Finally the game admin did unbind my current account without any notice or any response. I lost my all achievements. I spent an amount of money for the monthly card. It seem to be a good choice. A few day later, the No.1 of the server destroy everything of the alliances in the server. I lost a lot of resources and army that worth the real money I spent. It is not possible to do anything, just seeing the bad guy destroy everyone. If you like something like this, play and spend your money and time with this game.

Worse than Rise of Empires, Worse than West Game, and if that isn’t enough, you can never have enough food, nor stop buying every few hours, and the alliances built are never together, this game is the pits of horror game pits!

Good game when it works, poor support, need new developers
I’ve been playing for almost 2 years. Game is good for connecting, building friendships. It has a ton of potential, a lot of strategy, but more bugs than the Amazon Jungle. Over the years I’ve submitted many tickets due to their glitches and me losing out in rewards. I have never been compensated. In fact I don’t think many people have. Have a look at their Facebook page and you will see for yourself! I have had many friends leave the game because they’ve invested so much money (thousands!) and the developers just don’t care, they will not reimburse you for anything even if it is their fault technically. When you submit a ticket you get a generic response and absolutely nothing happens. This game has so much potential they just need to hire qualified developers, and much better tech-support. Their events are fun but are nearly impossible to win unless you are willing to spend real money. Before you join make sure you look at the servers and choose a server that has your native language because you cannot switch later on. Every single time they do an update the game glitches and people lose in so many ways. I really do like this game but get your act together with all of the money that you’ve made off of this game please hire some new developers!

Game is riddled with bugs and frequent lag. Developers do not respond to requests for help or offer compensation for player losses that result from technical issues. The gameplay itself is okay, when you can get past the bugs. A lot of events and content, but much of the game feels tedious and repetitive outside of special events. High potential, but needs responsive developers and an sturdy injection of improved playability.

Gutes Aufbau-Strategie Spiel. Mit einer starken Allianz macht es wirklich Spaß. Aber um mithalten zu können muss man Geld investieren. Oder man nimmt in Kauf ständig geplündert zu werden. Der Support ist schlecht. Reagiert nur selten auf Mails. Und wenn, dann werden so lange Fragen gestellt und nach Screenshots gefragt bis man keinen Bock mehr hat ..... Deshalb nur 3 Sterne. Das Spiel würde 4-4,5 verdienen Ergänzung Juli 2020. lest die Rezession von Singkao. Das sagt alles. Und er ist / war einer der Top Spieler

Beautiful Game with Major Issues
I started playing this game because the graphics looked pretty nice and it was initially pretty fun. It’s definitely got some decent aspects to it. First, this game constantly has bugs. I will note that there are frequent updates to address them, but those always bring in other bugs. Second, the developers of the game have made some poor choices in the design that make the game not so much fun once you get your city up to about level 8 and the game just becomes a slog that quickly becomes boring. The first and biggest problem is that the attacks from higher level cities. There is nothing stopping a higher level city from coming in and wiping out all your resources to the point where you might as well give up on the game. Technically you should be able to put your heroes in towers or on trading posts, but the game will just randomly kick your heroes out of them and then you’ll get attacked and have to spend millions of hard to come by resources to rebuild your army. That is if it allows you to actually put them in there in the first place. Or if you don’t have any army assigned to your heroes due to this issue, it will auto-assign them and you’ll once again have to spend millions to rebuild. The worst however is that if a maintenance window comes up, you can’t do anything to protect yourself. So you have to watch the game and hope that you get to the game right as the maintenance window ends or else someone will come in and take advantage of the fact that everyone was out of the game and wipe out your entire city right after the maintenance. I’m still recovering from someone doing that to my city over a week ago. They shouldn’t be able to add insult to injury and just keep attacking you directly after you’ve been attacked. At that point, you might as well just give up on the game because if you don’t have money to spend on the shields, you are basically out of luck. This game is constantly suffering from network connection issues. The load time at the beginning as made me lose so many resources because it took too long to load while my city was being attacked. There is a complete lack of documentation. And up at the higher levels, it takes absolutely forever to accomplish anything. Not only because it takes forever to gain the resources because of the attacks, but because they impose long upgrade times on everything.

Everything was fine until yesterday?
So, I had been playing and everything was going great! Met an awesome alliance, joined up and became part of the leadership, spent money on the game, and really was loving playing it. Then when I started the game, yesterday, I couldn’t connect to the chat server at all, so therefore I couldn’t do anything more than try to reconnect. Well, I then checked to make sure I had the latest update. I did. I then uninstalled and was to reinstall, and now, I can’t get the game to download, again. Idk what’s going on, but, please, let me know what I need to do.

Absorbing but spoiled by pay-to-play
Plenty of tasks to complete but as usual with PTP, the availability of vital resources is far too restrictive and is used up very quickly. Consequently, game time and speed of progress is severely reduced, overall waiting time increases to hours and maintenance soon becomes expensive. Lots of patience or real money required so gets a low star rating.

Not a game I was hoping for.
This game has some reflection to an old time Heros but it’s been commercialised too much. Very busy environment allowing you to build, upgrade, train - you name it. Loads of unnecessary clutter added to making it difficult to orientate yourself. A bit too much.

Decent game. Impossible to last more then a few weeks if you don’t spend significant money. Peace shields are only available with gold and they are not cheap. I don’t mine spending a few bucks this game requires a lot more to attempt to last. It’s a shame. Delete.

I like the graphics and game play. Definitely one of the better games out there.
Avoid.
Not free to play. At all. The developer is only interested in your money with the only way to compete being to spend a fortune. At higher levels the resources required are huge and you have to buy. Trying to raid opponents means you lose troops, which means using resources, and they cost a lot. Thus you can’t collect. You have zero protection against higher level players destroying your entire army. The cost to rebuild is massive ...and requires money..,spending options will pop up instantly of course. It looks nice, is complex and updated regularly, but you must spend thousands of dollars to get anywhere near the top. And it’s simply not worth it, as the game will eventually die due to the spend to win only nature of the game. So if you are rich and have time ruling over dead realms of players who quit...enjoy.

Poor PvP environment and user references.
The game has a lot of capabilities, but the player vs player is not restricted, allowing high level players to loot and plunder beginners. Too many trolls and bullies. Cannot level up because lower level players just get attacked and looted, especially on weekends. While the game is awesome, this poor PvP design ruins the game. This also means if you buy packages, the resources can be looted. The instructions are on Facebook, and not very helpful too.

I was really loving this game but with the last update users cannot log on with Facebook. This is leaving a lot of users vulnerable to attacks. 3 days this has been going on and nothings being done!!
