and the problem is with the app design and not the iOS.
