Great Support
I used there support on the phone and email and couldn’t do it without them. So patient. I have done three books and find the site easy once you explore it. Books are excellent, very good paper. My favourite is 8 1/2 x 11. Wrap around blank book. Once I was charged for duty but the gave me a credit so the next book was free. Highly recommend them.
The Worst Photo Book Service
Choose the design service and chat the the customer service say will email us, end up no received the design and shipping already, don’t know is app issue or what I saw on the website is able to review 3 time one, but end up I use application to purchase then there was show can’t edit and review.

Website & App dont align
I thought having to download the app makes it easier. Some promo only for Apps. Fine. But when you purchase thru website, you can’t edit or use the voucher using apps. And if you create a project in apps, you can’t edit it in website. So complicated. And they dont have help button and when you want to create a project because already bought vouchers, you can’t. Jeez. I prefer to use the other photo print brand. This prob first and last.

I loved making my photo books and was really pleased with the features that Photobook provided. So much fun adding the clip art. App does not work on iPad at all
Some buttons in the app just cannot be clicked- like the very important tick and confirm button. Without being able to click on that button, there’s no way I can proceed with the order. I don’t even know why this app exists in the App Store
Long term user
I’ve been using for a long time. It can be frustrating but now I can add photos from phone it is a lot easier. Always get great help when I phone for assistance. I love the results
Should improve on colour
Very fast delivery, ordered on 11 Aug delivered on 17 Aug but the quality wasn’t very good. All the pictures look greyish, like old photos…
App crashes
Not really a review but when I updated the app, I can’t even open it. Closed down automatically. But seems to work if u delete and than reinstall. Photos uploaded here and on pc will it look the same in terms of quality?

Really love this photobook i got my book within a week or less! Good quality! Definitely will repeat order!
Poor quality photos and atrocious customer service
WARNING: DO NOT PRINT YOUR PHOTOS HERE! I recently ordered some photos from this company and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the prints. All of the photos arrived looking washed-out and some were even folded. When I reached out to their customer service team for assistance with a return or refund, I was met with atrocious service. The virtual chat was a complete disaster - I was met with silence as I requested to initiate a return/refund, and the chat ended due to inactivity. I have tried to reinitiate the chat a few times, but each time I was asked for all of the information again followed by the chat ending. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and very frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company for photo printing.
Good product and service, but online creator not great
My product has always been great and if there is a problem, the customer service department is great. Lots of sales throughout the year to help reduce the price. My only complaint is their online creator. It used to be much easier to manipulate and you could enhance your photos- this is not the case anymore and it makes it quite frustrating.
Too many notifications
I keep getting promo notifications from the app even though I've disabled them in the app settings. The prints that I've received are great, but the unwanted notifications are annoying. If this isn't corrected soon in an update, I will have to find a different service for my photo printing.

I have made many books from 40 pages to 100 pages. All of them were of Excellent quality! I have also purchased photo gifts such as carry bags, mugs. Great quality. I have made my friend and family very happy! Thank you.

Apps problem
Simple print doesnt work. Pleasedix. Format print didnt appear.
Expensive to what they charge.
I bought a coupon of photobook and thought of trying it out as the coupon was quite cheap. But printing a photobook here was time consuming and expensive. They charge you for shipping fee once you are ready with our project. And shipping fee is charged on each project so I paid 10$ approximately for a photobook that costed me 12$ with a coupon. Not happy with the quality either. Not experimenting anymore.
FYI- Does Not Ship from Canada!
I was looking for a business to support our economy and it states PhotoBook Canada, however my order is shipping from Malaysia!! Item was printed and shipping label created however it’s been 10 days and nothing so cannot comment on product. App was straight forward to use and agents on chat were friendly & professional.
Content client
Although I have not tried the app yet, I have made many albums in the past year through Photobook Canada on my computer... decorating options are fun and diverse, quality is great, shipping is quick and price is reasonable... looking forward to creating our 2019 family album, on my computer once again though! 😉
Don’t bother!
Probably the worst photo book printing service. Had my albums delivered wet and had to go thru stupid communications asking for photos of damage. These were presents for Xmas so yeah thanks for messing up with poor quality printing, bad service support and whole bunch of Bull that was communicated!
Love my photobooks for my European travels
I just received my book today.... love, love it. Pics are nice and clear, organized just the way I had created it. Very very happy. Louise
Basically useless for iPad
No landscape view, limited design/editing capability. With tablet screens having as good as or better resolution that laptop computers, a better app designed for tablets would be nice.
App keeps closing
App keeps closing when I’m halfway choosing my photos and nothing is saved. I give up after 3 tries. Lousy

