Freezes ALL THE TIME!
I really started to like this app but at least 4-6 times a day it disconnects & I end up waiting longer than needed to take a break in my day & play this game. It’s getting extremely annoying!
No internet & NO help!!!
I have been waiting days & days for help from them, to be able to play in the league tournament again, but absolutely NO HELP or even contact! Добрый день. В ситуации когда партия зашла в тупик и при нажатии кнопки «начать заново», хотелось бы начинать заново текущую партию, а не новую (с другим раскладом карт). Новую партию (с иным раскладом карт) я могу начать кнопкой «сдаться». Таким образом, теряется смысл нейминга кнопки «начать заново». Правильно ли я понимаю, что рестарт текущей партии не существует? По возможности прошу добавить рестарт текущей партии, спасибо!
What Changed?
I don’t know what changed in the most recent update, but I hardly ever win at spider anymore, and that’s the reason I play this game. Please fix whatever it is you broke. I don’t need to win every time, but once out of 10 is ridiculous. Before this update, I would have given it 5 stars.
Magic puzzles
I love magic puzzles! That’s the reason I downloaded this app along with the others. I kept playing this app because of the bonus coins I get for the the puzzles.. Having said all that, I’ve noticed a pattern in the solitaire I can tell right off which ones I’ll win and those I will not. Please put a random feature in the code. Thank you.

False advertising won’t win me!
Why do developers think I want a game that is not what is advertised? This is a collection of one! I like Free Cell. I dislike Klondike. Klondike (classic) is the only choice I got. I checked “help”. It tells me how to play Klondike. Not how to choose a different game. Not just angry… I am fed up! Delete Delete DELETE!

Multiple game errors
I love solitaire and enjoyed this game at first. I have problems getting it to load up. I’ve had to delete and reinstall for it to work. It then worked for a few days and started glitching. During one game the red aces were missing and there were multiple 2 of spades and 2 of clubs. Game does not work without aces. Today the games would not load up. I gave 75gb of free space, running it on iPad 6th generation with latest software update. I ended up deleting it because it’s more trouble trying to play than it’s worth. It crashed while loading the game. It acted like it was starting a game but the cards never appeared
Good but ads keep freezing the game
The games are good but lately every other ad just keeps freezing and the only way to free the screen is by turning my iPad off and on again only for the same thing to happen 5 mins later. Getting to the point that I just want to delete the app altogether.

Ridiculously intrusive Zimad (game developer) ads ruin this game. It pops up offers with no obvious way to click out of the page. I managed to play a few hands, then deleted the app. No, thank you.

Magic solitaire
I’ve downloaded this game 3/times hoping it will be better. It has a lot of steps that need instructions. You need to work on your games. Try playing them yourselves. I loved the precious pets and I built 3 of the puzzles and you took it away. I’ll be careful to not take anymore puzzles that you offer. You said I could buy it but not with my coins that I’ve earned over the last 4 years.

Latest Update Broke The Game.
I’ve not long been playing, only for a few weeks, and I really enjoy it. But sadly the latest update has made it impossible to play the game. I can get as far as dealing the cards and the app just shuts down completely. I’ve all the fixes - nothing works. Bit of a shame that.
Hate the new version
I enjoyed playing this so much before the latest update! I feel it’s rigged to get me to buy more options now when before the game just flowed smoothly and really challenged my skills. Now, I’m challenged not by my skills but by what options to buy, and I have to buy, in order to win the game! Hate it!

Latest update
I’ve been playing and loving this app for some time now but the latest update has me looking for a new solitaire app. Solitaire for me is a soothing thing and the new look is very unattractive. I understand wanting to offer more but it would’ve been good to keep the original look as an option. In response to a request for more information: The cards are now far too small, even if you kept the sidebar they could be larger, but it would be far better, in my estimation, to remove the sidebar entirely, and use the space for the game. I understand why it exists, kind of app related advertising, but at least make it collapsible. Also, the cards now seem one dimensional rather than having a two dimensional look of before. Update 2. iPad 5th gen. iOS 13.1.3

