What people like
- Great for tracking personal cricket stats easily.
- Good one-stop solution for scoring matches.
- Support team responds quickly to problems.
What they complain about
- Too many features locked behind premium paywall.
- Ads interrupt you constantly and irritate users.
- App crashes when opening match notifications.
- Customer support never actually helps your issues.
One stop solution
Great app, it provides a one stop solution and for scoring and record keeping. So far my experience with resolution team is good, they respond quickly. The prices are reasonable. I use to do this manually to record my score when I was in school. So I love this app..
Need to fix CarPlay Scores
Only show run and wicket not showing proper information as like mobile notification with current player in pitch current bowler and total over
Feature Request: 3 Crucial updates for platform Fairness
I love the app, but my emails to support have gone unanswered. Please share these 3 structured suggestions with your core Product/Feature Team: 1. “Weekend Player” Award: Working professionals only play Saturdays/Sundays. They cannot statistically compete with daily players. A separate "Weekend Player" recognition category based on weekend match data would motivate corporate players without affecting daily regulars. 2. Mandatory Match Fee Status: Lock individual player stats/highlights for a match until their match fee is marked as paid and verified by the captain. This creates transparent accounting and stops payment delays before the game even begins. 3. Payment Dispute Mechanism: If a personal dispute happens and a captain falsely marks a player as unpaid, the player needs a “Dispute Payment” button to upload UPI/transaction screenshots. CricHeroes should verify this independently. To stop misuse: - Valid player claim: Warning to captain, then a 2-month account suspension for repeat offenses. - Fraudulent player claim: Warning to player, then a 2-month suspension. Please implement these to protect genuine players from captain bias!
Decent app but too many ads
The app is clearly very decent and helpful but the ads sucks. Every moment you get a full screen ad of more than 10 seconds which causes irritation. They just want to sell their pro version.
Profile Pic Display Issue
When I click on the profile pic while checking the scorecard, the pic doesn’t display, most of the top part of it gets cut off. It would help if this can be fixed.
Very nice app for cricket scores
Good
Reduce iOS
This app doesn’t work on iPhone 6
Feedback
Some features can be added like rating a tournament/organizer, rating a ground/pitch, FairPlay points for a team at crichero level, player rating, team rating, look for players for practice, contacts of umpire and scorer.
Very poor User Experience
App is good but it is mainly motived towards pro subscription services. Search is also not quality as the options are not good. Filters working on own but not showing result so only way to see tournaments or teams or players is via search. I understand earning is possible only via ads or subscription but the user experience matters too.

Store
Paid in full, order #96 still not delivered — 3 days past the promised date. Tracking stuck at “Out For Pickup” since 14 Aug, no updates. Needs better delivery tracking and communication.
Please add
Individual bowler’s ball to ball performance should be there.
For Changing region
Useful app but stuck with wrong country” I like CricHeroes for scoring, but the app won’t let me change my country after registration. It keeps showing teams and tournaments from another region. Support said they’re working on it, but it’s been weeks. Please add an easy option to switch country in settings.
Great app
Paid version has much more features that could be handy in general use however paid version is not economical.

Delete my profile
Why there is no option to delete my profile completely, i have read their terms and conditions properly, and it’s against the Australian privacy laws. I have requested Australian watchdog to review it. They have to have an option to delete your profile.
A lot of functionality but….
…. You can’t create a match and add players without the players themselves having to go through a rigmarole to get on the platform. To load an official you have to have a phone number…. Shame.
Amazing
Best for cricket
Worst app
This app Only need money if you are not a paid customer This app doesn’t show team name.

App crashing
Love the App but it has been crashing for the last 2 days - when I click on any of the Matches notifications
Good
Very good
Was Good , Now Bad.
This app used to need premium for 1 or 2 things. Now it’s asking premium for everything. For people who don’t want to spend money on premium(like 75% of the people including myself) this app is basically score and see scorecard. You can’t even see the leaderboard or even points table. You can’t see your own stats. What’s the point now cricheroes devs of installing this app? If you guys are seeing this , just give us atleast 6 features or more, until then , bye.
Cricket
Very good for cricket 😂
Adding to the team without permission
Developers I have one request that please put some feature that team can’t add you in the playing 11 without our permission team is adding our name in the team and it’s effect our economy and average . Please do something for that
Barely any free resources
i’ve really enjoyed using CricHeroes for tracking matches and stats, but making almost everything premium has honestly taken away a big part of the experience. the app was great because it was accessible and useful for everyone, but now even basic features feel locked. it would be great to see a better balance, where essential features remain free and premium adds value instead of limiting users. hoping the team reconsiders this direction because the app has so much potential.
Very good app for local and club cricket
Very good app for local as well as club cricket. New features provide great ways remodeling players ability. I recommend this app
