App needs improving
Make sure you complete the whole process of redeeming and downloading in one attempt. Because otherwise it would recognize you used your 20th anniversary complimentary digital photo coupon worth HKD68. It doesn’t recognize coupons in the account after closing the app and returning to it the next time.
I can never login
The app constantly crashes when I asked for a verification code for my mobile it says it cannot connect to my Internet. I’ve tried everything. It just never works
Useful apps
Good apps to download
Purchased photo is not registered
I purchased the photo at Disney. They gave me a card with the QR code. Upon scanning the QR code, I can find the photo but it says “not purchased”. I cannot download the photo.
買えない
写真を購入しようと決済画面に進むとフリーズしてアプリが落ちてしまいます
Need enhancement
Would be great to use the same Disney account without registering a separate one specifically for this photo app. Unable to purchase due to the app freezes when trying to select credit card expiry date.

Worst customer service
I emailed the contact us on customer service around 15 times and they weren't able to find my photo pass via credit card or by the 16 digit code. I lost 50 dollars buying that pass and wasn't able to get a refund. Like the other reviews I would pass and save your money by taking your own photos with your own cell phone
Trash app
Cannnot even finish sign up, super buggy trash app
Love the experience!
Easy to use, it's an amazing creation for visitors to the Disney park.
Can not type in registration code
I want to register an account, but the UI did not allow me to type the code. I can not even finish the user registration
No preview when “buy” photo
I want to purchase 4 digital photo, however, I cannot preview the photo while processing the buying (while selecting them). It is hard to pick up the photos.

Memory maker for my visit to Hong Kong Disneyland
Hassel free to view, purchase digital images taken by Disney photographers in the park. Just a few clicks to download my images. Also price is very reasonable!
No metadata in files
We had a session with a Disney photographer. He was good, many poses and lots of great photos. The system fails in that the files are stripped of ALL metadata including time date stamps. While the backend system have this data it’s ONLY visible (temporarily) on the Download history screen of the App. The website version has no time date info at all.
Rubbish app
This is the worst app, I ever used. This is why the company lost money. Not user friend. Rubbish app. Not worth one star
Total Garbage
Went to HK Disneyland on a summer trip. The app sends me a verify text but the actual app doesn’t allow me to type the code in to verify. Have downloaded multiples times and it still doesn’t work. Waste of money if I can’t get my pictures to download.
Problem to download photo
I got problem to download the photos but no support for me although I send e-mail to request .
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
Don’t even bother with this PhotoPass! It’s not very user friendly, the Wi-Fi at the park is sporadic at best, and worst of all, there is a total lack of photographers to even make this pass useful. Just use your own phone or camera and save money!
Can’t even register
Absolutely useless application. Can’t even enter the confirmation code to register as new user. Very poor customer experience again Disney!
Terrible
I don't know how this app has a Disney Badge on it. It constantly complains of server loss. If you buy a pass on the app you need a programming degree to activate it so that you can use it. It needs a lot of work. Sadly you have no option but to use it. Save yourself a hassle and buy the pass at the park then scan it.
