Signed up with hope it was better than free apps. You can’t see photos, can’t message anyone, then signed up to premium and all photos were still blurred. You can only see people if they decide to share their photo with you. I tried to contact customer services for a refund several times and NO ONE replies!!!! If you’re on an automatic renewal subscription you’re basically screwed and can’t contact them. It’s an absolute scam. Do not waste your money!!!! Update: Oh so you reply to me on here? If your advice of using the correct contact worked I wouldn’t still have a profile. It’s shocking that Apple allow app companies to operate like this. Still I’ve have had zero response to my communication with Parship.

Die App hält was sie verspricht. Leider helfen einige Leute nicht mit zu eruieren, was das Gegenüber möchte. Eigentlich kann Parship genau das Problem lösen. Aber das Vorspielen , dass man eine feste Beziehung sucht, aber eher was schnelles will, das kann die App nicht lösen. Und das finde ich mühsam.

Also schon eine Frechheit das man als nicht premium, nicht die Bilder sieht aber dann auch nicht mal schreiben kann. Geht gar nicht!

Paid they £8.99 for 7 days lol - thinking it would be so much better than any of the free apps like this to be very disappointed , everything is still hidden and hard to use, only difference is you can message people that don’t message you back - save your money will be deleting after my 7 days is up
Nice, but could use some improvement
The app is nice, but there’s settings you can only change on the website. They should be available on the app as well, because I didn’t even know I could change things until I logged on the website. Also, the app is bugged at the “have children” section. Nobody has children these days, even though you filled in that you do have 🤪. It’s not showing anything anymore. The message chat could also use some additions, to be more user friendly, similar to IG, FB or WhatsApp chat.
Ohne Abo geht nix
Die App an sich ist ist ganz gut aufgebaut und funktioniert bei mir auch problemlos. Kommt es zu einem match, muss man entweder bezahlen oder steht vor verschlossenen Toren. Und nein, nicht etwa einen Monat zu irgendwo 30€, sondern 6 Monate für um die 270€. Schade, aber das ist weit zu teuer in meinen Augen.
Limit für Erstnachrichten (Likes)
Ich bin etwas überrascht, dass es ein Limit gibt, wieviele Profile man pro Stunde nur liken kann. Denn eine Erwähnung dieses Limits habe ich bei Abschluss der Mitgliedschaft nirgendwo gesehen und ist für mein Verständnis auch etwas sinnbefreit...

Bonjour , J’utilise Parship depuis 2020 Tout est parfait , juste quand on met un like ca me gêne d’écrire quelque chose .. l’application nous oblige à écrire plus de 5 mots … Donc la plupart du temps je me sent obligé de ne rien écrire .. un like ou un emoticons me suffises 👌 L’application Parship sur mon téléphone peut pas effacer un message que j’ai envoyé… voir le re- corriger Merci de votre compréhension Sinon j’adore Parship j’arrive pas à retrouver le même service sur un autre site , je me sens vraiment équilibrer sur ce site et en sécurité 🙏

Ich bin etwas unzufrieden mit der App. Ich habe Premium und die Hälfte der männl. Profilvorschläge haben kein Bild drin. Dies sollte Pflicht sein bei einer App, wenn ich dafür zahle. Ich schreibe ewig mit jemand den ich nicht sehe. Das sollte geändert werden.

Bad matches and bad app
I was recommended Parship by friends in Scandinavia. I joined in London. You would think there would be a lot of matches - NOT! I cast the net wider to Germany, Ireland and Scandinavia- again nothing special. There are plenty of people but when you review their profiles or have a conversation with them, it is obvious that you have very little in common. One very annoying feature is when people ping you and then terminate contact within 2-3 days. My profile tells them I work for a living and have a life so cannot watch the app 24/7. I thought that was a good thing. Not for this membership. Feels like Tinder or something, where people sit glued to the screen expecting immediate responses. So not for busy people or grown-ups. The app is not intuitive. Given the odd selection I got from the questionnaire, I am keen to update the responses slightly to see if that helps. No chance. So the only option is to to terminate. Elite Singles also has awful reviews. Sigh.
Ganz gut
An sich eine gute Möglichkeit, jemanden zu kennenlernen, weil es auf mich einen seriösen Eindruck macht. Manche Fragen bei der Profilerstellung waren etwas zu schwammig. Z.B., wenn ich bei der Freizeit Badminton anwähle, bedeutet es nicht, dass ich es aktiv spiele. Aber gerne spiele, wenn jemand da ist zum Spielen. Viele verstehen es aber so, als wäre es mein Hobby. Und ich finde, man müsste auch die Möglichkeit haben, dass Äussere des Gegenübers ein bisschen mehr einzugrenzen. Zum Beispiel Haut-/Haar-/Augenfarbe, Gewicht, ob Glatze/Bartwuchs/Schnurrbart egal ist oder nicht, usw. Viele Menschen wollen das nicht wahrhaben, aber In Sekundenschnelle filtert unser Hirn Menschen aus, die uns optisch irgendwie nicht passen. Und ich muss da unzählige Männer durchscrollen, um mal jemanden zu entdecken, der meiner Kriterien entspricht. Diese Zeitinvestition ist wirklich manchmal ermüdend und ich lasse es einfach sein. Eins steht nämlich fest, ich werde niemanden meine wertvolle Zeit widmen, der mich schon optisch nicht anspricht. Wäre cool, wenn Parship da eine bessere Filternöglichkeit einführt.

