Beware!!!
This app accesses your photos without permissions/granting access. When you go into privacy settings on your phone there is no selection for photos but when you’re using the app you can add a photo from your photo album. There’s no way to block it from accessing your photo album.
Miss my old app
Just got a new phone and the app updated!! No more English version!! I really loved this app. I’ve been using it for years and had it customized.

Please, please make this available in English again. I have used this app for many, many years. I had to get a new phone and was so confused that I couldn’t use my app anymore since it isn’t in English. I beg you to make it available again in English. I can’t do a grocery list on my phone any longer since I don’t have the app that I loved. PLEASE!!!!!

This is not the APP I wasusing
I was *forced* to update this app. Only to find out that it is a completely different app that shares the same name as my shopping list app. Extremely frustrated and annoyed. Given that, when I opened the app, my only language options were French and Dutch, it would appear that the company didn't do a wide enough search for the other product name and I'm left without even being to stick to the last version of the app I loved. Beware, if you are trying to decide whether or not to download this. THIS IS NOT THE GROCERY SHOPPING LIST APP named myShopi.

Please become available in English again! I’ve been using this app forever on my old phone but I can no longer on my new one because there isn’t an option for English. This is my favorite app to use by far to keep track of groceries, bills, etc. but I can’t anymore with it not being available in English anymore.

I had been using this app for many years now and I used to love it until I got a new phone then it is no longer in English. Please! Please! Make it in English. I wouldn’t mind paying for it. I’ve tried other grocery list apps and this one is by far the best.
Loved it but issues after update
This was a great app untill the last update that caused my aisles to rearrange and I can not get them to go back where I put them. UPDATE I am still having this issue after a year. Is there anyway to rearrange them?

This was the best shopping list app available. Now with new updates you’ve taken away the English version and completely redesigned it. As well even if I use the French option the complete redesign makes this app a waste of time. My lists and added products are all gone and the new layout is more designed for cash back; not the reason I had the app. I only wanted a shopping list. For years I used this daily. Now I’m just very angry that the update did not warn us we’d be unable to use the app any longer.
The best shopping app.
I've been using this app for a while now and it's never let me down. It does what it promises and remembers my choices even through updates. I'd have given it 5 stars if I could find the instructions on how to turn on the camera and use the other tools I've read other users write about. They may be available but if so they're hidden.
My shopping
This app isn't too bad. A couple Things I don't like is when you check an item off it disappears from the list, essentially causing you to create a whole new list each time unless you do not check the item off as you shop. The other thing I don't like is I can not share the list inside the app with my roommate so we cannot modify the same list. However it can be sent via text. Other than those problems I am happy with it. I have my different stores I go to and can organize the lists how the stores are organized. And can add pictures from Google. I like these features.

Latest update a bit broken Last item in the list is half obscured by the buttons at the bottom Still a great app but needs a little more attention to the smaller details Also having to touch in the search box after every item is frustrating. Keep the cursor there until I have added all my items would be a lot less frustrating

Please bring this app back to the US in English, even if just the shopping list (like before), I used to have it in an older phone, but now, I cannot download it on a newer phone, of ALL the grocery shopping list out there this is by far the best, at least that worked for me, and don’t change a thing! PLEASE

My lists all gone. No option for English. This is crappy. It was my go to!!! Used to be too on my list. Not now!

Would absolutely give five stars but they have ongoing problems with the ability to link to Google and the internet to access other photos as there lists are very limited. Everything seems to be lumped into the grocery category. It requires more categories like baking, grilling, etc.
Original Better
This version cuts off item names after about 30 characters and spaces. The original version allowed way more characters. Unable to input 3 digit decimal spaces.

Relying on app for years - new update removes English language option
I have dozens of lists I’ve curated over the years with photos, prices, and information and now I can’t use the app anymore because suddenly it’s not available in English. This was a poor and selfish move by the developer. We should have been warned ahead of time so we could have printed our lists before it updated without our knowledge.
Love app - one glitch
Love using this for shopping. Great options to customize as needed. I've only notice a glitch lately that the cart badge for keeping track of how many things are on your list does not update when adding more items or checking them off your list. It only updates when you reboot the app.
Can't add pictures again
Love this app & was happy to see the Internet search feature was back. Now suddenly as of July 17th when I try to add a picture it says connection error when I am completely connected to the Internet. Can't add pictures again. Please do do something about this because I know it's not my Internet, which is working fine.
No web platform to sync your app with.
The bad: No web platform to sync with your app. Predictive typing is weak. It rarely predicts which items go in which isles. You have to do that manually. It doesn't give you enough characters to type in a description. Lack of web interface is holding it back from 5/5. Major shortfall. The good: It has search that lets you search within your already-made lists, which Grocery iQ does not. Interface is very well done, well thought out, and comprehensive. Ability to specify grocery stores is impressive. Its ability to insert pictures pulled from the web or pulled from your own images, directly through the app interface, is outstanding.

