No way to contact a person
I paid for a consult, the doc made a prescription and never sent it to the pharmacy and left town for a month and there’s nobody to contact in the meantime. There is no customer support, no help line, no phone number, no way to message anyone but the app tech support people and they could not even understand my question let alone answer it.
Changing review!
Changing my original 1 star review to 4 stars. I definitely was not happy about how long it took for someone to respond but now that I know it takes an extra allotted time frame to communicate, I just know to practice more patience. Overall my questions and concerns were addressed and I received the care I was hoping to find. Definitely still working through some kinks, but overall a great service.
Prescription is great, shipping is not
I received my prescription 9 days ago but still have not received the package in the mail. Please provide other options like a local pharmacy or expedited shipping, USPS does not cut it.
trouble with focus
I have a bunch of moles that i use to track with this app. I got a new phone and now i can’t get it lock focus on the coin. It’s always been tricky, but now the coin outline turns green then immediately turns red if i take a picture

Waste of time and money
I started a request for a consultation on May 30 and it did not take long for the “doctor” to respond but I did notice it was the middle of the night. She could not fill my script for compounded medication through their preferred pharmacy so just filled scripts that I told her I already have. She then said that I needed to find a pharmacy to fill what I was requesting. I did since she apparently would not check the database of pharmacies herself as a doctor/clinician. The script was sent but when the pharmacy had a question, they were not responded to. I could no longer reach out to this doctor without paying more because she only ever sent responses between 11:30PM-1:30AM and that quickly ate up my 3 day window for communicating. I reached out to support and after several days of trying to get help and answers from them I am giving up. My request was for a lower dose of medication that I was already taking. Nothing crazy or unheard of. This was an abysmal experience and one I will never repeat.
Not clear how to change your prescription
I don’t like that I have to pay $25 just to ask dermatologist a question about my prescription just for her to say that I have to submit a new consultation. Seems scammy!
Not user friendly for sharing
This is not a user friendly app. I don’t know if my dr will receive my pics or not. For a new user the instructions are very unclear.

Unprofessional and lack of empathy feom provider
Dr. Sarita Nori, the doctor who reviewed my case showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Furthermore, she attempted to prescribe medications that were entirely unnecessary for my condition, causing me a great deal of distress and distrust in your service. As a patient, I expected a careful, empathetic evaluation, not an automated or aggressive prescription push (prednisone for a heat rash?) Poor quality of care. Do not recommend!
Upload photo option missing
Wish we could add photo of medical cards from our photos on our phone.
No mole evaluations
One can take pictures and keep them in their notes with dates. Costs money and no evaluation. Best to just see a skin doctor

No refunds or cancellations
I sent a consultation to a provider and I ended up not needing it so I tried to cancel it and it's impossible. There are no options for cancellation once it's requested. So as soon as the provider messaged me I asked her for one and she said since the "consultation started" I can't get a refund. What the actual heck. She didn't even answer any questions or anything. Horrible app, such a scam.
Simple and effective
I love this app! It’s very easy to use and laid out perfect for its purpose. I feel like a big downfall is that you only get to track 3 moles for free, and the subscription cost seems high
Requires provide personal information
Good concept, but this app has too many strikes against it to make it worth using for me. Others have mentioned other shortcomings but what sealed the deal for me was collecting personal information and requiring an email signup to use the app. No thanks, deleted.

Great service
I am so glad that I found this company. It was an easy process to get the medication I needed to treat my hair loss.
Horrible system
So my physician apparently dropped out, which blocked me from using the app and service at all. It’s not set up to simply assign a new physician - they don’t offer that. The support team wrote ‘don’t worry - we’ll just reset your account.’ Except they didn’t. I recommend finding a reputable online service. This is not it.
How to cancel?
Hi. I don’t find how to cancel
No reversible camera
You can’t turn the camera around to take a picture and other than by eye I have no idea how to compare the moles. It keeps prompting me to pay.
Front camera would help
I like this a lot, but it’s difficult to take photos with just my back camera. I wish it allowed me to use the forward (selfie) camera because my photos would be more consistent. Plus, it would be easier to photograph rather than retaking because the angle is bad or there’s a shadow.

Questionable value
If there is no medical expertise that can be accessed through the app, then I'm not sure there's great value in it. Any phone can capture and store photos. It's this Instagram for skin lesions?
Awesome
To be honest, if I could give them more than five stars, I would! Very professional. Communication is excellent. They answer all your questions and so there is no confusion. They are very proficient in diagnosing what you have and giving you a plan of action. They help you with prescriptions to eliminate the issue. They also sent you a summary about everything that happened and what was said and the conclusions on why we came to those conclusions and on and on If all services could be like this one, we would be in a much better world !
Bad for telehealth
I paid $60 for a dermatology consult through Miiskin and got ghosted by the provider. The app might be good for tracking moles, etc. but if you plan on using their telehealth services, prepare to be disappointed.
Scam
Had the provider say they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. They never did. After waiting a while for the provider to send it in, the app would not let me message them without spending an extra 25 dollars. When I submitted a support ticket an automated message said they won’t get to it for several days. My interaction with the provider was excellent, however the app is horrible.
SCAM app, tries to automatically bill you MULTIPLE times!
Please do NOT download and use this app. I launched it and saw when it asked if I wanted the free month trial and then be charged monthly after that I did not want to commit to a trial so o just closed the app and then MULTIPLE charges shows up on my credit card associated with my Apple account. There were multiple $9.99 charges and then multiple $5.55 charges!

Like It So Far!
I have a lot of moles all over my body, so I need a good way to keep track of them. I have been disappointed by a lot of the free apps, many of which seem to have design flaws that never get fixed, or they just get abandoned altogether after a few updates. I finally decided to subscribe to Miiskin this week in the hope that paying for an app will actually help it continue to improve over the long term. I figure the subscription is about as much as the copay for my dermatologist, so it’s not too bad. And as I have explored the app, I have been really pleased. There are a lot of useful features and they seem to work. I really like having the ability to import older pictures, and to add notes to all the photos. The photo taking interface is easy to use, and the pictures are really clear. The pin protection feature for the photos is a good safeguard. And the process for exporting photos seems to be easy, too. I hope the app continues to improve, though. Automated views from the left and right sides, and perhaps other hard to reach areas, would be great - I have a lot of moles that aren’t visible in typical front and back views. And I would be really glad to have something like the automatic face tracking feature that worked on any part of the body where there was a skin problem. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone with lots and lots of moles.
Charging to help keep me cancer free?
Having been recently diagnosed with skin cancer, I was looking for a place to follow my moles. I am not interested in a subscription. Why would I when I can take pictures myself and put a reminder on my calendar to check them in a month or so? Regardless, I thought maybe there would be a lite version. To my surprise and disgust, the app was lite then stopped. You can take and save THREE pictures before having to pay. Nope, not worth it. Folders on my phone and a reminder on my calendar will be just fine.
