Súper mala app, nada práctica de usar, selecciono lo que quiero mandar y me regresa al mismo punto, por esa razón ya no voy a comprar lo que necesitaba aquí.

Pésima pésima pésima, me robaron mi dinero y no lei antes las reseñas y confié plenamente en esta app

Es una estafa
Pague por un ramo de rosas y mi número de seguimiento, marco para contactarlos y nada .. ya intenté por WhatsApp, llamada, correo e incluso Facebook y lo más probable es que se hayan robado el dinero y no van a entregar nada
El “chat en vivo” no sirve para nada
Imposible enviar una sugerencia, o comentario desde la app. Siempre da error en el teléfono y no se envía , da igual el formato en el que se escriba el número. Por lo demás LolaFlora suele funcionar muy bien.

Hola, hace mucho tenía la aplicación y funcionaba muy bien. Hoy en día que la vuelvo a usar, no puedo abrir sesión y por ende ver mis pedidos es complicado porque me lleva al navegador para descargar la app
Ten cuidado
No hay control de calidad en las flores por lo que la calidad de las mismas o su presentación difiere de lo visto en el app o web. Además confirman mucho después si pueden o no entregar por las zonas. Muchas disculpas pocas soluciones…
Forma de pago
Llegué a esta página porque aparecía la opción de pagar con Paypal pero sl momento de cerrar el pago solo permite tarjeta de crédito

Mejoraron su servicio , me habían tocado unas flores descuidadas. Pero las de hoy estuvieron muy lindas
Son un fraude
Son un fraude, nadie te responde, primero te cambian la fecha de entrega y dicen que es a tu solicitud, obvio no hice ningún cambio. Después lo marcan como entregado y así te roban tu dinero.

Arreglo de flores
Bonito el arreglo de flores, pero la entrega llegó tarde a la hora prevista. En cuanto a la tarjeta podría haber sido escrita a ordenador, no a mano, letra de médico. No he quedado satisfecha. Esperaba más de vuestro servicio.
Súper recomendable
Muy recomendable, fácil de ordenar y comprar. Ojalá no cambie sino para mejorar.
Aplicación deficiente
No sé para que le movieron a la app, te manda a un Login externo, al querer hacer un pedido tienes que meter los datos nuevamente. Como que están dos aplicaciones en paralelo. Me dió desconfianza y me fui por EnvíaFlores

Nada que ver con la foto de la página llegó un poco tarde pero bueno no te puedes fiar de lo que compras y luego te traen.

Customer service dept I can’t fault, but unfortunately the florists they use in Russia are abysmal, they never deliver on time and often phone the wrong people when enquiring if recipient is home. Unfortunately this then requires a phone call to Los Angeles at the cost of £3 a minute, normally around five minutes, as if that isn’t bad enough it often takes several phone calls before the problems are sorted out. Last time I used them it cost me £37 in phone calls which was twice as much as the flowers cost.

Eviten esta App, no te deja dar un seguimiento de tu envío. En atención a clientes por WhatsApp ni te contestan. Me estafaron $650.00. Pésima aplicación, ojalá la den de baja

Total messed up
I ordered via app as I have done before. Got confirmation immediately. However on the day when flowers were meant to be delivered nothing happened. The app did not show any progress or update on my order either . And sadly the flowers were never delivered at the arranged slot (morning). I had to contact by what’sapp and email to get help.. and even then it was slow reply. They apologies but offer no explanation and rearrange delivered for the next day (a day later of the occasion I was sending flowers for) for a slot between 9am to 1pm. Again we hit 2pm and nothing happened. I have to complaint a second time to finally get the flowered delivered! This has ruined a very special surprise for my granny bday. 93 years old.

Mi destinatario no se encontraba en casa y el repartidor se fue y no entrego el regalo. Pudo haberlo dejado con un vecino. No lo hizo. No entregó. Pero marco en el sistema que el regalo fue recibido. He contactado a soporte y solo se limitan a decirme que el pedido aparece como entregado a pensar de que les digo que no fue asi y tengo evidencia. No me reagendan un reenvío ni me reembolsan el dinero del regalo que JAMÁS SE ENTREGÓ.

Absolutely delighted with both the service and the wonderful flowers my friend received. My friend has been very ill, and these flowers cheered her up immensely. The flowers looked better than the picture, thank you so very much.
Excellent app, very poor service & abysmal customer support
Ordered flowers for same day delivery to Spain, and paid delivery charge. I got an approval email of the bouquet but no delivery. Followed up next day through live chat and ultimately got a response that I would get an update by email, which when received promised a further response within 24 hrs!! For a flower delivery company this is very poor and the customer support is abysmal. I have used Mizu in the past and it has been hit (very good) or miss (very poor). I would not recommend this app or the service provided.
Wonderful Service
Wonderful service, I ordered in the morning from the UK and the bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend was delivered early in the evening in Portugal, kept me informed all the way through the delivery, first class service, gave me peace of mind throughout the day, many thanks Kev

Arrivate nell orario stabilito, orchidee perfette e super curate. Regalo di compleanno riuscito alla perfezione. Grazie Ti tengono sempre aggiornato sulla spedizione sia per messaggio( anche se sei all estero) che per mail e puoi utilizzare L app per qualsiasi cambiamento. Sito/app consigliatissimo.
