I LIKE IT!
User friendly and intuitive, with options for growth.
iMessage block
Due to using REACH, Apple blocked my ability to send iMessages for EVER. I’ve talked to 3 friends who also used it and all blocked as well. If you value your iMessage and FaceTime DO NOT USE. 0/10 recommend.
Great, one issue
Great would prefer if I didn’t have to individually OK each text and that was made automatic
Apple vs non apple
There needs to be a means to designate if the recipient has an Apple phone or not.
Group Texts
Not as user friendly as my old app! While I can make groups for the church I have to send the texts individually instead as a group! 96 texts bogs down my phone and I have to reset to get each group out. I would prefer that I can send as a group instead of individually.
Love
This app is a great resource to send group messages never fails!!!! You won’t be disappointed.
Stopped working
I suddenly started getting error messages for every single marketing text I sent out, I’ve written reach and someone got back to me and said they would get back to me again with a solution within 24 hours, that was probably weeks ago now nobody’s gotten back to me. Using Reach for marketing messages was a big part of my income. I am really, really disappointed.
Mass Texts
Hello, I’ve been using this platform for at least over a year now. At first everything was going well but within the last 12 months , I’ve had to change my number twice due to it being reported as spam. Not sure if there’s anything in your system that could prevent that or not?

Really Great
Finally an app that actually has been made well and thoughtfully put together!
Customer support
Good luck trying to reach a live person when you need help.
One of the better group/bcc style sms apps
The only thing I don’t really like is that you have to actually send the message to each person.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
I have never written a review before but I have to warn people about this app. I had only had the app downloaded for maybe two minutes before it accessed my private files containing very confidential personal files. I could not receive help within the app, although I deleted the app it still has those files. Do you not download.
Good option for individual texting.
It’s easy and convenient to set up. Sometimes a little slow though. Sending out 90 messages can take up to 30 min. And I’d love if I could get more than one person set up to use my account.
Bold Text Option??
Suggestion
Terrible
Subscribed with a friend’s recommendation to manage communication to multiple groups. Setup as directed and modified all settings in app and on phone. Never would work. Contacted REACH multiple times and no response. Wasted $70.
Too much pushing send
I shouldn’t have to push send over and over. I should push send once and it should send to all the contacts I selected
Not for me or for hundreds of contacts
I wanted for work to send text bulletins to 150/200 members of staff. It’s ok but once you press send on the message, you have to press send to each and every individual contact. So you’d have to press the send arrow 100+ times!!! Not so bad in the sample version for 4 or 5. I want an app to press send once and it goes to all with this one click.
Keep getting error.
I tested using Reach with Google Voice extensively before paying for the app. My intention was to use Reach to mass send reminders for an event I am hosting. I had no issues during testing of sending to multiple people but as soon as I purchased the paid version to be able to send to more than 8 contacts, I started getting errors on every message. I couldn’t even send to one person without an error anymore. I cancelled my subscription but it’s a bummer I paid for nothing. It seems like it would work well without needing the shortcut connection to send through google voice.
Send a Message to Many People
This app does the job right. I send out devotional messages to nearly 100 people every morning. The message goes into the app, and with a single action, the devotional goes out to everyone as an individual message. Very efficient.
BEWARE
Using this app got my iMessage and FaceTime disabled. I was messaging people I know whose permission I have to communicate with them and still got shut down.
Great app
I think it’s a great app especially when you have to do math text messages, but you want them to be kind of personal and from your number. The only thing I think that could be better is if it auto sent I have to press send on each of them. I haven’t really gotten too deep into using the app yet, but other than that, I think it’s good.
Have to send texts individually
Not as good as first seemed. Compose text select group but then have to send individually to all recipients instead of just one text to the whole group.
It’s useful but could be better
I work at a brokerage with 300 agents so we need to text often while also texting agents outside our brokerage. You should be able to just hit send and it go to people without you having to hit send 300 sometimes for each person - THAT BEING SAID - I did catch a few people that should be in my group. Also, gets suuuuuuppppeeerrrr slow after sending 80 texts
Streamlines!
This app really streamlines getting the word out to lots of people without giving their phone numbers away to each other!
Sends messages to deleted numbers
Even if you delete a number, the system still sends messages. Very frustrating.
Messages sending
I wish I could hit be button to send to everyone I’ve checked off.