Auf meinem iPhone Handy kann ich die App leider nur bei jedem zweiten Mal öffnen. Wenn ich eine Textnachricht an jemanden schreiben will, zwischendurch noch mal in den vorhandenen Text gucke und danach wieder zurück in den angefangenen Text gehe, hängt sich die App auf. D.h. alles noch mal schreiben oder gleich in einem anderen Programm und dann zu Parship rüber kopieren. VollKatastrophe

Terrible app
A total waste of £8.99 for a week. Utterly awful usability, seemingly no way to set a search distance or age parameter... and you cannot see a photo until you talk to someone so invariably they know you do not find them attractive when you have to try to find an excuse to break off the chat or you have to just vanish, which is terribly rude. I honestly hate this app.

Kwalitatief goed maar relatief veel oude niet gebruikte profielen
Parship is een serieus dating platform. De kwaliteit van de app en de site is beduidend hoger dan die van de concurrentie. Wat echter opvalt is dat er veel oude profielen op staan die niet meer gebruikt worden nadat ze aangemaakt zijn. Is het de prijs die mensen afschrikt? Kwaliteit kost nu eenmaal iets. Nederlanders willen niet gauw betalen voor een dating app. Dat zorgt wel voor een beperkt aanbod aan profielen.

Not only am I disappointed of the way this app is built, but also am I disappointed of Parship. When I created a Parship profile I was impressed at first, but then figured out quickly that the premium membership is just an utter rip off, especially for what it is. Once you want to cancel your membership they charge you for every contact you had, meaning just someone smiling back at you and then never coming back at you again would be considered a contact. Its expensive, hard to get out of as they will charge you hundreds of euros and it also doesnt get you anywhere. The Parship community is just plain rude and shallow ( speaking as a man ), I am an average dude and definitely not an ugly fellow, but having smiled and written to several women and only 2-3 coming back at me and then just not continuing the conversation most women will just fully ignore you or terminate the contact with you before they have even talked to you or seen your pictures. Parship also doesn’t show someone’s name but instead his job/occupation in massive letters, I mean what the heck? It’s supposed to be a site for finding a date not a job center! This app is literally only aimed at women who want your money and looks, and that’s it. Also the amount of women sitting on their high horse is terribly large in Parship. Sorry to say it this way, but the majority in this app/site is a bunch of slu*s, you will figure this out once you realise after what measures they choose their men and how obsessed most of them seem to be with having their “ freedom “ by meeting other men. Parship is terrible, you are better off just talking to women in the real world, saves you plenty of time & money compared to Parship which definitely isn’t making your search for a partner easier or quicker.

Bij het aanmelden gaat alles vlot en is alles duidelijk. De personaliteitstest is soms raar maar is verder geen probleem. Wat meer abonnements mogelijkheden zou wel nuttig zijn. Je profiel aanmaken en foto’s toevoegen is evenzeer best makkelijk. Toch wel een groot minpunt is dat er heel wat vertraging is op de chat. Ofwel krijg je een bericht pas een paar minuten later of moet je constant van deelscherm veranderen om je chat te refreshen😱 Wat ook beter kan is dat wanneer je iemand een like stuurt en die persoon kan je niet smaken gaat die je profiel verwijderen. Er komt wel een berichtje dat als er iemand in je likes weg is dat het voor deze reden is… Groeten Pascal

Niet super tevreden voor zoveel geld.
Leuk om een persoonlijkheidstest te doen en aan de hand daarvan te zien wie er bij je past. Ook wat vragen beantwoorden vind ik echt van meerwaarde. Wat me tegenvalt is dat er net als bij tinder door veel mensen alleen nog likes uitgedeeld worden of er soms niet meer gereageerd wordt. Dat verwacht je niet van een dure site. Ook is het jammer dat je niet kunt zien welke profielen actief (betalend) zijn. Als ik dit alles had geweten, had ik hier niet voor gekozen.

Prima app en leuke analyses die het daten extra interessant maken. Echter kan ik in de app de afstand niet aanpassen. De cursor reageert niet. Heb een premium account dus daar kan het niet aan liggen.

Terrible usability
This app is a nightmare considering how much you pay for a premium membership with Parship. This is a leading online dating conpany and yet, they can not manage to design a user friendly app that works mostly bug-free. Its a joke! It also seems ridiculous, that you have to have two apps installed (this app and the messenger) to use parship properly. Seriously Parship: wake up, test your apps before launch and consider your user group, please!

Your product remains good in my opinion. You new version of the app has improved some of the dead ends however it still remains one of the worst apps I have ever used. This app is primarily about messaging. Why are you reloading each page like its a website? Preload pages and don't reload when going back. This usability is horrendous!
