What people like

What they complain about

- The design looks plain and feels outdated.
Works for me
Not the prettiest app, but it lets you do what you need to. Seems stable on my end
Good idea, terrible execution
This app offers the idea of an efficient way to check-in to your gym. However, my experience with this app has been nothing short of abysmal. Ranging from the inability to pull up the location I’m searching for to complete crashes, it is awful. I hope there are updates made in the future to improve this dumpster fire of an app.
Easier than booking on web
This isn’t as bad as people are making it out to be. It’s a lot easier to book classes here, under 30 secs, than on the website (movement website is super glitchy via mobile). Sure the user interface could use some work, and it’d be nice to see all classes in a week or month on one screen instead of flipping thru each day, but you take what you can get
Wonky
What's the point of having an app if it's all just hyperlinks? Pretty pointless other than using my barcode which even then has its issues. Not to mention how plain and ugly the entire interface is.
Half-baked
I'm feeling embarrased for the app maker. Someone thought it would be a good idea to release this half baked product into the world. It doesn't even have all location listed. Take it off the app store, finish making it, take a little pride at what you do guys.
Works well with Hive
Works well for what it was built for! Haven’t had any issues booking my climbing sessions so far.
Not Updated
Does not have my facility
Limited functionality but works as a simple reservation system
The app works well for signing up for classes in under a minute, as it can store all your user information and autofill forms. It also has an easy-to-use interface. It is lacking in the ability to cancel a reservation from the app (or at least I haven't been able to) and would be helpful to have more info about upcoming community/calendar events and hours of operation (or changes in hours).
Annoying use of captcha
App makes the user complete a captcha every time they make a booking despite already being logged in.
Thanks for fixing the bug
Yayyy! I can now see ‘My Recent Online Bookings’ in the app again. Also it would be cool if you could fix the auto-fill feature where it says ‘Choose existing participant, or enter in new name...’ I want it to auto-fill my email as well as my name but it never auto-fills the email.
Try it out
I read the reviews and avoided downloading this app and scheduled all my classes via a website that took forever, so I may be biased, but this turned out to be super easy/useful in comparison. I haven’t had any problems.
No longer works at all
Blather
Good app, easy to book the wrong gym
Overall the app works really well. RGPRO always defaults to the last gym you made a reservation at, which can make it easy to make a reservation for the wrong gym if you’re not careful. I live in an area with access to multiple gyms with the same membership and have definitely made this mistake a few times along the way.
Really needs wallet support for barcodes
The app works, but is inconvenient. The app should donate the barcodes to apple wallet
Can’t login multiple accounts at different gym
It would make more sense if I can log into different accounts at different gyms at the same time.
Very useful
During covid i was able to book all my reservations easier and faster than through the web, and i was also able to smoothly book a lead climbing class
It doesn't work
There is literally no app within this shell of an application. None of the functions work.
Please add apple wallet barcode support!
The app is a glorified barcode displayer. They change the numbers of the barcode by a couple digits every time you open the app so you can’t just add the static barcode into apple wallet. I would happily rate this 5 stars if you would add integration with apple wallet so I can use my Apple Watch to sign in at the front desk of the gym.
SE 2nd Gen
The new captcha is difficult to see the full spread of images as the pop up pops off the screen. Very efficient could use that fix though
Very buggy
Can’t see recently online bookings anymore, keep getting an internal error.
Useful but glitchy
Makes it easier to book, compared to going to a website or calling. But super glitchy. The app “rebooted” itself four times today, throwing me out of the reservation flow in the middle of booking a reservation. Making me start all over each time. Has been doing that for ahile now. Also, I climb at more that one gym and they make it impossible to switch between gyms to book. You can have one, or the other, but not both.
App does not work.
This app does not work. RGPro has a mediocre web interface, and a worse app. Would not recommend any gym use them.
Allow for multiple gyms in one account please!!
I dont like how they forces you to have an individual account for every gym I go to. Why? I go to 3 gyms locally pretty regularly and I have to log out of one to log in into another every time. It’s just bad design. Please consider changing this.
Stopped working
Worked ok for 2 years. Now every time I try to book a class it gives me an error for “bad gateway” or “page not found”
ReCaptcha Validation Formatting Issue
All boxes for ReCaptcha verification cannot be seen on mobile app (iOS) without moving to landscape mode. It’s workable, but irritating. Mobile experience needs improvements overall.
502 bad gateway
Won’t let me sign in because of bad gateway.
Disappointing! Missing basic features.
While it’s cool I can use an app to book instead of a website in my browser, the app is too basic compared to other booking apps. It doesn’t integrate with popular password managers, it doesn’t take advantage of field data that my iOS device already knows, it doesn’t remember the email address that you have registered with, so you’ll find yourself entering the same information multiple times: name, email, phone #, etc. Also, no ability to sync your booking to iCal or other calendar. Not even a link is provided. These missing, essential, features really doesn’t provide a benefit over booking directly on a website. I’m patient, though, and will try this app again if and when it’s greatly improved. It’s often behaving quirky, like it’s constantly reloading when I’m in the middle of entering a booking. The potential is there for this to be a great app but if feels like it was written by a single old school developer that uses outdated practises and is not up to date on modern UX design.
Clunky and broken
Clunky signups and has been broken (unable to view classes or signup) for weeks. Movement gyms should have something better.
Just do the job
Other than all comments, It’s not showing how many members has been booked for a specific time. (When checking recent booking)
It stopped working and there is no way to report the bug
Cant sign up for classes. Tried redownloading the app. Still gives an error code.
Terrible UX
For the love of god, hire a designer to remake the app. There are many looking for work. Why didn’t you already do this? Thoughtless app design.
