I’ve completed the Game!!
It is the best word game out there. I’m currently on level 1284 and I hope it doesn’t end anytime soon. Bravo!! I’m done. Level 1856. There are no more levels. Are you planning to add more levels? I love this game so I certainly hope so.
Please fix sound issue
Game is excellent but I can’t mute sound and it’s annoying me please fix this issue when I start game i have to go in settings first i have to unmute and then mute it every single time i have to do that
British Words
It is a good puzzle game. Unfortunately many of the terms are British as opposed to US English, which makes it more difficult for an American player. Also, many of the images are too small to make out on a cell phone.

Used to be 5 Stars
I love this game. I have completed it several times & started over. The reason I dropped to 3 stars is the last update dropped the amount of coins won for completing a picture , completing a level or doing the daily challenge. We went from 4 upon completing a picture to 2. You can get 4 if you want to watch an ad. The daily challenge dropped from 15 upon completion to 10. You used to get 10 coins for completing a level & now you get 4. I don’t mind not ever getting a lot of coins, but don’t reward players for doing well & then take it away. That’s tacky.
Fun
Have played my ad-free version for years & still enjoy it. Upon finishing all levels, one has the option to start from scratch; I’ve done this several times. Not difficult, so perfect play for those times when I’m tired but still want to play a decent game. Hint: Don’t overthink the answers. No glitches at all & never nagged to buy coins, a fact I appreciate. For the sake of fairness, I occasionally buy coins simply to support the developers. Nice game.
So much adverts
Way 2 many adverts for just starting the game. The games easy to start with so can finish each round fast but the adverts are so long after every round it’s put me off playing any further than level 5 and I have no uninstalled it due to this !
It’s great, but…
I love this game. It’s fun. It’s challenging. It’s great. But could you guys fix the “sound off” button. My sound is off and it’ll still play sound every time I begin playing the game. I like to keep everything on silent, except things that involve emergencies.

Coins
Every time I buy coins or win coins it takes them away from me. I have bought a lot of coins only to have them disappear.
Fun to play, but loading problems - still happening Oct 2022
I love your puzzle, but it takes forever to load each day, for the last three weeks. I have to delete and redo to have it load and that is for at least 10 times. I don’t know if it’s that you need to update for the new IOS, but something needs adjustment. Please don’t let me keep having to start over at 2 points when I was at 15 everyday for weeks. Update December 2023 Thank you for solving the problems I experienced in the past and I had hoped to now keep enjoying the puzzles. But as a senior citizen, I am not happy with the update making the letters smaller and more spaced out. It’s more difficult for those of us who are past 60. I hope you can allow us to chose the “look” we prefer to allow us to continue enjoying exercising our brains as we try to avoid dementia. My other concern is that I used to be able to start a puzzle and come back later to finish it. Now it makes me start all over - I don’t understand why that needs to be. Please explain.
New update rubbish!
Why change a good thing? If it’s not broken, why fix it? Letters are now widely spaced which makes it harder to visualise the words. Daily puzzle struggles to emerge and when it does the four images are blurred and out of focus. They do eventually right themselves. Please put letters back the way they were.

Up date
I just bought a new iPad took it back it wasn’t working. He told me the new iPads needed apps that were up to date if not I would have to delete them but this is my favorite and they said this one needed to go but I haven’t done it. Please check and update if you haven’t already.
Hate the new smaller text size!
Love your game, but I may have to stop playing because the new smaller text size is hard to use. Takes a lot of the fun out when you have to struggle with the format. You need to make the size bigger, like it was before, or give users some choice.

I like this game so much, I finished it and started all over again.
Losing coins
For some reason, I’ve started losing coins every time I open the game. The worst one was that I dropped from over 300 coins to around 120 from one day to the next, and now every day I open the app, I have 5-10 less coins than I did the day before. I love this game, but that ruins it for me; what’s the point of earning coins if I can’t keep them?
Can we get new images?
Most of the existing images are years old.
Fun game
Sometimes easy, sometimes brain numbingly difficult. I love having it when waiting at the doctors or dmv or car wash or anywhere. Always something to play that’s challenging.

