Impossible mise à jour
La mise à jour est impossible sur Apple!!!!! L jeu ne se lance plus!

On Jan 15 l bought $2.99 and $2.99 and $4.99 worth of coins. Each time l bought them the buy posted ok. But I never got the coins but they took the money off my account. Now I have no coins and no money. This is the third time I have written to you but to no avail what is the problem?

Failure to Start
I’ve played and loved this game for many years... above level 1700... But it’s been more difficult to open lately... continuously going to black screen and then desktop at opening. After the last update, it would not open at all. I contacted developer and didn’t get a reply... So deleted the game and reloaded it.... loosing all my data as well... didn’t make a difference... still won’t open. Very Disappointing. Won’t try to load it again...

Très bon jeu … mais bcp trop de pub Comme le dit l’adage « quand c’est gratuit c’est toi le produit ! » Je comprends qu’il y ait de la publicité il faut bien que les développeurs gagnent leur vie et je n’ai pas d’objection à cela mais là trop c’est trop ! C’est du non stop Essayer de trouver un équilibre entre gratuite et publicité. En attendant je dégrade la note que j’avais mise car je trouve que la pub devient beaucoup trop fréquente.

I enjoy playing the game but I do have some reservations. I very much dislike that it only awards you a single coin for each word solved but requires fifteen to thirty coins per hint. Strongly starting to believe this is a gotcha game, so please be careful!!

I love the game but does there have to be an ad after each puzzle. Maybe an ad after every 3 puzzles would keep my interest.
The game developers cheat, or are allowing rampant cheating
I have played this game a few months. They have a League tournament where if you placed in the top 13 you’d get gems. Tonight I was in 2nd place, at 2100+ points behind the 1st place person who has 3100+ points. The 3rd place behind me had 1800+ points. Then in 1 picture, someone suddenly was at the top with 4700+ points. Out of nowhere. Either the developers do this themselves to avoid paying gems to the top spot, or turned a blind eye, because it happen every tournament. So sad.
Really great game, but earning in-game coins with buying hints is frustratingly hard
Can’t give it five stars purely because in-game coins is too little to make when compared to buying any of the three kinds of hints. They are too high a price for how little you earn playing the game. Other than that, it really is a fun game. It engages the brain, it’s great to do with others. It’s just fun and different.

C’est un des rares jeux que je connaisse qui ne donne aucune récompense pour les niveaux réussis tout est payant donc soit vous sortez votre argent soit vous abandonner les jeu, quelles pièces reçues en regardant une pub, mais c’est juste ridiculement faible

Started out great....but...
Was looking for a word game that has tournaments too. This one is by far my favourite until I played a few tournaments. That really destroyed it for me. Playing for 3 days in it and making it into the top 10 and not receiving the rewards is no fun. Then out of nowhere magically a player showed up as a winner who was not even there for all the length of the tournament (3 days). Only showed up after the tournament was done and then with such an unreal high score...impossible to get in that time frame. Something isn’t right. Discouraging. Won’t play it anymore.

Totally Unhappy
I was enjoying playing the game on my iPad until I paid to have the ads taken away. Then the game just kept crashing. I could not get it to work. I will be calling my credit card company to get my money back, especially since you charged me again on my phone which the game works perfectly. I would have given the game five stars, but this problem definitely lowered it.

Piuttosto impegnativo, ma.....siete piuttosto tirchi con la valuta virtuale, considerando che sono parole assai difficili elargite 1 diciamo dollaro virtuale ogni parola risolta. Premetto che essendo un gioco non intendo assolutamente acquistare nulla, non solo con voi con tutti i giochi, con quella misera valuta che regalate inizialmente forse si riescono a fare 3 giochi. Ho un suggerimento, che vi ho già trasmesso tramite email, mettete dei video e date qualche moneta. Grazie per aver risposto alla mia email, ma non mi ha certo soddisfatta la vostra risposta, mi avete suggerito di farmi aiutare da qualcuno, vi pare normale??? A me no, quindi fintantoché ci riesco continuo a giocare, il giorno che mi stufo lo tolgo e ne scelgo un’altra da App Store. Se il gioco migliora vi darò 5⭐️per adesso 2⭐️

It should tell you what letters are right when guessing a word and it’s not correct support doesn’t help you the right way they told me the wrong word after I sent them a picture of the scene The hints online sometimes don’t show all the words I just might get rid of the game if something doesn’t change

I do enjoy this game, however you have a long running competition where top prize is 100 coins. That’s ridiculous!!! When I have used all of my coins, I will be deleting this game.

Some of the pictures are too busy. Some of the answers are to something that’s too small to actually see or doesn’t really fit with the picture. I really love playing and although there are a few downfalls I will continue playing.

iPhone X , crashes on every next lvl, not playable coz throw me out on any passed lvl. fix it!!! After last update: crashes stopped. Thanks on that, god job.
