Problems
Due to this pandemic, students have to be taken online class. School, work place has been temporary closed. People in the countryside faces a lot of problems with financial. So, please provide this access for free. The class should not be paid money for. Poor students can join the class without paying money when they have electronic devices. Imagine, there’s a student who are poor and they have to buy smart phone for online class and then pay for that classes. They spend a huge amount of money.
Introduction to academic writing second edition class sudden changes the teacher
First of all, thank you for your hard work and always keep improving in order to make the app easier to use everyday however today while I was about to learn my English class in the app( introduction of academic writing second edition), I noticed the developers changed teacher. Before I used to study with teacher Jornathan and now teacher Micha Hermonio. I may not know the reason why but in my opinion I prefer teacher Jornathan since he’s better at explaining and more detail. I’m not saying that teacher Micha is bad or what but by studying with her in Cause and Efffect class I noticed that sometimes she just reads and not very detail about the lesson especially writing section so after I watched one video in Introduction to academic class i think she’s still the same. Therefore, I would like you to consider about this problem. Thank you

I already logged out from my old device.I tried to login to my new device and it said “Please logout from your old device”. Please fix this problem, I hope you notice too.I’ll give you five stars, if you can fix this problem. Please focus on problem first, money can come after:))
Problem issue
I have some trouble with the internet connection with this app it's running slowly among the other app is running perfectly! At the last but not least, all the videos I downloaded for roughly when I click on it to watch it occurred the file not found ! Please check and fix the problems! Sincerely support!