Got laggy and the words repeat
The game got laggy and the words repeat way too often. It’s like the developers created the game, FINALLY added levels and then just gave up and don’t care anymore. Sigh, super sad.
Blocked letters
Since the update I am unable to play because the ads are blocking the letters. I love this game and have been playing for years every day. Please fix the problem
Resets points to zero
About once a month, the puzzle appears on my iPhone 11 with pictures, but no words. Obviously I can’t solve the puzzle, but Wordalot makes me start over at 2 points. Very discouraging and frustrating.
Some mistakes
I love the game, play it all the time! However, I’ve come across many mistakes in some of the puzzles. For instance, level 1398 one of the answers to the puzzle is football but there was not one football...maybe a soccer ball?? I still love the puzzle but the mistakes could be misleading making it harder to complete. ALSO, way too many ads! I’d pay not to see them!
Transfere
Good game until you want to link to another device and it keeps coming up with a pop up asking if your sure want to rewrite over your old game, every time you click yes it asks you again, lost count of the number of times I click yes, I also ran out of levels so waiting for new 1, tec support are useless
Pay for clues? What gives????
I loved this game until i found after 10 free clues you had to pay for more!!!! Most games you have to watch an ad to get free hints or clues! I decided to stop playing this game because of that fact!! I will not pay for clues! Developers… how about revamping

Continued problems even after notifying
I’ve notified the developer several times about problem. Even sent pictures. Stlll unable to continue on with puzzle as the photos are present but no words on grid. Please fix this ongoing issue. And now I’ve lost all the accumulated points earned over 1500. On top of it all they now are making me watch ads after I purchased no ads years ago.
Lost All Advances
Have gone through all of their puzzles twice. Now for a third time….because the game stopped working and I had to delete the app. I don’t want to put it on Facebook. One puzzle had ‘trolley’ for a shopping 🛒 cart! There was also ‘vegetablesg’ for an answer. Like the game......but really?!?Have had for over three years.
Good game, but…
I really enjoyed this game. It kept my mind alert during the big quarantine and pandemic. But one day it just said I reached the end and that was it. I should have deleted it at that point but I got the impression there were updates coming soon. So it sat there for about a year before I noticed the Daily Challenge. I opened it every day and played that for a few months before I decided to just start over from level one again. It’s not like I had them memorized or anything, so for awhile it was fun again. But now there’s some kind of glitch where the game won’t even open on my device. For days at a time, sometimes more than a week! I can find no way to update the app and haven’t been able to contact them for advice. When it does open it was fine, but now, suddenly in the middle of a level it just went back to the first game. As a game I think it was great. Perfect for adults or kids, but the tech is falling short. I’d give the game four stars but all the tech mess makes it a two. I hope they can get it fixed.
Problems loading
I enjoy this game a lot. However, half the time I try to play, I can’t open it. It just scrolls and scrolls. It’s more of a problem now that they’ve got the Daily Challenge because you have to solve the puzzle daily. If the app won’t load, you’re kicked back down to the beginning! Irritating!! And I am not getting my points

App Opening
I have played Wordalot for quite a while. Lately the app simply doesn’t open. I’ve not deleted and reinstalled as I want to keep my level/points. Is there something new going on?
So Disappointed
I played the daily puzzle today and after I checked to see if there were new levels and to my dismay it started back to the beginning. I lost ALL of my progress.
Won’t open
For the last month or so this game will not open. My internet WiFi connection is ok. I close other apps hoping that helps but no help. When it finally opens I have lost my daily progress. I am on IPad. Have no problem with other apps. Ugh

For the most part the game is fun (and somewhat addicting). My only complaint is the constant advertisements for their other games between rounds - really irritating.
Not loading
Since your last update this is not loading. Yes I can delete it and reinstall but progress is lost. So if I can’t get it to load I will delete and move on.
Little rewards given
I am addicted to this game and enjoy playing but it does frustrate me that each puzzle is only worth 2 coins. Just 2 coins for completing a several word puzzle. Then 1 hint is 10 coins so you have to complete 5 full puzzles before you earn enough coins to purchase 1 hint...Which is only 1 letter...Just seems a little stingy!!!
Notifications
I love this game, great way to pass the time and work the brain. I can’t stand the constant notifications with words in the puzzle. They come probably 3 or 4 at a time and and their always words from puzzles I’ve already completed. Please solve this bug.

I have enjoyed this game for several years. But I have not been happy with the changes over time! Then there is today... Specifically- level 1129... one of the answers is TROUGH. There is NO trough in the picture. Not fair? Dishonest? What?