I can’t access my lists because of the latest iOS update
Good but needs improvements!
Just bought a new phone after using this app for at least 3 yrs. No way to back up this app so I will have to start from scratch on my new phone... redo all my lists and re-create all my personalized items. Also I want to be able share my lists with my husband like I share my "Reminders" lists on my iPhone. This app does let you email or text your lists to someone but I want that someone to be able to add/edit items.

I use this for my shopping list every time I grocery shop. Couldn't live without it. Add back the capacity to add pix via Google would make it much better.

This is a very good app allows you to customize your shopping and to be able to look up on the Internet for things that you can't find photos for. I find that when I press that I have bought an item that is selects two or three items that I have not picked up yet at first I thought it knew the aisle that I was in but that's not the case. I highly suggest that you download this app and use it

J'aimerais savoir pourquoi il n'est plus possible de choisir une image dans "Google Images" lors de la création d'un nouveau commerce ou d'un nouvel item dans la base de données d'articles à acheter? Avant c'était une fonction qui existait et qui rendait l'application très visuelle et intéressante à utiliser. Est-ce que vous pouvez la remettre dans votre prochaine mise à jour pour que je vous redonne 5 étoiles? Mais d'ici là, je ne donnerai que 2 étoiles à votre application.
Terrifically helpful, but...
I find the ability to add photos, via the built in Internet search, is very, very useful. Only thing I'd improve would be to be able to sync to the iCloud.

Please bring English back! I purchased this app in 2013 and now with my latest phone purchase I lost this app in English. Only French and Dutch. At least tell us why you can no longer get in English. 😢
Beautiful app which can still be better...
I adore this shopping list app but I reserve myself a star to suggest some littles ideas to improve it: - there's a missing Cancel button when open the Send by SMS feature - I found a $ 4.00 difference between the app total and the receipt Why? - I would love to keep track of my older lists because I think I can reuse them... I almost buy the same thing each week in the nearest store. This feature will also allows me to compare the prices from week to week! - It could be also cool to separate the regular price from the promo price... I don't know if this will be possible? - Having a sub-item inside the grouped items in each aisle will make easy to identify the variety of products or even the brand of the same item I hope that will be helpful for developers to improve a very good app already.

I'm now changing my review again. While the app thankfully brought back a lot of the features I liked, it's still not quite customizable as it once was. You can once again add photos, however you can't use google photos and you can only select from one page of pictures (though you can take a photo and upload it which is nice.) Odd selection of grocery stores on the main page I wish I could change. Not perfect but I like using this app for grocery lists.

I keep all of my stores loaded in this app. I use my phone more organization than for communication, and this app is used daily.
What’s going on?
I have a new phone & transferred all my apps. When I go to open this app, my choices are French & Dutch. Why no English? This is one of my favorite apps & the best one for grocery lists that I’ve used.

Couple suggestions to make this better
This app is awesome. I especially like the 'Internet search'. To be able to open that & find my item w/o having to open my camera & take a pic, saves time & my battery. The ease to create new lists & new items is great too. I'm using an iPad at home right now, but I Can't sync w/ my iPhone when I'm out. Can you fix this in a future update? Also, I have a bug when assigning an isle to my item. When I get to an item that has a sub menu to that item. I click on the little grey triangle to show the next level of items within that item, the app crashes, & I have to start over again. I get to that point again, & again the app crashes. So I end up Not using the sub items since I can't access them. Can you fix this? Thanks & keep up the good work, rsmopar.
Deletes your items! Waste of time, poor support, Very disappointed!
Used to love this app, then one day I opened it to make my grocery shopping list, and it was completely empty! All the lists for the various stores I shopped at, all my items, favorites, pictures, everything - GONE!!! Everything was deleted! The app was empty! This app does not offer any way to back up everything you put into it. My phone and all my other apps were fine. It was something to do with when this app received it's latest update, from it's own designers, it deleted EVERYTHING! It had been my favorite and most used app. Now, I will never use another list app that doesn't allow me to back it up. All that work and I have to start over. I contacted this app's tech support multiple times, and never heard a word back from them. Not a good experience all around.

Not too bad
It is a useful app but certainly isn't top of the range. The scan function is useless. Crashes every-time i use it. Plenty of products that aren't in the database. However, it's free and does the job, so I still use it. Not overly suited to Australia though. Give it a try and judge for yourself.