Have to hit send on each contact
Looked really promising but having to hit send for each contact made it unusable. If you can change it to send for you then it would work.
Expensive for individual, great for large groups
The app works great, but monthly charges are out of line for an individual, if they had a lower rate for individuals I think they would gain income from a large demographic! Say an individual for $25 annual subscription, with a limited numbers, say 8 groups, with a limit of 20 individuals in a group.
Individual Group Texts!!!
Thank You Reach! No more responses from everyone in a group text! I love it!
Not free
Gg
Just too expensive now.
I have used this app for MANY years and what was a reasonable price each month has just got too expensive to justify. This is a great, simple and well built app that helps batch texting to be simple for the sender, but allows replies to be private rather than shared with the whole batch. That’s great for privacy and confidentiality, since social media groups force users to create accounts on that platform and often leave group members’ accessible to each other rather than just to the organiser. This way you can send one message to multiple recipients by text, or email without everyone seeing other numbers or addresses from the message. Replying is as simple, since it just returns to the organiser’s inbox for text or email (depending on the original message), and the conversation can be continued between the replying party and the organiser with no further filtering or group isolation protocols. It is in fact, elegant. However, I appreciate that ongoing app support is often not sustainable with one-time purchases. This said, the price has just crept up and I can see it turning to £10 per month before long. I had to draw a line and cancel a subscription that I have maintained for ages. Either keep it £2.99 per month, or £6.99 per month then free after 5 years or something, but it’s just too much money and is no longer competitive. To the developers: thank you for the reliability since the start. I’ve never needed to contact support because the app is simple to use, and the reliability is bomb proof, regardless of OS version. If the price comes back down, I would absolutely resubscribe, or if you release a lifetime subscription level for long term subscribers, I would be right on board, IF it was a reasonable price. As it is; thanks again, and bye for now.
Messaging
The app is user friendly and very cost effective. However, the biggest downside is the speed. It is extremely slow when I’m sending out the messages each day, which makes it add unneeded time and stress to my day. If the speed could be improved this app would be amazing.
At last, a texting app that actually works!
Finally an app that actually does what it’s supposed to do! I have tried every mass text sending app in the App Store and have spent a lot of money doing so! Frankly they all are terrible! Constant failures, crashing midway, stopping midway, start all over again so some people get two or three texts and terrible or non existent support! What a nightmare. Thank God for Reach! It not only works well but when there is a failure, usually an android phone, they show you and help you easily resend it. Thank you Reach, you have made me smile every time I use your app!
Horrible Service!
Horrible: it is unprofessional that there is no live person to talk with to answer and solve problems. Extremely and hugely disappointing.
A Great and Reliable Resource!!!
Thank you for the great app to use for sending texts to groups! I use it all the time and it is so helpful!!!!
Slide to select
Admin please let the app allow me to Slide selecting the contacts, ive got over 3000 grouped contacts to add in so can not use "select all", need an option to slide selecting for faster tasking
Exceptional
This app is so amazing to help me quickly text to the large groups I have to contact. The best part is each text goes separately.
No what I was expecting
Slowed my cell phone big time. I have to send text one by one. And it is super slow.
Good in theory but major issues
This app has great potential in sending customised group messages but many in my group either don’t receive messages or they receive them a week late. Then I’ve had others reply to me and others who also received my message also receive their replies. Where they should be no way for members of the reach group to receive the replies sent to the reach group sender. So unfortunately I’m going to have to dump this app until these tech issues are resolved
Group message
I cannot send the same message to each member of a group Am I doing something wrong or is this normal Group has about 40 members
VERY SLOW.. but…Good for organizing contacts
This is a great app for organizing all of your contacts for small businesses and sending out mass text messages to groups of people.. Unfortunately, in recent years, and after doing updates with the newer phones, this app is running terribly slow and has bogged down to the point where you have to stare at your screen before the arrow turns blue where you can push it to send out the next message each one one at a time.. Sending out the messages one of a time was never a problem when it was moving efficiently.. years ago but it seems these days it’s not running or sending fast at all not sure if there’s a fix for this or not I’ve done all the updates and it does not seem to improve.
not a good app
lag time when sending too many texts takes forever. also it messes up your other texts and removes them from the messages app. would not recommend this app at all.
Does this app send multiple sms to only one contact?
I’ll give 5 stars if this pp can do it
