App Development
Until now, the previous feedback regarding improvements to your app has still not been addressed. There is no option to cancel an appointment, and it is also not possible to book another appointment because the system detects an existing one—even if it is with a different doctor. I hope this can be resolved soon. If you continuously promote booking through your app, it would be beneficial to also invest in improving its functionality and user experience.
No download option
No download option available for downloading medical reports and test reports. Also can’t access MyPrime. It’s not loading.

Great App but not working any more
Prime health app was one of the best, but since March it has not been working. Not sure if anybody is working towards fixing that. We are unable to check for Dr schedules, get appointment or check for lab results.

I went to their Jumeirah Branch, the Doctor , receptionists, cashier and nurse are all polite and professional. When I entered the clinic, all of them are friendly and accommodating whilst attending to my needs. Highly recommended.
Never logs in
The login doesn’t work neither with UAE Pass nor with patient information! It returns with API Server error! Giving up

I am unable to login or review my reports, I remember the username and password, it even allows me to reset, but wont login!

Seems your agents are having no empathy to serve customers, i contacted them through App to reschedule my appointment but failed to assist and in-fact ended chat by himself without even listening the concern.

Not good experience
You have to struggle lot to get medical reports on your email or to download in the mobile app.Even after download and after you put correct password it does not get open.When you call them to send reports on email even then they do not send.Really very bad experience not once but twice in Prime medical al qasmia branch regarding getting your medical reports.I may prefer not to come again here.
App is Difficult to use
1. The account gets logged out each time we close and open the App. This is irritating to enter the log in details each time. 2. You should provide the option of Face ID to login. 3. After booking the appointment on the prime App, it doesn’t show the appointment details on the App and there is no SMS confirmation.
Need an update
Need an update to be suitable for Iphone x layout .. in vaccinations schedule there’s no submit button.. I need a feature to export the laboratory results as a pdf just for saving the medical records.
