Navigatie knop ontbreekt
Er is geen knop om vanuit en artikel terug te navigeren naar de vorige pagina, artikel overzicht. Waardeloze app.

Pas de flèche « retour en arrière » sur iPad
L’app est bien faite sauf cette fameuse flèche de retour en arrière quand on est sur un article. Cela complique très fort la navigation. C’est dommage quand on veut faire du shopping en ligne

Knop “werk mijn account bij” werkt niet
Ik heb een klantenkaart gevraagd en heb dan ook een e-mail gekregen. In de email is een grote knop om mijn account/profiel te bijwerken. Ik druk er op en die brengt me naar de website. Daar vul ik mijn gegevens in en klik op bevestigen. Maar dan gebeurd er niets. De pagina herlaad gewoon met al mijn gegevens nog altijd getypt. Ik heb alles correct ingevuld en heb naast elke van groene vinkjes. En er is ook geen barcode van je klantenkaart in de app
Betaling lukt nooit
De app is op zich gebruiksvriendelijk maar loopt bij mij steeds vast wanneer doorgeschakeld moet worden naar een bankapp. Nog nooit iets kunnen bestellen via de app!

Mon avis est mitigé. L’application oublie systématiquement mon profil, obligée de me reconnecter en boucle. Et, lors de commande je reçois les accusés en néerlandais…

Functie Bankcontact (via app) betalen werkt NIET
De app is er niet op vooruit gegaan! Integendeel. In 2020 zou ik verwachten dat het mogelijk is om met de bankcontact app te betalen en je geen cardlezer meer nodig hebt. De optie is er ...maar je kan eindeloos drukken en de bankcontact wordt niet geopend. Kortom je dient nog steeds op de omslachtige manier te betalen. Neen, dit ligt niet aan mijn gsm want andere apps en shops geven dit probleem niet! Zeer vervelend dus dat dit niet werkt.
Payment process sucks and shopping bug remains filled after payment
Hi the app is great until I want to pay then the app get’s stuck. Via payconiq option the app gets stuck in Step 2 “Pay with the bancontact app”. Via Paypal the app goes through to paypal but when paying via paypal it throws an error. Finally paid via bancontact which is very inconvenient and my payment is successfull but the shopping bag remains filled as if I didn’t pay, but did get the e-mail confirmation. So the customer journey/ experience seem not to be tested end to end, this kills the customer experience!

(Elles ne vous dirons pas qu'un article vous va si en réalité Ca vous va pas du tout !) toujours souriantes et super sympa !! Je suis contente que lola liza a créé une application smartphone, et je remercie lolaliza de nous donner à chaque achat un bon de réduction ( récompensée d être cliente fidèle) continuer comme ça ! ;)
