Buyer information
Looking around for a future purchase, this app gives me information and pricing on the caravan category that I’m after
Adverts automatically pop up
Adverts automatically link you to the website even if you don’t tap the link. Will happen on any device that uses touch screen. Multiple complaints from multiple people and they refuse to fix it.
Campervan
Small Toyota
Descriptions and features missing since app update
Since the app has been updated there is a lot less detail on the components of the caravan, like solar, lithium size, airbags, etc… definitely a step backwards
Still hasn’t improved
Can we have a filter for single beds and island beds and maybe some way of removing ones we are not interested in from the search And get rid or the annoying back arrow that takes you out of the search then you have to start all over again Well it’s been years since I’ve used this app and although it has had many updates the back arrow is still in the same place as the exit arrow. Talk about STUPID!!
2017 sprinter
Thank you to all the fabulous guys at vanish - dealt with them alot over the year - they are very professional and genuine guys - very happy to recommend them 🥰
Please don’t change the colours of your apps.
Please don’t change the colours of your apps. That’s how I distinguish between these apps. If they’re all the same colour, because I have them grouped together (like other people I know do), I’m constantly going to be clicking into the wrong app. Please reconsider.
Improvements to App
The site is a good platform for caravan sales. However, the tools for buyers could be better. For example, the ability to store vans of interest in a folder with the options to make notes on features or other comments would be very useful. Currently, there is no way to prioritise the short list.
App icon
Why have Carsales.com made all the icons the same colour. It was much better when each had a different colour.
Notification issues
Despite having no notifications or messages the app badge still shows all messages received number.
Fast and efficient, love this app.
Finding what you want is easy, set a few items to suit your budget and needs and you are away.
Too many fake ads
Too many fake ads or people simply not responding
Connection error
Wonderful app, works the same as the Carsales app as to be expected. The only quarrel I have is that, at least on my iPhone 11 max, it appears with the connection error every time I make changes to the filters, sorting or any other search details, though slightly annoying it still works after hitting retry a few times.
Not well defined
Need to allow for mileage and other parameters to be specified to narrow search
Was a good app
Was a good app. Not used in ages, but now the details screen has the call and message button in the middle of it and it sticks there, So I cant read the listing. Clicked on support from app store, but couldnt see how to easily contact them
Caravan and camping sales
Very easy to navigate, search and find any van your looking for. I have just advertised my van to sell and the process was straight forward. This is the only search engine i would go to if you’re buying or selling
cannot search for single bed layout
Impossible to search for single bed layout vans. If you use keyword searched like single bed you still get bombarded with results for vans with double beds which in my case i will never consider for purchase. So me showing ads for vans that are not single beds just wastes my time.
Single axel only search not available 😞
Would be really good to be able to search for single axel or dual axel only in search function
Limited filters!
Unfortunately you can’t filter what State you want to look at, and any specific price range. Makes it tiresome to search.
Can’t send an enquirey about weather the van is sold or not.it doesn’t stay on the phone
I am trying to
CARAVANS APP
It’s very helpful to buy caravans
Messages not coming through
The biggest problem with this app is there is no way I can work out how to make the messages come through to my emails, or the app notify me when I have a message. I’ve missed a lot of possible sales this way.
False advertising
It is frustrating to buy an advertised caravan , from a “dealer” when it’s advertised for sale , when it’s actually not for sale , just a scam to get your contact details for future vans
Needs more filters
Lots more filters are required. For example battery size, number of axles, brand of electrical system
Great reliable source
Best App ever and it's free! We keep the App on our phones and it's our first port of call when we're in the market for the next caravan or camper. The App developer has got to be one that the best around because it never fail. In fact we online purchase from the App. We love it and of course highly recommend it to everyone! 👍👍

Hard to use
I’m looking for a van but the search filters are useless. I can’t filter anything out. Instead of looking at vans that might interest me I have to look at a lot that I have no interest in because there is no real way to filter anything
Looking for second hand one
Some great van. Easy to compare in the one site.
Toilet & shower
There should be an option to tick features like a toilet and shower.
Good to have
Really good app but would like it to save my search criteria.
Not working
Sorry unable to view caravans since last update Thanks
Tom Marriott
I paid over $400 for an ad and it has been deleted and I can’t find a phone number!
Good but…
I’d really like to be able to narrow down further selections, such as air conditioning, awning type etc. You can do with the Car Sales app, so why not further options with the Caravancamping sales app?
Big yanks
Good advice thanks
Spam Central
The app should be called Caravan Camping Spam. Be sure to turn off email and app notices or you’ll be spammed all day! Sneaky app developers also unethically leave this setting ON by Default “Allow carsales to share my personal information securely with third parties to enable personalised online advertising.” - DODGY in this day and age of data hacks
Love the app
Excellent
Terrible to navigate and search
You waste so much time trying find a relevant van it’s ridiculous. Such a waste of time. With more search options it could be great!
