Easy to navigate
It’s quite easy to navigate through the app as always.
Login issue
Won’t let me log in to book for events when I have a golden membership. What is the point of an app that’s not doing its basic thing!!! Fix it!
App is painful to use
The app has all the information you need but it doesn't remember your login or payment details. So you have to manually enter your address, email, name and payment card information every time. Really inconvenient.
Not the most user friendly app
Don’t offer Apple Pay, it takes too much time to book a session each time

The app is bugged so that registration is impossible, given the time sensitive nature of competitive sport, this is unacceptable.

no apple pay or quick payment
superb gym and staff. App lets the side down with no quick way to pay as you go. It’s a real pain to enter details over and over. should at least have Apple pay in 2023.

Booking and payment outdated
Every time I book and pay for a session I have to re-enter my address, telephone and all payment card details manually. There is no facility for Apple Pay or even to form fill credit card details from the iPhone or Google.
