I am unable to load news. It shows failed to parse API response as JSON. Needs this to be sorted out.
Excellent news coverage but worst app after recent update
Eenadu news coverage is Outstanding. But after recent app update in iOS, it’s behaving abnormal, even could not able to drag down the news, news are updating even after refresh. Even Business news tab is not yet all loading

Where is Krishna District?
There is no option to select Krishna district in the list of AP districts, for the preferred news selection while you are setting up the app. Update: to APP-Eenadu team, I still don’t see any district named “Krishna” in the corresponding section. It is also not present in the web version epaper.eenadu.net . It is not only the app bug but entire web version. How can you miss a whole district? If Ramoji garu was alive would this gross negligence happen.?
All works fine except
App is good and up to date with news given perfectly Only issue i see is the font size is not changing in ios app. Btw this is on iphone 15. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise its great app.
Has a starting trouble
I have tried this app in both Samsung and iPhone 16. In both mobiles the app has a starting trouble. Gets stuck at initial loading app and never opens the home page. Only way now is to close and clear the cache and open again.
Latest update is bad
What you guys did with latest update ? Why after selecting preferred state , continue button is not responding? Did you guys test it before launching? Any process of something called “testing” in place before releasing the app ?

Worst app with too many Adds
Hi I am big follower of Eenadu news paper since my childhood. It is good to have paper digitally to access from anywhere. Keeping adds also acceptable to run the business to some extent, but not at the cost of readers patience. When ever I open any article it is popping up with adds only without any news to read, this happened to me every other day and this is so annoying. Please fix the issue at earliest. Please take step to control Adds, for every news update it is popping up with ads and asking to close the app every single time.

Come on guys! Interns can develop better mobile app than this. Check how fast the app world is moving. Invest some money and develop a better one... Make it a paid app if you want to but this buggy app is worst. And, ads!!! Man! How many ads we should see to read one article? I think it’s 4-5 ads. :(
Eenadu App not working properly in IOS
Every time when I tap on a news to read. It’s opening one page in safari browser along with the news. I have to close my browser page to read the news. I have repeat this every time I tap on a next news to read. Experiencing this issue from last 3-4 days. Please fix it. Thank You.

Earlier I used to see all the news and now why are you deleting older new and keeping the space blank? Do you have any space issue? Just curious. Instead keep the space empty, keep the older news na?
Freezing/buffering
It is showing as buffering while loading the page and not allowing to view the paper. Please correct it. A basic testing should have been performed while releasing the new update. 🤔 Also, I don’t know why you ask to write a mail about our concerns again. We just updated the details in the review. Please correct it first. Sometimes it is frustrating to update the same matter at 2 different places.

I am regularly following up of your app I am giving some suggestions like you may add comments suggestions options on each article second is provide English on some important suggestions as of now you are giving only in Telugu (along with Telugu you may also give names and websites names in English too) you may also give source of that particular article you can’t allow writers on copy or translation we need to be give acknowledgment for original authors or books or publications etc thanks

How to change font size…
On default app news font size changes to large, I can’t find option how to change to normal or small size, even two times uninstalled and installed again same has to repeat, pls guide me to how to rectifying this.
Recent update issues
The App doesn’t work properly anymore after the recent update. It shows the headlines, but when you open any of the article to view the full content it’s just keep on loading forever.
App screen zoom in option most frustrating
I really like the news app and follow it daily. Recently, have been noticing an annoying behavior of the zoom in option or navigation .. when ever we zoom in to read the news, it keeps switching to next post .. it happens everytime we zoom a news or pic and it is so frustrating.. i hope this issue can be addressed for a greater experience with the app.

Add Videos opening automatically
Update: previous issues fixed but it’s unusable after recent update. Not sure if thr is a testing team for the app. Too many adds , recently videos start playing without you clicking anything. Contact quality is also going down the hill. Will wait for couple of weeks to see if this gets any better before deleting the app

Need too much patience
I am a big fan of Eenadu.I dont have a source of getting News paper .That is why thought of using app.But I don’t recommend to this app. Reason -1:Every 10 sec its redirecting me to some random non secure (I believe) website. Reason -2:content also not divided properly . Reason -3: Duplicate news Reason -4 : it’s not allowing to give review also 😂
