Passwords
So as a student, we have google accounts for the school. When I get my first password, my administrator CHANGES MY PASSWORD without letting me know. So whenever I try to log into my google account or google classroom on a different device, I get password locked. Then, I go to change my password at the information desk and I get a new password. I try to log into my device at home and my administrator CHANGES MY PASSWORD AGAIN before I can log into my google account on another device. This process of me changing passwords has repeated for about 3 to 4 times already. Nice!

I am writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding the parking area staff at the school. While I truly appreciate the high quality of the school overall, I was very disappointed by a recent experience with the female staff member responsible for motorbike tickets and parking management. Last week, my friend and I arrived at school by motorbike. Because my friend money was inside her bag and many other students were waiting behind us, we told her that we would park first and then pay the 500r immediately after to avoid blocking the line. However, she raised her voice and yelled at us to pay right away, showing very little patience or understanding of the situation. Later, when I returned to pick up my motorbike, the parking space was tightly packed. As I tried to carefully maneuver my bike out, she yelled at me again in Khmer using very rude and disrespectful language ("ចាំមើលវាឆ្កូតម៉ូតូគេវាសងគេទៀត"), implying that I would damage someone's bike and have to pay for it. I have never damaged anyone's vehicle, and her tone was completely unnecessary. Instead of assisting me, she just stood there yelling, while another kind person eventually had to step in to help me move the bike safely. I understand that managing parking can be busy, but the male parking staff are always helpful and polite. As students, we expect to be treated with basic respect by school staff. I kindly request that management address this issue with the staff member concerned so that students are spoken to appropriately in the future. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to seeing an improvement. The location ACE SR
