Practical but not accurate
For anyone participating in the Disney College Program, they may say this is what’s used to track the bus schedule. However, some buttons’ text, such as “Okay” ones get their text in two lines, than one causing awkward visuals. Furthermore, some times tend to be inaccurate. For example, I wrote this review at 5pm at Flamingo Crossings West, but the app says “5am” instead. The bus locations on the map also barely move along with their real-time locations, which makes tracking them confusing. Finally, you can’t see the full bus route schedule with arrival times unless you tap the bus’ arrow icon. There should be a separate tab where you can see the route schedule easily instead of finding it through multiple steps. Needs updating STAT!

this app is somewhat not reliable. It makes you miss the bus because of the wrong time it provides and it glitches out too much and you missed your stop. The tracking of the buses are always wrong or not always but half the time the tracking is wrong and the buses are not even coming. You have to wait at the bus stop even longer because the tracking was off.

This is literally the worst app ever known to the mankind. UI is confusing and non responsive, backend does not work as the time refresh and you will never know how far the bus is. If someone were to make one shot vibe coded app, it would still be better than this trash
A few suggestions
I like the idea of knowing where the bus is that ur looking for, can be seen in real time. Instead of having to call and ask where it is at the moment I think there should be an option where as you can can see about how long it will take to get to a certain location along the route from the 2 stations. Instead of going to the website or calling. And the times that it will leave the stations. A few more different options in the settings also
Great in theory only
This app really seems like it would be useful, especially if you’re a college kid like me. Who doesn’t love a free bus system? The problem is that it never works reliably. Bus arrival times will jump up down and sideways, busses will freeze on the map and jump forwards, or even not appear at all. The app crashes if you happen to have a notification and (god forbid) try to open it. It’s a mess, and I’ve never seen any attempt to fix it.

Ensuring that the information displayed in the app matches the information provided by drivers would make the service much more reliable and accessible for all users.

Time estimates are awful
Can you guys make it so the time estimates actually somewhat work instead of just being totally wrong every single time ? I don’t understand how that functionality can get worse ——- Returning months later to note that the time estimates are still completely useless. This app is obviously purchasing 5 star reviews because it is not a functional app
Convenient
I like that we have an app to track the bus. But now I need that app to be consistent. Also CTran, maybe you should start looking into apple/google pay as a means of paying the fare
Slow, bad tracking
App is slow, confusing to navigate, and half the time busses just don’t even show up with 0 notification.
Some of the vehicles do not have GPS on them
They also are further ahead than the GPS gives you. If there any changes in the schedule, it is not put on the Messages bar. Otherwise, it’s a great help!

Legit the worse way to get around
I hate this app with a passion, the buses are never showing the right route and it always seems to be either early or late. Sometimes they don’t even show up at all and the app doesn’t give any notification of cancellations! I hate this app so much💀

A lot of times the bus doesn’t show up for the route your looking for but it is a very useful app and much needed if you rely on public transportation

Decent for half of what it’s worth
Only works for tracking buses, timing should be more accurate to not waste passenger’s time. Should’ve announced the shift to another app for scadsafety bus.

Misleading tagline
Do you wanna get somewhere on time? Well forget it. You won’t get that with this app. Their tagline is “real time bus tracking” and, well, forget the “real time” part of it. There just simply isn’t any tracking view. You can see the routes, and that’s it. You might as well use Google Maps because at least Google Maps will suggest other forms of transit.

One or two buses disappear on the map, that can be frustrating if one or them is the one your waiting for an wanting to see when it gets to your stop
What’s the point?
My university bus system recently switched to this app in their constantly-revolving recommendations for bus tracking apps, and my main question is… why? It’s not any more accurate or reliable than Transit, and it has a much worse user interface. This is just one more competitor in the increasingly saturated space of bus trackers that are only as good as the flawed tracking data they’re given, and this weird phenomenon of services switching between them every year or so does nothing to make riding public transit simpler: in fact, it does the opposite. I’m giving this app 2 stars for being on average better than nothing, but not as good as its competitors, and very often not worth the frustration.

The figuring of each bus route in reference to where you are to the route and the specific stop connecting is what is frustrating but it’s really helpful because it’s accurate on timing.

Does not work
Phantom buses. Location always loads to last stop and takes too long to refresh to current stop. Buses disappear, error messages abound. This app is terrible
Convenient and Accurate
Super helpful, tells me everything I need to know in order to get around Orlando by bus. The time departures are usually very accurate as to when they are departing.
Bad
The app is rarely ever accurate and even if it is it’s just hard to use. Sometimes the busses will just disappear from the map even if they were there 2 seconds ago. It’s just a bad app.

Poor practicality
My bus recently transferred from TransLoc to Passio Go and I am so disappointed. The basic necessary features of knowing when the next bus is coming at your frequent stops on this app takes forever to trigger. The design of the app put way too much focus on the fancy features that no one will use over the simple and quick use that we all want.

Not for public transportation
I thought this was going to help me with public transportation, such as GTA buses, (Greensboro public Transit Authority )for you to get around your city everywhere day-to-day use I wish there was something that specified that before you download it
Does not show buss arrival times
Completely useless app and disappointing that my transit system transitioned to this app. It shows maps of busses and stops but when you click on the stop it does not show the arrival times of busses, rendering it completely useless. About 1/10 times it will actually list arrival times but most times it glitches and does not show the arrival times, leaving you to try and guess based on where busses currently are on the map. Super disappointing, horrible user interface with way too many unclear functions, no tech support/ user guide. Would not recommend to anyone.

The whole point of this app is to get updates on the shuttle schedule. Every time there’s a notification I click on it. The app opens and crashes and there is no notification inside the app so it is just taking up space on my phone for no reason.
