News
Always on top of the news actually I love all the Eugene while I’m at Valley news that we get from other sources as well!!
No current news
I keep getting news alerts for something that happened two days ago. Why do I need to get an alert for something that happened on Saturday when it’s Monday? There’s very little current news on this site. It’s like you don’t even care.
Too much click bait.
Way too much click bait seems predatory for a news app.
Breaking news…
For starters, “pleasant weather will continue” is not breaking news. I had to turn notifications off because I was constantly getting breaking news alerts for this weeks “dog of the week”
Best Local News Station
Very clean and easy to use app. Love the customizability.
Too many ads
Ads at app start, ads in the layout, ads between paragraphs. Too many damn ads! Deleted.
Constantly crashes
It’s a decent app. 2 things though, the same ads for months on end. And it constantly just crashes and closes out. Please fix. I’ve done all the things to try and fix this issue on my end but now I feel it’s the app itself. Needs to be updated please
Proofread before posting
The past few days I have noticed that the articles posted don’t always make sense. They throw random quotes or sentences into them the articles that don’t belong. Makes it hard to understand.
Stopped loading
Now the app has an error loading content.
ZERO STARS
This app is horrible! Reformatted my iPad and it downloaded this updated app, it’s junk! User interface is not good, too many ads. Bring the old app back!
Weather section awful now
Weather section no longer shows forecast for different local areas (coast, mountains, umpqua valley).
Ads are frustrating
I would rate this higher if I didn’t have to click out of the true value ad so often. It pops up almost after every story.
So much better!
Smoother navigation between articles, better scrolling in articles, and higher resolution photographs. I just love the updated app!
Confused
I cant figure out how to listen to the news with this app. It keeps going to ads i cant skip and seems to want to show me videos, which stop all the time. Otherwise its great
Popup ads?
Really? Popup ads when opening the app now? You’re about to lose a regular reader.
Utterly useless
There are tiny stories and HUGE advertisements Wish I could give this zero stars. Was hoping for better local in demand news. All the app cares about is ad real estate and I ignore those. App uninstalled.
MAGA loving reporters ....worst app ever
Nothing but commercials and MAGA reporting. Weather may be days off and completely wrong. Not live, not local, not late breaking. Oregon news later. What a disappointment.
Unprofessional/Biased
I will see an article covering a death or something serious and within an hour the article is removed and replaced with a pottery contest or something equally less serious. Dont waste your time with KEZI. They blatantly cover what they want and remove what they don’t agree with or what goes against their beliefs. 2nd grade grammar is also a maximum requirement.
Deleting. Ads have become too invasive
Too many ads.
Video ads limit app use
KEZI started using video ads in the app a few months ago. They also started playing videos at the top of selected news stories. Result- videos play when I just want to read the article. I can’t use the app to read the news in bed now because I wake up my spouse and I can’t use it when I watch TV because I interrupt the other viewers and I can’t read the news at the dining table because of the loud videos and I can’t just immediately shut off the video if it’s an ad.