Enjoyed a ton until I didn’t...
I downloaded this app a couple months ago, and loved the daily task feature to collect cards. I enjoy playing these specific solitaire games the most do this was a perfect fit. I started noticing a few weeks ago the task challenge counter was restarting its countdown without resetting the challenges. Keep in mind, by this time I had amassed over 20 cards towards the 52 card deck, had several thousand coins to use towards hints or reverse moves, and was over level 15. Frustrated, I decided to sign up and try the VIP trial to see if that would somehow knock the glitch out. I ended up cancelling the trial by day 5 because the challenges only reset 2-3 times during that time. And now here it is a couple more days later and the tasks challenge is still not resetting correctly, for example I checked the counter all day today and it was counting down to reset at 1am on 5/28, yet I opened the app at 12:30am and found the counter restarted for 25 more hours... no challenges again. This is extremely frustrating. So I figured ok fine, I don’t mind starting over, let me see if I could delete the app and start over and see if the tasks would finally reset correctly each day. NOPE! Not only did the tasks not reset and I have to start over, losing my coins, my level ranking, and any cards I had earned off the 52 card deck, but the task challenge indicator has completely disappeared... it’s just not even there anymore. The only thing on that area is a faint “X” and a puzzle piece that is a clickable link to magic puzzles. I cannot even express how disappointed I am and how annoying it is that I now have to try to find another decent solitaire game.
Missing coins
I earn coins but they don’t show up in my stockpile so now I am unable to undo moves. Can this be fixed?

I used to love this game. I played it all the time. Now I’m gonna delete it off my phone. I only played Klondike and pyramid and now they never come up unless they’re on the one that has the ad for you to buy the game without ads and I won’t do that and you never get your card on that one. It’s stupid! I’m just too find another solitaire game I guess!
“Daily” tasks
I understand that creating a whole new deck to offer as a prize takes time. That said, I would much rather get smaller prizes (game booster, coins, etc) if it means getting daily tasks all the time. It has been a long time since I’ve had daily tasks, and if I’m going to pay for a subscription, I want to be able to do those tasks. It makes gameplay that much more enjoyable. Maybe save new decks for special events or something.

You have to pay for premium to do some of the tasks Make all of them free or I will reduce to 1 Star If you’re really going to make us pay to do some of the tasks when we already have to wait 24 hours for a new set of tasks, that is a sign of greedy developers. Make ALL tasks free, or reduce the timer to 1 hour if you’re going to make us pay for some. Or, face the one star.

I just started playing it needs improvement they need better instructions for the games so you know the rules, they need a way to change from expert level & there is way to many ads. If they do that it would be great I will still play because it is fun but if they don’t change I’m not sure for how long. But give it a try

Great little solitaire game
A nice easy on the eye, and to play, game. I like the idea of telling you what percent of other players win or lose that game ( which means they are numbered games as opposed to random card draws) and would be great if they were real, not random numbers between about 17% and 22%. I purposely lost a spider easy to say that 17% of people win, as opposed to when I lose a spider hard that 22% of people win.........???.???? Huh?
Stinks
I lose every time & the ads are too hard to close. After each try, it shows the percentage of users who were able to win. It’s never over 25%. Playing on 12” ipad

Game blacked out!
I began playing this game this a.m and at one point it just stopped. Not fair because I already had won more than $150.
Videos after winning do not load
After winning a game the video to double the prize does not load. It worked before new release. On older OS iPhone - 4s
Loved it....now it’s glitching
I am addicted to this game! I okay it nonstop to the point I may need an intervention to get my others things done! Lol! Lately when I open the game, the words with friends ad comes on, I let it run, close it and then I get a black screen EVERY TIME. So I have to close the app. Try it again and if I’m lucky, I will get a different ad and then it’s fine. Please look into this. I chose 2 stars to get someone’s attention. Once it’s fixed, I can update my rating! 👍🏻

I always need to play solitaire when I first wake up...good cup of coffee and my cards or iPad game to get me going...and I love the music that goes along with the game!!! THE BEST!!
Waste of time
There is so many ads in this game it is frustrating and not worth playing. 30 seconds ads before and after every game no matter how long you play it. Totally ruins it get another solitaire.
Good solitaire games
These are straight forward solitaire games without all the silly other things tacked on. My only criticism is that the graphics...moving the cards, happens a little slowly.
Worst update ever
I was really enjoying this game & playing it way too much. This morning it’s like a whole new game and it’s AWFUL. Cards too small & hard to see. Card deck & buttons feel far way since the card layout is so small. I’m on iPad so at least give an option to enlarge. This was a 5 star card game. It’s now barely a 2. If fix this change the icon because I’m out until then.
