What people like
- Feels smooth and easy to use
- Great for collecting digital extras
- Developer helps with specific issues
What they complain about
- App crashes or won't open
- Kit connection fails often
- Content disappears when you close app
- Very inconvenient to use daily
Love it!
I’m loving collecting these. It has been fun to connect with other fans as well.
Constantly resyncing
I kinda like it, but I’m having to sync my album more than once in a 24 hour period. Example - synced to my phone at 2pm, hit the road and was forced to sync again at around 4pm, so I switched over to Apple Music to finish the album. You need to figure better syncing or it won’t work with us older crowd.

Screen to small?
I have a iPhone SE 1st gen and the app keeps asking me to press the kits button below the microphone but there is nothing there 1 star until this is fixed

Physical Meets Digital!
Such a user friendly and fun experience! Pairing with different KitAlbums is super easy and I love all of the extra content. The ability to connect with my favorite artists as well as other fans is wonderful.
1/2 I’m conflicted
Keep in mind that I almost always listen to music physically be it a record, cd and OCCASIONALLY a cassette… but I do also use Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube from time to time so…. You’d think this would be great…um… not really, It's definitely the most inconvenient way to listen to music but than again it works (Sometimes 😬) + it’s very cool to have some Dreamcatcher albums in my collection as they are really difficult to get your hands on nowadays. I’d recommend using a Kit if you are really passionate about a specific artist and just dying to own one of their records but these just aren’t convenient. I use my record player and cd player WAY more! (Every day / Every other day) compared to this, i’ve owned two of these for like 3+ years and I’ve only played them ONCE. Yikes.
Love the updated app! Love the album experience!
I’m glad I didn’t let really old reviews of this app skew my opinion! I got a Filter box as part of my VIP package with the band. I had no idea what to expect and once I opened the app I love it!!! The full album plus all the extras. Pretty cool.
Can’t recover password on the site!
Great idea but struggling with my account. I’d give it 5 stars if I can even get in, but certain buttons aren’t working and it won’t accept ANY password INCLUDING the suggested passwords. Help!
So cool!!
I got a giveaway at SXSW this year for FLOOD and downloaded the app, not even knowing what it was. This thing is so freaking cool! The little record player graphic? The content? The instant gratification of clicking?? The app works super smoothly, too, which is honestly a big deal. It’s easy to navigate, everything loads fast, and it makes the whole experience feel seamless. I loved it so much I went and bought the Snoop album too, and now I’m fully in it.
Can't use it.
Why does opening this software on my iPad only stay on the open screen page? Please tell me how to solve it?

Kit player
The Kit Player is great, except that wish I didn’t have to reload it every time I want to hear my music.
Help me
I don’t know why everytime that I pressed the cart button it’s just blank. And it isn’t even loading or something. It is my first time buying it so I don’t know what to do.
Jack type will not work
A year ago I upgraded ipad to iPad Pro 3 gen. This particular ipad have new USB-C and I connected the USB-c adapter for jack types kit video, and Yes, I connected the adapter first and connected the video jack, it will NOT download. I contacted the customer service, they are working on it. I contacted customer service July 2021. It still is not working. Disappointed, that they are not keeping up with technical/ software upgrades. Only reason I even gave two stars is that I can at least watch the concert on my cellphone, but as soon as I upgrade my cellphone, well that will be the thing of the past again.
rosé
So yes bought the album not thinking about the kihno, however it did surprise me lol because I didn’t think it was going to be that nice and pretty!

Really nice
As someone who like to get physical albums but doesn’t have a ton of space I love these KiTs. I can take concert vids and albums with me when I go on long trips and stuff which is nice and keep them in a little key ring together. I haven’t had many issues with the app and restarting it usually helps. All in all I recommend this!
Disappointed
I’m really said about this product, I bought the rose kit player and it only worked twice. After that it never connected back sadly. I really don’t recommend this feature save yourself some money and don’t by this format of album
Hardly works
This app needs a lot of work. I was only able to connect my kit to my phone and not my iPad. I don’t want to watch a 2 hour long video on my phone (I don’t have a TV to connect to). And when I try to send an email to the team because my issue hasn’t been resolved yet, the email button doesn’t work. Overall I’m disappointed in this app and that I had to pay $30 for shipping of a little square device that hardly works and it ends up being digital anyways. Just send me a download link ugh. Edit: I forgot to mention that no matter how hard I try I can’t login. I’ve reset my password twice and it still says I have the wrong email or password. Very frustrating experience
Why did it stop working??
The app was working perfectly fine at first but now when I launch the app it says “invalid access” and “wrong access”. What happened?
Problem
I can’t get it to work on my iPhone 11 please fix
Minor bugs
Overall the app is amazing however it’s very annoying when you connect the Kit to the app and have it downloaded but as soon as you close out of it the album is no longer there and you have to redownload it...
X1 Album
I got the X1 Boxing and I tried connecting to it and it said it couldn’t find and I tried it many times, I still like that album and photos but I’m very sad that it doesn’t work
Awesome APP
In order for me to watch a Kihno video on my PC I bought Airserver but it did not take its QR so reached out this APP’s developer and in no time he supported me and provided a quick solution to my problem, finally, I was able to watch my video comfortably. Thank you for such for such a great APP and great Customer Service assistance! Well done!
Terrible service
The app opens up with a dialogue that says “Invalid Access: Wrong Access” please fix as people who have ordered KiNo albums cannot view their products at all!
Works great
It works fine but with one of the Kihno albums I have, everytime I plug it in it says cant find the kihno kit. Why is that?
Not compatible with iPhone6
It keeps on erroring and won’t download the kihno muzkit plugin i watched the youtube instructions and even tried getting the lightning to headphone jack adapter, tried changing battery too :(
Cool but...
I thought it was really cool but there are also a lot of cons. For example, even though you installed the kihno kit, you cant freely listen to the album because if you exit out the app, you’ll have to connect the kihno kit again. At first, I thought that when you finally completed installing the kihno kit, you can just listen to the album whenever you want but whenever you exit the app, you’ll have to connect again if you want to listen to the album. Also, you cant connect with multiple devices. If you connect with a different device then it’ll automatically disconnect you from one of the other device.
