Service
The service is just bad when you try to open the application it just doesn’t open on wifi and somehow it has automatically chosen the tariff which you can’t cancel and when you book the bigger tariff the smaller one just disappears so you must continue with that
Design
Sonst passt alles!
Not usable
1) The amount of data left is not working accurately. It always says “Still 16 GB from 16 GB”. 2) Make it possible to easily pay with Apple Pay directly from the app. 3) Change the 28 days to a normal 30 days for the plans. 4) The SMS you send out contains placeholders for variables, like “Die Option {0} wurde erfolgreich verlängert. The option {0} has been renewed successfully“. … I could go on with a few more.

Internet
One of the worst internet providers—even Vodafone is bad—the signal drops a lot, you go a long time without internet, and you pay for not having a connection or being able to make calls……😡😡