I have made few boks throughout the years with Photoshop Canada I’m very happy with the quality , they are fast delivering, never had any problems

Very pleased
I’m reading many bad reviews.. but I personally was very pleased with the results of my album!! Spent over $100 to capture our holiday memories and I was nervous that it may not be good quality.. but I was very pleased with the final product 😀
Photobook service good, App poor
I’ve use photo book for years but I’ve just only downloaded the app as a means to efficiently load images from my mobile device. That part of it has been fine, but the app takes you in circles and makes it difficult to edit on mobile. I hope to be able to go back into my account and desktop and manipulate from there.
Dark Printing Qualities
Received my orders few days ago... I wanna feedback that the pictures were printed in such dark qualities unlike the ones I took long time to edit and submitted to you guys...We were quite disappointed as it is meant as our wedding album and first baby album....
Great Photobooks
I’ve made 14 photobooks so far and will continue to make more.....great products every time.......it’s a learning curve but every time I create a book I find more and more great effects.
can’t open app at all
pls fix it. can’t open app even after updating update on 2 Sep 21 - still doesn’t work at all. i’m using iphone 11 Pro, if that affects anything?
Will use again
Positive experience. Phone app was easy to use. I kept it simple and just did a picture book for my niece and nephew. Can’t comment on text or more complicated layouts. I had a question and got a prompt response. It was received within 9 days of submitting. Price point was comparable to others. The finished product looks great.
Photobook received wasn’t as ordered
While I found the app easy to use. I spent time compiling a photo book and was happy with the result sent to print. However when I received the book some photos were cut off short leaving black spaces where the rest of the photo should have been. Also there was one page where 2 photos were missing. I did contact Photobook and was told to upload everything again on my pc to a file and send to them but tbh it was too much extra hassle and again time that I already spent on creating the book in the first place, to do all this again.
Colour resolution
The quality of colour resolution has deteriorated over time. I hope this can be improved.

Totally unacceptable
I ordered a photobook on 8 august and was meant for a birthday gift due by 20august, till now i have yet to receive it, its already 24 august. Contacted DHL and was told photobook HAVE NOT hand over my parcel to them. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous. Will not change the star until i get my photobook😡
Love it!
Its a little bit confusing to use to get the promotion but i was able to finished my project and i got the photobook after a week! And its awesome! Im doing my part 2 of our vacation...thanks to photobook..
app has very limited function
printing photo is great. limited access to book/photobook design. cant edit/write/design/combine multiple pictures on 1 page. should have access just like the web version.
Colour resolution could be better
Very fast delivery, ordered it on Saturday and got it on Wednesday morning. Got the 6”x 6” simple book. Chose the white square frame layout for the photos but the measurement for the white spaces wasnt the same for the top and the bottom. The colour wasnt as vibrant, its relatively dull. But for the price im paying, i wouldnt complain since i got it at a promotional price.
The best I have ever used for printing
I am using it since 2014 . But never faced any issue with their quality and delivery. Super desktop app to use . it’s user friendly. Have lot of prebook design . Love your work .

Clashed during photo uploading using iphone, tried 2 times, its enough, bad apps, wasted my time.
Nice simple app
A quick way to create mini memories, the books are simple and very pretty, I have done and received 3 so far and happy with them! Of course its not like the online web page Where you can add backgrounds and coloured frames plus writing and stickers Which I also use often, but good to make Quick little gifts and memories. Mini albums are the only thing I have tried so far, many good daily deals but I just haven’t had time yet to enjoy them yet and I know more deals will come around!
Bad app
A lot of bugs Despite i already arrange properly and ensure faces are align, the album still came up heads being chopped, book sequence totally wrong And it happens three times out of my 7 books!
Mobile App
The app is very restrictive and it does not sync with your account that you use on the PC. The app and your account must work seamlessly together like shutterfly.

Lousy support
I live in Singapore but I can’t use the same account to send parcel to Thailand to my gf. End up first order was screwed up because of location. Support to recover the first order and placement for second order was also slow. End up they removed my in app chat from my account so I can’t contact their support anymore. Total bad experience and failure as a business. Don’t download and buy from them.
For simple photobook
Use promo code and paid a small sum of money for a nice photo book. Delivery was quick and quality was above my expectations.
Love the app but the items were disappointing
I used to get prints and photobooks which were really good. I used the app to purchase 2 desktop calendars recently. The pics were real nice but the perforated holes from the pages keep slipping out. I have to keep slipping them back in and the holes are beginning to tear..
Wish there are more sizes
I love that you can now easily create a photobook on the go. I just need more sizes. I usually use 8x11 softcover but its not included in the app. Waiting for it to be included in the next update.
